Our old house fan gave us great service, but was like having a helicopter parked in our hallway! We found that QuietCool house fans were better technology, moving the fan noise well into the attic crawl space at the north end of our attic. Less noise now! House Fan Pros measured up to their name on Monday: Derrick and Jessica are a husband-and-wife team, and arrived on time and proceeded with precision throughout the removal of our old noisy fan and the installation of the new Stealth Pro 5X. Derrick framed out the needed opening, removed the old fan controller on the wall, installed & wired the fan, and finally sheet rocked the new work. The install took two hours, including a careful cleanup. Raul arrived 30 minutes after they left to mud the new construction, and left in about an hour. Both "Pros" have a thorough knowledge of the QuietCool operation, and explained every aspect of our new fan before they departed. Scheduled an appointment for between 1030 and 1130 today and the owner and his wife showed up on time and ready to go work pulling the old house fan out and putting new one in. They walked me thru the process and I could tell right away this was going to be a good experience. When they took the old unit out Derick showed me how the 2x4 was cracked at a knot in the ceiling and needed to be reinforced, he took care of that issue by adding some reinforcements and readied the old spot for sheet rock by another person on their team. He also showed me how the wiring on the old unit had been done incorrectly and he fixed that too at NO extra charge. As he was installing the new unit another team member was finishing the sheet rock work. I knew the unit would be great I did my research but I didn't expect the attention to detail and above and beyond service provided. Jessica and Derick and Juan I believe (he did sheet rock work) we're all very professional and did an outstanding job. We could not be happier with the work, great job! read more
