Here's what you should know: the concept is interesting -- but not super clear online. They have around eight private infrared rooms, and classes rotate every 15-30 minutes depending on the format (most run about 30-45 minutes). On weekends especially, sessions are consistently cycling through. You can book a specific class, but there's also flexibility built in. If you're there and space allows, you can jump into a different session or pivot your workout. It's structured... but with options. Very choose-your-own-fitness-adventure. Confession: I arrived early (as one does for a first class), and the doors weren't open yet because we were technically late for that session. Slightly confusing at first -- but once inside, it made more sense how the rotations work. A clearer explanation online would've saved a little guesswork. The workout itself? A solid, full-body intensity without being punishing. I hadn't worked out consistently in a while, so I wanted something effective but not soul-crushing. This delivered. You definitely feel it, but in a "see you again tomorrow" way. As much as I loved my time here, I'm having to change my review from 5 stars to 2.5 stars (3 just to be nice). Sad cause I really liked it but I don't appreciate being told that we have free guest privileges only to discover there's caveats to that. Their website clearly says you can bring a guest for free however the contract states something completely different (see below). Yeah anyone can say well did you not read the contract? But at the same time did you not read the website? How is it's there's conflicting information, shouldn't it be the same? That's fine. I'll take my my L here but it feels a little deceptive (all signs state it has to be during staffed hours, NOT that there's restriction to who your guest is) and the reason why I'm canceling my membership. I appreciate Chelsea's friendliness and demeanor but EOS Fitness just opened up down the street with more amenities than Hotworkx (including IRL sauna) and it's only $20/month compared to a $70/month membership at HotWorkx on top of their $100 HotWorkx mandated yoga mat requirement.... Classes can get a bit repetitive as it's the same workout for x amount of weeks. They allow up to three people in one room however even two starts to feel a little bit too much. I can't imagine having to work out with three other people in the same small room. Maybe if they didn't have so many restrictions, stipulations and caveats, I would stay but it just doesn't work for me and I think others should be aware as well. They should change their wording to "one time guest" versus the word "guests" with an S, too. One time, Sarah also followed us into the sauna trying to make a sale towards my friend which did annoy me a little...... Not to mention, they don't even have filtered water. For the price you pay, you would think we could at least get better water? A towel? Nope..... I'm trying to justify the cost now but it doesn't make sense anymore. This was an Amazing First Experience! My friend asked me, Would I like to go to the gym after we had breakfast ? Of course I was very surprised and happy he'd even offered me lol. It was literally four minutes away from the breakfast spot we'd just left (Snooze An A.M. Eatery). I can honestly say, I really enjoyed my work out. You have several different types of sauna work outs. I chose to try out the cycling bikes there are (three of each in the rooms...depending on What you are looking to invest in in a rigorous workout. Watch out for the agreement policy. Although never fully explained on the day of signing, if you need to cancel it's not as easy as you were told . You need to go in person to sign with Sarah only, and there is a fee and/or 60 day notification that was never mentioned. Although Sarah will say "I discuss this with everyone myself", she indeed did not. Reading the contract is essential, as I learned my lesson not to trust what is said in person to get you to sign. I called the last day of my 90 day period and no one answered, left a message. No one returned my call. I called again and Sarah was gone for the weekend, so again would have to wait for her return. When she returned my call she told me it was outside of my 90 days. Be careful. I would not recommend this location based on my experience with Sarah. Nothing she said during cancellation lined up with what she said on the first day. read more

I went for my free class on March 16th, joined that day and haven't missed a day since. Neil, the studio manager was so great with communication. He texted me reminders, showed me around and explained the memberships and terms. No confusion at all. I look forward to going everyday. The virtual trainers are so knowledgeable and motivating. Hotworx has a great facility but it no longer works for my wife so she has tried repeatedly to cancel her membership. 3 failed attempts through this location and 1 more w the corporate customer service still didn't cancel her membership. I have disputed it twice with my bank and it still auto drafts. I'm writing this to help anyone in the future but also maybe I can get the cancellation done if they see a bad review. Great value and great workout! I joined Hotworx in March 2019 when I needed a change up to my cardio routine at one of those discounted gyms. The current staff is top notch and very engaging with the members here. I love that I can schedule a workout on my clock instead of waiting on a group class elsewhere to peak my interest, and I'm not limited on how many times I can workout here during the month, like some other high dollar spots. I went there to try a yoga class, the yoga class was very very basic , which is ok , but they do not change their virtual classes and they always repeat the same yoga class . They do not have different levels of yoga. The biggest down fall for me was their lack of disinfecting snd sanitizing their saunas. Very poor sanitizing and cleaning method , zero to none. Especially at the time of COVID is very important and number one priority should be very thorough disinfecting and cleaning method . read more

This studio is very clean and well stocked with goodies. Tovia is very helpful and friendly. I like that this studio has a shower and provides towels. The bikes and rowers do need maintenance and tune ups as they get lots of use here. I work out mid morning between 9-11am. It is not crowded and I am able to safely physical social distance. read more

It's the perfect solution to working out during a pandemic. I don't have to interact with anyone (unless I choose to) because everything is separated into your own individual sauna room. The heat is not difficult to breath in (like wet saunas). I love it! I'm actually motivated to workout now. I can even reserve it to sit and just meditate. Unfortunately I had to revise my review. Not do to the workout because it is a great workout. But more on the basis of the "month-to-month" membership not really being a short term membership agreement. I misread the contract (and feel a little mislead by the staff) when signing up as I was told there was a 90 day obligation. In fact there is a 5 month obligation. You are required to complete 90 days of membership dues before you are then required to give a 60 day written notice. So, just be prepared to be locked in to a minimum 5 month agreement when signing up. read more
