Just wanted to share what I'm grateful for each week. Yoga 6 has a great selection of classes, they listen to what their members want and give classes that have good direction while still allowing members to do what their bodies need. All the trainers are really good, but I do have to shout out Stephanie. She gives direction on each move so clearly that I could keep my eyes shut the entire time! I also love that there is strengthening movement involved in each class with minimal unnecessary banter. She educates succinctly and is the epitome of what you want from an instructor. I lift weights as my main way to exercise. As I get older I also need to stay flexible and limber. I started out with a trial class doing restore yoga and was hooked. I have very little experience with yoga but the staff and the people who attend the classes are so welcoming and kind. I do the candlelit restore yoga on Sundays as a way to relax and refuel my body. I love this place! Additionally, the place is always clean. The bathrooms are stocked with whatever you may need but may have forgotten. They have accessories available for use and rent mats if one is needed. read more

Welcoming, clean, positive. I love that they have locking lockers. The facility was outstanding, and so so clean (I really appreciate that). I had a great 101 class, and honestly my first time doing just Yoga - not fusion. It was so relaxing. My favorite part was the end when my instructor waved a towel over me with essential oils after our session. I left so grateful for my body and my strength. read more

Added yoga to my workout routine to help with my flexibility. I am one of the least flexible people in the classes, but the instructors are super helpful with modification suggestions for certain poses and I'm really enjoying it so far. Nice intro to yoga and there something for all levels. I like that some classes are hot, while others are just warm in temp ~85 degrees max. I don't like to be hot so that was my biggest hesitation when starting. The warm classes are so relaxing, especially as the weather gets cooler. read more

Yoga6 has all the right classes for me as I recently started my yoga journey a year ago + recently had a baby!! My favorite class is Restore with Julia and SlowFlow with Medea. Both instructors are very encouraging and hands on helping you learn the right postures but never pushing you too far. I always feel very refreshed after the class and never regret attending! My first time trying Yoga. The facility is very nice, clean, staff friendly and helpful. I took a restore class as it seemed like a good place to start. It was in a heated room and was mostly mat work. Perfect for a newby. The warm yoga room was a little concerning, but for the slow moves we did, it was perfect. read more

I'd like to start off saying that Andrea has been super patient and positive in assisting me to book a class... I scheduled and then cancelled a class multiple times. Yesterday, I finally attended my first class with Medea and fell in love with this studio! I am new to yoga, but felt accepted and at peace at this studio. This is one the cleanest and friendliest staff of a fitness studio within Roseville. I used to go to another hot yoga studio chain/franchise and I really wanted to find a local one that I could equally vibe with and get a similar experience. The times of the classes are pretty standard, I do love that they have early morning classes (6am) because not everyone is a SAHM and can do a 12p yoga class. There are also late evening classes as well- my favorite feature of this studio. They provide lockers for your personal belongings and a nice cold essential oil towel after class to feel refreshed after a nice sweaty workout. They have all the weights, blocks, and bands for specific classes. Updating my review as I was contacted by the new studio manager who invited me to come back at my previous rate and will allow my cell phone in the studio as long as it is on silent and face down so as not to bother anyone 9as I had it in the first place.) I love this yoga studio from the moment I walked in the door. Everyone was so gracious and welcoming. they want to make sure you feel comfortable being in this gym. I don't recommend this place. The lack of customer service and approach makes you run the opposite direction. I joined looking for a new place hoping that it would be welcoming and a place I would like. The instructors are not welcoming, they make little effort to greet new people to the class. The music during class is too loud, their goal is to minimize the noise from the cycling studio next door but is bad. Is like trying to have a calm yoga with the instructor and a class next door yelling so loud you can hear them clear as day! The other reason I don't recommend is their way of sanitizing things. People do yoga barefoot as is the norm but they use belts to do the stretches which they have their customers clean with wipes.. wipes are for hard surface not to disinfect fabric. The floors are also dusty, you would think a yoga studio would put more effort to ensure the FLOOR is clean but nope that's not the priority. Lastly, the their cancellation policy. If you want to cancel you have to give 30 days, I never signed any document but they consider an acknowledgement signing up online and they will battle you with passive aggressive attitude. I'm losing $80 and I won't be attending anymore. I have to lose $80 but what can you do when a business won't work with you. I started doing yoga to see if it would improve my back. My doctor has asked me to stop so I won't do the opposite, I can't do anything that puts added stress to my back. They have potential to be a good business but with the attitude and practices I doubt they ever will. read more
