We've been coming to this gym ever since they opened. With their recent remodel and changing the locations of the machines, the layout is a bit unique. They moved the cable machines to the front which are too close to each other so when you are doing exercises, you literally bump into your neighbor. I did voice my opinion yesterday, and the gal at the front said that she hasn't heard any complaints, but she would definitely voice our concern to the manager, please reconsider spacing these out, so people can do proper exercises without bumping into one another. In addition, most of the machines that have been relocated to the other side are way too close to one another as well. The layout definitely needs some attention to space planning. Otherwise very very nice staff and always clean. And I also appreciate adding new workout machines. read more

I have no complaints, I see employees cleaning machines, staff is friendly, when it rains I see buckets but it doesn't bother me. The stair steppers are hard to get on because they're quite popular. Plenty of treadmills. Massage chairs, water massagers, tanning booth, and another machine not sure what it's for. read more

I'm a member but only because it's close by. I have complained several times, in both written and verbal form regarding the volume of the music. Employees blare the music to maintain a party nightclub atmosphere, rather than one of fitness. One manager crafted a response, basically blaming customers because he said they complain it isn't loud enough. BS to that. I have yet to see or hear a bunch of millenials running to the desk demanding the already deafening music be turned up. Most of the clients from their 20s -30s prefer listening to their own music through their ear buds. Bottom line: Planet Fitness wants to keep employees happy. They are not concerned with the total fitness of customers. Technically, it's a health/safety issue as they jeopardize everyone's hearing. I've done the research. There is more productivity when music is turned low with no threat to affecting hearing. If someone wants loud music, then let those few go for it and blast music with their ear buds. read more

Couldn't be more disappointed in the staff at this location. I received an email this morning saying that I can upgrade my basic membership to a black card and receive a free month membership with the upgrade. I brought the offer to my clubs attention and they denied any awareness of even knowing that the offer existed, and could not help me. How is it That staff is not aware of company promotions that are being emailed to its clients? They refuse to help me over the phone or via email. Hopefully I can convince a manager in person to uphold their end of the agreement. If not, I will be terminating my contract. Cesar, the manager was able to honor the offer and get me set up. the most basic machines dont work. they have a ton of treadmills. tried two different treadmills both had error messages so i just decided to leave. im on a time crunch and expect the most basic machines to be in good shape because thats what i pay for. I usually go to the one on 6th st (Corona), but lately too many sketchy people hang near there... this is by far way cleaner, bigger and more machines... the front desk people are always nice and actually work not like other planet fitness gyms I've been to where they just stand around on their phones.... This place drives me crazy. 1. No bench press. If you enjoy working out, you know the bench press is a core exercise for building muscle. They don't have it cuz it's a "no judgement zone". However, they close randomly and only provide physical notice i.e., they post a sign on the window "sorry, we'll be closed on Sunday and will reopen Monday at 6am". This is the 3rd time I drove here at 5am to find this notice. No text, nor app notifications. Nothing. You either wait in the parking lot for an hour or drive home 3. Premium Membership. Had my phone in my pocket. My thigh accidentally touched the app and activated the Black Card Membership which is double the price. Went to the front desk to remove. They couldn't do it. Called on the phone and emailed, they told me to come in physically and talk to a manager Mon-Friday. I work M-F!!!! 4. WiFi. There's WiFi doesn't work. Your phone automatically connects to their WiFi that doesn't work. Now your phone doesn't work. You have to go to your phone settings to turn off WiFi so you can listen to Spotify on cellular service read more

I love this gym. Its right nearby...open late and great amenities. I might recommend they had Lysol wipes rather than spray to clean down the machines because that's kind of weird... I also would like it if they had the ability to turn off the music or to somehow turn it down. I am hard of hearing and sensitive to certain pitches...the added noise makes it difficult to hear in my headphones...especially with the techno driven music on. This gym is so clean and maintained. I am here at 4 am to workout and always see the overnight crew moving machines around and cleaning constantly. I have a few morning crew friends that have multiple gym memberships and they're always talking about how clean and friendly this gym is versus the other gyms. DON'T LEAVE YOUR VALUABLES IN THE LOCKER ROOM!! There were two men in the locker room, one was wearing a security guard shirt, just hanging out. They were clearly not working out or changing. They were taking photos in the locker room while people were changing clothes and then were opening multiple unlocked lockers as if they were looking for items left behind. I notified the gym manager who happened to be working the desk that day. He confirmed that the subjects were not security for the business and "liked to hang out over their lunch break." He spoke with the subjects in the locker room, determined they were members, and let them remain in the locker room for another 35 minutes. These subjects both left the gym carrying multiple bags stuffed to the brim. When confronted, the management of the gym said there was nothing more they were willing to do. read more

This location is not as clean as some of the other locations. Instead of standing around the front desk talking the staff should be cleaning and re-racking the weights that they never ask the members to put away after use. The equipment should also be wiped down more often. read more

I belong to this gym and I just did 35 min on tread and watched a guy just sit on a machine (arm weights) for the entire time. I finally went up and asked if he was almost done and he shook his head and said no. I went to the front desk and asked if someone could ask him to either use the machine or get off it to allow others to use it. I come here on the weekends when I am in Corona and I must say this is one of my favorite PF locations to work out at. Every time I've been it's never been crowded. I've never had to wait for a machine and am always able to get in and out pretty quickly. I see staff cleaning the machines all the time and everyone is very welcoming and friendly. I would definitely recommend PF in general for those looking to start their fitness journey. You will see folks of all types here and it really is a no judgement free zone. Today I tested out the tanning beds. The staff member offered my a free pair of disposable eye wear which I appreciated. The spa area in general in very nice and clean. One thing I do appreciate about this location compared to others I've been to is the larger weight lifting area and they always have cool air blowing throughout. read more

I go to this Planet Fitness and I love it. I like that it's not full of people and that I can get in and out without having to wait to use a particular machine. The downside is that I have the Planet Fitness black card and it's not really worth the money, I mean the hydro massage bed and the massage chair is nice and the total body enhancement is also good. But why do they need to add tanning beds? Why can they replace the tanning beds with a sauna? It would be more useful and make having a black card more beneficial. That's why I give Planet Fitness 3 out of 5. I hope they get rid of the tanning beds and replace them with a sauna. I don't think they will because these places don't care what the consumer wants. Also after nearly 3 months they still haven't highered a personal trainer WTF is taking them so long!! I would more out of the work out if they would just higher someone. Every time I ask about the trainer they keep saying their interviewing people. I'm sure they have interviewed plenty of people just higher somebody already! read more
