    I love Sorecore Training and so grateful I found this gym 3yrs ago. I've tried several gyms and home workout programs but nothing comes close to the result I get here. I'd say it has to do with the trainer, Cheryl. She's the best around! She truly cares about helping her clients and she really wants us to succeed. She shows you the proper way to do each exercise, will modify workouts for you if needed, and pushes you to do you best each class. Classes are small and only 45mins long but I have never walked away not soaked in sweat. You definitely get a great workout in a short amount of time. I highly recommend trying out a class. Just to give an example of results I've recently got from Sorecore... At the end February I signed up for her 4 week challenge and I was seeing some great progress... Middle of March came and all gyms got shut down due to COVID-19. I was definitely bummed. But Cheryl continued to provide us with training through zoom. Seriously it's such a blessing! By the end of 2 months of following her workouts consistently I've lost 20lbs and 10inches. There is no way I could've done it without her support and encouragement!

    Love this spot! It's my go-to gym and I look forward to it everyday. The people are amazing, the owner is wonderful and I've gotten so strong since I stated there 3 years ago!

    Before and after in 8 weeks lost 20 pounds and went from 27% body fat to 17% body fat by doing Fit In 4 twice with SoreCore!

    Cheryl is AMAZING! The atmosphere, the encouragement and the workouts have all been phenomenal. Cheryl does an amazing job at keeping the workouts fresh and difficult, but provides instruction on how to modify the workouts as well. My partner and I both joined her 4 week for program and had amazing results, that we decided to do another one! Between the two of us, we lost a combined 40+ lbs and over 20% body fat! We feel invigorated, encouraged and so much healthier all because of Cheryl!

When I began my journey two months ago I was 135 lbs, and had a body fat percentage of 23%. My idea of a crunch was to grab the remote control without knocking my bowl of chips off my stomach. I had accepted that physical fitness just wasn't in the cards for me. My self confidence had begun to decline, which is a bad thing when your career is based upon making others feel confident and beautiful. I was scrolling Facebook and seen an ad for the gyms six week challenge and was intrigued. It was close to my salon, and I'd be able to go before work. Best of all it claimed to be a FREE six week challenge. Now like all things in life nothing is truly free without a catch. The fee for the challenge could be returned to you as long as you followed the guidelines and met your goal. I had a choice to make and let me add nothing is a better motivator than putting some serious cash on the line. I decided both for my self esteem, and my health that this was a decision I had to make. I needed guidance, structure, and positive reinforcement. I had joined other gyms in the past with the best of intentions; I'd go for a few weeks and get burnt out both with having no clue what types of workouts I'd be doing, and having zero accountability, and training. A lot of gyms like to play the family card and claim to have a membership that is full of encouragement and friendship. Unleashed however doesn't only claim it, they are. I've met so many wonderful and inspiring people outside of the trainers and that keeps me pushing to reach my next goal. There is people of all body types, and ages. Everyone always greets you, and helps encourage you when you're feeling that burn and contemplating giving up. I would have never been so successful if it weren't for people who have no idea how much they impacted me. I'm a researcher and after signing up I looked into just how reasonable 6% body fat loss on six weeks was. Needless to say the internet had me petrified I had just lost a lot of money. The average was 1% in 4 weeks. I needed a percent a week. I'm so very happy to say that it is more than possible. I followed the meal plan, never missed a workout, gave it 110% each time. Not only did I meet my initial goal, I surpassed it by double. As I type this review I'm currently down to 118 lbs, and a body fat % of 11.5. The meal plan was the hardest for me to change, yet has become a new way of life for me and my energy, and sleep have dramatically increased. Where I use to dread going to the gym I look forward to my early mornings and getting together with an extended family and pushing myself even further. If you're looking to change your life, and truly willing to follow the advice from some amazing people I highly recommend Unleashed. They changed my life and I can never truly express my admiration for the family I've joined. This is one decision you will not regret!!!!

Basically, I can do more "life activities" and for longer periods of time. And I'm not done! It's an excellent fitness gym, and Bryan is a great coach who has an interest in every member and coaches people individually at their own level. The community of members are all local, friendly people, and super supportive. We are all busy parents/grandparents, probably just like you. it's not even close to a "muscle gym", it's everyday people and the environment is non threatening. You won't get lost inside and have to figure out what do to - Bryan covers all of that with you. Btw.. Bryan is a Level 2 CrossFit coach, not easy to obtain, he understands what works and what doesn't and does not hesitate to find the right solution for you. If you are looking for or thinking about exercising, give Bryan and CFSOS a try. It's located in Temescal Valley and best of all, every workout is designed to fit your personal fitness level. Workouts are never too hard that you can't do it, but hard enough that you put in a good effort, and get a little better every time. Literally, if you just show up and do the best you can, you will improve, and probably be surprised at how fast that happens. Personally, CFSOS was a life changing decision for me, for the better.     To start off... this is the only Pilates chain I've participated in classes. That being…read moreestablished, that my opinion is not from a perspective of a Pilates princess, but a band life mom-- I am a fan. I like that even if I go to classes every day, they vary. Never boring. Always supportive. I like that when I was in the wrong position every day for three weeks (newbie) they corrected my foot placement, knee placement, and where I should be looking. I like that the person wears a microphone so I can hear them count and hope to be finished with a move I am not particularly strong at but know that I need to complete. Encouraging and supportive instructors. Strict rules; however, so be sure you are attending before you sign up for a class or you will be charged the 15$ fee. Also 3 months required before you can "cancel" your membership, so choose wisely. I actually UPGRADED mine since I love it so much. I'm chubby, middle age, and exhausted, so I look forward to my one hour of peace and stretch/ center and balance, reformer 1 and 1.5. I was brave and attended a cardio session or two. Emma kindly modified a position or two for me when she noticed I was on the struggle bus. I also wear hearing aids, so it helps when I look around and can see what others are doing with their legs / arms. It seems like most attendees know what's going on-- maybe in another month I'll figure it out, but for now, I just look forward to being able to perform the moves to my best for the day. We wipe the machines after session. I purchased the handle grips after a month of going. Some ladies are really toned- I'm sure they are also hitting the 2.0 and suspend classes- I am not brave enough yet to try and learn. I'm still trying to bridge and not move that reformer. Bridges without my left hamstring cramping up seems to be a daily goal. I head to the Norco club too and like the vibe there as well- that group of attendees are chattier than the Corona crowd. Parking is easy. Their app is intuitive. Their text messages are AWESOME. I love the reminders. The overall vibe is superb. Again- to emphasize- I am a total newbie beginner and did not even know what a reformer was when I joined. I used to be a spin class in the dark kind of person, and cardio step class at 24 H fitness - so this vibe is much more personal and expensive. I'm digging it for now! I'm in Month 3 for me, 4 -5 times a week. I signed up my kiddo too! Get her stretched and strengthened too during the summer before band begins and field practice.

I reached out for more information, and he was prompt and professional in his response. I set up my first session immediately, and honestly it was the best decision I have made for myself in the past few years. From struggling to incorporate even a small amount of activity in my life, to committing to regular workouts that are challenging, tailored to my specific needs, and fun.
