The employees were all joking around and dancing in the kitchen with a female who didn't appear to be in a work uniform. One of the sandwiches we ordered was cold and when returned to the store we were told it takes 10-15 minutes to cook more chicken. When trying to return the order we noticed the cashier never gave us a receipt and was told there was nothing that could be done. This is terrible customer service and as a former food service specialist the sanitation level was horrible. One employee had a personal cup in the area she was making food in, we see her drinking while prepping food as well as dancing.
