I really loves this facility and the concept; my life just got to busy for me to utilize it fully. I love that it is a 24 hour facility that you can let yourself into, and the infrared workouts are really something special. I wish it had a bit more of a free weights area and a spa/traditional steam room area. read more

Been coming here for a little under a year now. The lady who helped me sign up was really friendly but I don't see her anymore. Sometimes when I go there, there is no staff at all at the front desk. When they are there though, any questions I ask, they're pretty helpful. The app is easy to book my workouts. I would love to bring a guest with me but you have to catch an employee which seems rare when I attend. Sometimes the app doesn't work and the door doesn't work for me to get in but luckily the few times that I've experienced that there was a staff member there to assist. I like this place, you do your own thing and it's not crowded. But the parking lot is full a lot. The bathrooms are clean. Actually this whole place is pretty clean because the staff is always vacuuming and wiping down everything. I'm satisfied with my experience so far. They do allow you to put your account on hold for $8 a month which was very convenient for me when I travel read more

I absolutely LOVE Hotworx Campus oaks! The girls are so supportive and welcoming! They remember my name and always greet me when I come in. I joined in February and have been obsessed since! I am down 41 pounds since starting and am so close to hitting my weight goal. I couldn't have done it without hotworx. It is the only workout I have actually stuck with and one that I am actually excited to go to every week! My personal favorite is Hotcycle and Hotthunder! i am a senior citizen who joined before they opened. Unfortunately i became i'll with some medical problems and tried to reach them several times to cancel. i am not medically able to workout. They were not accommodating to my issues, nor sensitive to the senior citizen population that populated this area. I do not recommend this place. Their communication and claims are false. read more

im someone who hates usually hates being sweaty but i wanted to try something new. i love the flexibility with the scheduling and how you can do any work out you want at any time. the classes can be repetitive but theyve grown on me. the saunas are simple to use and the staff is always very helpful!! best investment ever, love love LOVE hotworx blue oaks!! read more

This is such an amazing place to work out! So clean and the staff are all friendly and professional! The saunas are compact, for sure, and I recently found out many NFL players are members - one even owns his own HOTWORX. It is not your standard hot yoga with 30+ people in a smelly room. There are trade-offs to everything. If you want your skin to glow, your immune system boosted, more muscle tone in less time, and (my #1 reason) a mental health pick-me-up, you really NEED to get in and get your sweat on!! read more

I've taken the ISO ABS and the HOT THUNDER. Both classes were okay but I was hoping there would be more challenge. The most difficult part is the heat. Although the heat says it's set to 125 degrees, it didn't feel like it. I wonder if some of the heat escapes because the sliding door is not super solid. Spacing is pretty tight but I haven't had anyone else in my class yet so it hasn't been a problem. The instructors on the video aren't even sweating, lol. Overall, it's a good sweat and I'm going to try all the classes. My favorite part is that it's open 24/7 and I can get in and out pretty quickly. read more

I have been going here for about a month and a half now and I like it. The workouts are great, but the rooms are very small. I know they are made to be a sauna, and only 3 people max inside one, but I can't do some of the moves as I am too tall at 5ft 6in, which I consider average. My husband would not be able to do most of the classes with him being around 6ft. I wish they posted the prices of things so I don't have to ask 20 times for all the different items I want to get. Overall though, super nice staff, very clean inside, and I plan to continue to go here for a long time. read more

FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD! Beware! They will continue to charge you after canceling, worse gym I have ever been a member of and not worth the headache and lost money. You only get one day trial, what a joke. They make you sign a contract on an i-pad no hard copies of anything, I realize how sketchy this is now. The workouts do not change for months, and the rooms can really only accommodate 2 people max and it still feels too claustrophobic. Save yourself the grief and go somewhere else. read more

Nothing better to sweat it out at 125 F at 10:30PM in one of 8 HOTWORX infrared sauna rooms before you call it a day. Yoga, spinning, Pilates, rowing or meditating it all works awesome. A member for 18 months.... didn't cut loose when 24 Hour F opened right next door. I'm a member there too! I was there on the first day of sign-ups - before the studio was open. There are many things I enjoy about this studio and some things IMO need improvement. First the good - the heat, the workouts and the staff. I enjoy the workouts, the small class sizes (3 to a room) and everyone who works there is really nice. The workouts have helped with my mobility and joint issues. While designed to hold 3 people - I have only ever had one other person in the room with me. You can schedule in advance and it's open 24 hours a day. Weekend afternoons/evenings tend to be less crowded than right after the work day. I do more of the yoga type workouts - the cardio is less appealing to me, but they are only 15 minutes long so that's a plus. The things that need improvement - conflicting info if the videos are changed out every 3 or 6 months. If you go all the time, you know which workouts you enjoy, but when you do them time and again, they get boring fast. Even when they switch out videos - it's often the same moves with different instructors. The hallways between the saunas is small - when it's time for classes to end and others to begin it can get really crowded in that space. It's also noisy in the hall area when you are trying to do your workouts in the room. Lastly, it's often impossible to see the screens when you are on the floor. I wish they had a screen on the side walls so you are able to follow along while on the floor. I am hoping Hotworx incorporates changes down the road. It's a good concept - with some minor tweaks it could be awesome. read more
