Jessie's is good. Her correspondence is pretty quick and clear and the actual service is pretty good. They came to do an initial clean and did an amazing job - our house sparkled for the first time since we'd moved in. They came in twice after that and the 3rd time they didn't dust a few items in the living room including the bookcase. Other than that we've been happy. We searched and searched for a cleaning service that was clean and reliable and I'm happy to say we've finally found it with Jessie and her team. I have never seen the attention to detail and care in cleaning and respect for your things. Im amazingly impressed and I highly recommend. They even fold the towels and toilet paper so it looks and feels like a hotel! Absolutely hands down they leave the place 300x better than we left it and exceeded expectations every time. I was especially impressed when I accidentally left some diamond earrings on the bed. Knowing they were hard to see, they could easily get flicked off the bed and vacuumed up. Something like that might happen with a less than superior service with a team that doesn't pay attention to detail, but this doesn't happen with Jessie and her team. They noticed the earrings on the bed and took care to make the bed perfectly and leave them back where I left them, but on top of a tissue. So I could see them. Jessie and her staff have been cleaning our home in Montclair for about 3 years. They are excellent. We call having Jessie clean our house therapy, but when we come home to a beautifully clean house it is better than therapy! Jessie and her crew are friendly and reliable. My 22 year old son is often, but not always, there when they clean and he always comments on how the crew is fast and efficient, but also always laughing and joking around with each other. I think it is great that they enjoy each other and their work. Apart from doing an excellent job cleaning, Jessie has been very flexible with us. When we travel in the summer, we often rent our house out and Jessie has adjusted her schedule to clean before and after various guests arrive and depart.
