I cant say enough about this shop and the owner Mike. . I took my car in for a radio replacement was given a price and told it would be ready in 3hrs. I received a phone call saying it was ready and when I got there the radio started cutting out like it did before the replacement..Mike and his guys stayed late to try and resolve the issue but were unable to pin down the exact problem. He asked me to leave my car so he could get to the bottom of it, he worked on my car for 2 days straight, he found that all my speaker wires were corroded which was causing a short that took out my amp. He sent my pictures throughout so I was updated on all the progress. They repaired, replaced and cleaned all my components and hardly even charged any additional labor. I had my rims refurbished and an Apple CarPlay installed. Picked up my vehicle and there is absolutely no bass. I inform them of the situation and bring it back. The car is with them for a full day and the owner (Mike) tells me that they turned the loudness up, which is a button on the stereo that does nothing. I was told that my car either does not have a sub woofer or it blew when they installed the system. They refused to repair it, they only offered to install a subwoofer for another price. I had an after market alarm installed years ago and now my alarm doesn't function at all. When I inquire about these issues, I'm told that the vehicle is old... These people do not stand behind their business at all. This is a pure money grab. I'll advise anyone against them. read more

it is the worst place to ever purchase tires get work done on your stereo. You get cheap equipment put in your vehicle that when it breaks down, they try to find out all kinds of ways of not repairing it the way that they supposed to put it back on you, as if it was your fault, I know for my experience the tires he sold me was so dry rotted and walked when I took her to another company. They told me that bands was broken inside. That's why they wobble. Saying that it was nothing wrong with the wheels. he installed a quick start in my car that broke me down in the middle of the road and had to be towed from the police and he did not want to pay for it to be told that like someone want to get your car done. Ignore the people whining about about how these guys don't treat customers right. They're pricing is extremely fair, and when I brought my car back for some stuff that wasn't even their fault, they didn't charge me a penny extra to fix the issue. do not use this business.. i don't know about these fake reviews. this guy completely bent me over, not only did he over charge me he didnt even paint my wheels. i had 3 wheel guys look at this piss poor job and they said this guy spray painted my wheels, i could have bout me a can and did this my self. $600 thrown away to a crook. very important to do your research on these companies. i traveled and hour thinking i would get a great job since im spending $600 the other shops are $250-500. as you will see in the video the guy even painted my valve stems just shows you "no prep work". stay away from this shop im so angry but there is nothing i can do. i just got robbed with a pen and paper-receipt. lol. stay away from aggresive customs unless you have money to give away. read more

This place is great. They take great care of your car, prices are good, they are friendly and fast. I brought my mustang here because the old tint from a previous shop was starting to bubble after 4 years. I talked to Mike and he had my old tint stripped and replaced and it was ready for me in less then 2 hours. The new tint looks perfect and I am a perfectionist when it comes to my car. They also have a ton of nice wheels for your car too. I definitely recommend bringing your car here. You won't be disappointed. Mike assured me he would get me in and out in about an half hour. Today I brought my car in at 12 and at 1, my car hasn't been started. The experience here for me was mixed, however Mike and the other gentleman (wheelman) did their best to help me out. HORRIBLE!! TERRIBLE! DISSASTER! Horrible! This place is a disaster. The Office is totally chaotic, with stuff all over the place like it's something out of Sanford and Son's junk yard disaster, calling that office a total mess is an understatement. When you talk to them they are generally speaking to at least two or three people simultaneously, I have been there twice and had the same experience both times. The only reason I went there is because they are next door to a fantastic Rim repair shop called the Rim Doctor. Do not, let me repeat, do not ever, under any circumstances ever go to Hot Wheels Plus on Thelma Ave. This place is a disaster. My installed was botched up so badly that I am going to have to go to another alarm installation company to have it taken out and have a brand new one put in. This is what they did not install: 1. Strike One! Motion sensor (I paid for the installation and they did not put it in, they said they forgot) 2. Strike Two! Lights on the car do not flash (even though they said they would) 3. Strike three! No LED was installed. I asked for a second LED to be installed and they said the one that comes from the factory will be bright enough. Guess what? No LED of any kind was installed. You're OUT?? Oh no wait.. More strikes? WTH? 4. Strike Four! We had a whole discussion that they would program my factory FOB/KEY so that I would not have two things to carry around. They informed me that the range would not be as great, I told them that I did not care because I was getting the Smart Start installed to use with my iPhone. They said OK, we will program them. Guess what? FOBS/Keys were not programmed (Surprise, Surprise) 5. Strike Five! I asked will this alarm have a delay so it arms automatically? They said yes how long to want the delay to be? I asked what is the maximum and they told me three minutes so I said please program it then for the maximum. Mike (the manager / part owner) said OK. Guess what? No delay auto arm was done. This was one of the two main reasons I wanted the alarm, because sometimes I forget to lock the car. 6. Strike Six! Where is my GPS unit to locate the car? Oh boy, they didn't install that either? Yup, that's what happened... 7. Strike Seven! There is black tar like goop all over my window now, they got it on there and did not clean it, the car was a mess when I got it back. I should have known things were bad the minute I walked in and saw the disastrous state of that place, what a chaotic mess it is in there. When I went in to discuss dropping the car off, they never told me that they need the valet key, I just left my FOB Key and locked the glove compartment and took the internal key with me. Later they called me and asked where it was, I told them that I gave them the key, then they said no I need the valet key as well. They acted like it was my fault for not giving it to them. Hey, I'm not a professional installer, I don't understand this stuff. They are the professionals (Allegedly) and did not tell me what they needed to do the installation. I have to overnight the key to them. They called me and said they did not get it, so I started tracking the package. They then called me five minutes later and told me forget it that they did in fact get it. My god, get your stuff together man! This place is a total bed of incompetence and they did a horrible job. Now I will have to dispute the entire charge and have a whole new system installed. Bottom line STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! Be afraid... be very afraid of them. They are NOT an authorized VIPER Dealer. read more

These "professionals" have no pride what's so ever in their work and just throw it on just to overcharge you for an outdated item from early 2000s. Horrible place, horrible products, horrible people. Went in to get my front windshield tinted, guys did a pretty good job and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. I didn't make an appointment so I was there for a while but the waiting area was comfortable and I would recommend this place to anyone who wants their tint done. read more

***DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE*** I have a '08 Lincoln Navigator that I wanted an aftermarket radio installed on. Should have been simple right? WRONG. My husband spoke with the owner who gave us a "deal" on the product and installation which turned out not to be a deal at all. The person in the back that does all of the installations didn't look too credible to me but hey I don't judge a book by its cover. So for this "deal" after I picked up my truck, the radio was mounted crooked and had a half inch gap in it and none of the controls on the steering wheel worked anymore. I cried immediately. When we brought it to their attention, the person that did the installation said he didn't know we wanted all the buttons to work and they charged us almost $200 extra to fix it. But wait that's not all, it gets better. Over the next few months, I noticed the entire front panel was hot to touch, my radio stopped working all together, and it was making a buzzing noise when on. I took it back and they put a $100 amplifier on which did nothing. After that I refused to let them touch my vehicle again. I took it to a different installer that specialized in Ford/Lincolns. When they took everything apart, it was a mess. They used glue, nails, and electrical tape to jimmy rig everything together so it would work temporarily. By doing this they almost blew my amplifier, entire front panel and electrical system. I was so upset, it took us $1700 to install a $600 radio. These people are a scam. They have no electrical experience and outside of changing a tire I would NEVER recommend anyone use their services. read more
