Just one of the challenges Coach Rocky provided for my son!
    Jill P.

AMAZING customer service! Thank you Coach Rocky and your crew for allowing my son to have an awesome experience! I took my 6 year old, who dreams of being a ninja warrior, to Iron Sports for Friday Fun Night. After driving over an hour in rain and traffic we get there i find out they "weren't having that tonight." I had called before I left to find out what time and how old but the person didn't bother to share that piece with me before I made the drive. So I'm standing there highly disappointed as my son is asking if he can go play, and Coach Rocky comes to the counter to find out what's going on. I explain the situation, and he quickly says no come on let's go have some fun! Coach Rocky took my son all around the gym setting up various challenges and obstacle courses. He was so kind and worked so well with such a young kid. He allowed my son to have the "best time of his life"! The other staff was so friendly and helpful as well. The owner's daughter was there, and she gave me a coupon to use for next time. The gym looked really cool. So much to do. I was just there for my son, but it looks like a neat and different type of place to work out. Thank you all again!

I love this gym. The Crossfit classes are very challenging and are on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:00-8:00PM, and 8:00-9:00PM. The first class is intermediate and the second class is advanced. My legs and abs burned so good after my first workout that I was absolutely hooked after my first time. There is also a boot camp class on Saturdays at 7:00AM which members can pay 10 dollars to attend. This class is actually harder than the Crossfit classes. This place is also great because people who are first timer's get to workout for free. They also have rope, rock climbing, ramps, and other obstacles similar to those on Ninja Warrior. Thanks, Robert Altmiller

Iron Sports is basically just the show Ninja Warrior, but in a gym. It's full of interesting obstacles (as well as free weights) that work every muscle group you could ever want. The staff is awesome, especially with Sam Sann at the helm. They're all very helpful and informative and are really looking to get you in the best shape possible. Also, the place is full of rock climbers from the climbing gym next door and if you've ever been to a climbing gym, you know they're about the nicest people you'll ever find. Iron Sports is a great place to work out and have fun and is far and away better than the smoke filled bar that used to inhabit the building.

Awesome homeschool ninja programs offered Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. If your 5-18 year old loves watching American Ninja Warrior and you want a character driven program, check it out. They change up the obstacles and challenges every day so even after over a hundred days of attending mini ninja class, it's still fresh, new and fun. Warped wall, salmon ladder, devil steps, cliff hangers, and all sorts of crazy custom obstacles await.

LFG is very different. If you're there to look cute then my opinion this won't be the place for you. If you want to get in shape, have waterfalls of sweat, improve strength, stamina, and overall fitness then you've come to the right place. No where on this planet will you find a gym offering 21 days for $21. If you do find it, when you start, you may be welcomed on the first day but nothing like the personal attention I have received from LFG, there is no comparison. I work nights, get off at 8:30am after a 12 hour shift and love every minute of rushing to get to my 9am class! Everyone likes to feel appreciate. At LFG although am getting my butt kicked daily, I feel appreciated by my trainers just for showing up. Although training is conducted in a group fashion you will receive the personal attention from your trainers to ensure you have the correct form always! Although all the trainers are great, I have to say Victor Mendoza is an excellent trainer. His energy, his attitude, and he spread himself through out class like an octopus to ensure everyone in his class receives the personal attention and he make time to correct form. I have attended 15 days of my 21/$21 plan and it's the best purchase I have ever made! No pressure, no unwanted feeling of not belonging, and, no judgement. The energy is welcoming and a good workout is filled with congratulatory remarks by others from the class that you don't even have to know. You will leave with a sense of "we are in this together" daily. Go try them out!
