Boarded our 5 month old puppy here for 11 days. Action Pack went above and beyond our expectations. They responded to our emails quickly and regularly sent photos of our pup. When we returned, our pup was happy and healthy. We now bring him for daycare once a week. He is SO excited when we drop him off in the morning and is happy and tired when we pick him up. Highly recommend Action Pack! UPDATE: this was supposed to be posted 10 yrs ago! I rarely use Yelp and only hopped on today to find a technician and saw this in the drafts. Well for 10 yrs we've been bringing our now 65-pound "Tibby" here for weekly daycare, birthday parties back in the day, and periodic boarding, and Tibby is still squeals when we turn into the driveway! We went to a couple of places, one even where you can watch on an app that was closer to us, but when we went to visit the place, we did not like the "vibe" of the place. When we took a tour (just call, and they will let you take a look at the facility before hand) of Paws Landing, we immediately felt great! We had our puppy for an half day "evaluation" with Durenda, which also made us feel at ease. She is marvelous!!! When we picked her up from that, she went over everything she did, and how she thought our puppy would do. They had her in a small yard first and let our puppy feel safe before they had her with the other dogs. I really like too, how they have the dogs separated into "small dogs", " large dogs" and "very active dogs". She has a great team working with her, watching over them, and most importantly taking care of them all day. They will always send you a text and email to confirm your reservation, which is great. They go inside and outside to play all day. If they go "all day" they will get a 2-hour rest, so they get a break from all the fun! But, believe me, when you pick your dog, they will be tired when they get home, which is "good thing"! Pam will send you pictures later via text of your dog, which is great to see at the end of the day. Now, that my dog has gone for awhile, she gets excited when we get there, and she is excited to see Pam and her team when I drop her off. Look no further for a great place for "doggy day care", Pam and her team will take VERY GOOD care of them, like they were one of their own!!!

Paws Landing exceeded all my expectations from the moment we arrived. When we checked in, there was a personalized welcome message on a small board, which immediately made us feel at home. The clerk who greeted us was very professional and took the time to carefully note special considerations, while also ensuring that every item we brought for the stay was accounted for and returned to us. What truly warmed my heart was seeing my pups, Koda and Lexi, so excited to go in. At other facilities, they would always pull away, but this time they happily followed the staff without even looking back. The daily pictures and updates were such a special touch, and I looked forward to them every day. Seeing them playing, relaxed, and happy gave me such peace of mind. It's clear the staff truly cares about the animals they look after. When I picked them up, there was no anxiety or stress at all, just two happy pups who clearly had a great time. Knowing they are in a safe environment with staff on-site 24 hours a day makes traveling so much easier now. Their level of care and professionalism is rare and deeply appreciated. Michael and his team are amazing and take excellent care of our babies. Our previous dog, Cornbread(RIP) LOVED going from the time he was a young boy to a senior man. They took amazing care of him through the years and maintained his many medications when he started to slow down. He was placed with dogs who were at his speed and I loved getting to watch him on the webcams. We later adopted a new dog, who is very selective of who he likes...they were so patient with getting to know him and introducing him to camp. Now he loves it and pulls us through the door as soon as we arrive. We love that we can trust he's in safe hands and know he's having a blast. Thank you for watching our boy when we can't bring him along with us!

We have used them for years for boarding when we went away on vacation, but recently we had my father-in-law move in with us while he was on hospice. Winston was not a big fan of his nurse, so we put him in daycare at Happy Tails. It was the best thing that ever happened to Winston. They were patient, kind, and always loving towards him. He loves going there and jumps into the car when you tell him where he's going. We will be forever grateful for the peace of mind that Happy Tails gave us during a very tough time in our lives.

Their location is quite a drive for me and it's pretty expensive. For example, the last daycare visit was $84. It's 49.50 for a REPS day, then I added $20 so she could play in the splash pool, and finally, I pay $12 for her to have a lunchtime Kong. You also don't get photos unless you pay $20 for a Facebook updates pics. I didn't pay for that and therefore got no pics of her at the Splash Park and incidentally, she was not in any photos with other dogs who played (and had a ball judging by the photos on the FB page) in the water that day & who's pawrents did pay for the FB update. I'm happy to pay for my dog to have fun but the way she was apparently separated out because I didn't pay, obviously disappointed me. So, needless to say, I'm looking for another daycare that is perhaps a little closer.

I made my appt 3 weeks I n advance for 2 of my dogs. One needed a trim, and one just needed basic grooming without a haircut. When I drop them off that morning the lady (owner) said "2 shaves, right?" I said no, and explained that I gave her personally all the info when I made the appt 3 weeks prior. She used the excuse that it had been weeks, so she didn't remember. (Why wouldn't she have written that very important information down? ) She then told me she couldn't tend to my dogs that day anymore unless they just got shaved. She gave one of my dogs a quick look with a lot of disgust. Judging me for not bringing him in sooner, and telling me his fur couldn't be salvaged, and would have to all be shaved off. She also said that a vet needed to be the one to groom him because his fur was so "severe". I told her I was in between vets at the moment and didn't feel the need to go that route anyway. She asked me who my vet that I no longer trusted was and when I told her the name, she began to say how respectable that dr is. I again told her I didn't like that dr anymore and my bf explained that the vet recommended I end my dog's life for a condition he no longer even has. She then decided it was her place to say (while touching my dog) that if that's what the vet recommended, that I should do it. NO ONE asked For her opinion or recommendation on the matter. Both my bf and I stood there in utter shock at what she was saying. This is the owner! Her daughter had always been very kind and patient with my baby. She however, I did not trust with my child especially since she felt he should be DEAD. I brought both my kids home, refusing to leave them with her. I came home and cleaned up my dog myself. His fur was fine, and his ears brushed right out even though she said she would have to shave them because "they were so bad". She simply seemed to not want my business and tried to scold me numerous times.
