Found them through Google a couple years ago and not home Depot so I'm not sure if they send different people or what. With the plan they have been pretty consistent with calling and making sure I don't forget to do my scheduled maintenance and inspection. For a long time a guy name Justin came by the service me so they're always pretty consistent. Now it's switching over to Willie after a couple of years. For the service itself, they do take lots of pictures, explain things in details and show how your system is running objectively. They do help explain things in layman's terms if you're not familiar with it so the techs themselves are pretty good. Overall I would recommend for a customer focused experience that's pretty convenient.

Post install is where this company shined: Both the AC and Furnace went awry shortly after install. I did end up finding out post install that the AC cut-off box switch was failing and needed replacement. The heater had a manufacturing error where they had to reduce a part twice. Overall.
