100% recommend House of Paws. All of the services are great! My pup smells good, feels so soft and most importantly they treat him well. Plus they always give him a cute themed bandana! :)

This place and these people are such a gem. I've been moving around a lot these past few years and it's so difficult & stressful finding a new groomer for my sweet pup! House of Paws was an instant hit, they do the most beautiful job. They are truly so talented and I trust them with everything when it comes to my pup! The photos speak for themselves, but I can't reiterate enough how worth every penny it is to have a team of groomers who listen to what you want and make sure that the lil guys are comfortable! Thank you House of Paws

First & last time here. I got my boys nails cut and this is what I went home with. The owner did offer a refund which is why I'm giving 2 stars and not 1. She said she'd talk to the groomer because I was dissatisfied but anyone would be dissatisfied with this and it just shouldn't be allowed to begin with. It's the equivalent of going to get a manicure and them leaving you with hang nails or uneven nails. I'm just confused why an experienced groomer would think this is an acceptable job to begin with and I'm really sad because I wanted to love this place.

Before our visit to house of paws. She was shedding so much that was falling out as she walked.

I brought my two dogs in cause I just couldn't take the shedding anymore and brushing them everyday was a loosing battle. And I couldn't be happier. The shed is GONE! It was extremely affordable as well will be coming back

I have been bringing Bella into House of Paws for about a year and it's been great. My dog has sensitive skin and Liz and Eli have been very accommodating. Plus the new portal is very convenient for me as I'm able to book appointments with little effort!

I cannot be any happier every time I take my dog to get groomed here. Sally is a rescue dog who is shy and can be hesitant with people but Liz and her team always take such great care of her and leave her looking so posh. They are the only groomer I have been to that clips her nails nice and short, and trim her paws so beautifully. I also appreciate that they are limited in how many dogs they have at a time to not overwhelm the other dogs, especially like mine who is hesitant with other dogs as well. Thank you for always taking care of my little lady.

As i new puppy mum I was so scared to take my not vaccinated puppy to her first grooming, I reached out to several grooming places in Chicago and no one guaranteed my puppy was going to be treated as a new pup with no other pups around. I was so lucky to find Liz on Yelp! She was very responding and so careful about taking in my 4 months then Australian labradoodle, who was not totally vaccinated back then, she kindly made sure that she would come when no other dogs were there. First time was great, second time was better. Arya was happy after every time and look (and smell) amazing. If you want to have a good experience with your puppy or dog, do not hesitate and take her to Liz and her team.

We have had bad experiences getting our Labradoodle groomed in the past and could not be happier with House of Paws. Best cut our dog has had and Liz + team were amazing to work with. Highly recommend.

look how cute the bandana is! (It was raining that day so I put a sweater on him)

Finding a good groomer is so hard, but I'm so lucky I found her! I took my 72 lb pitbull mix to get groomed by Liz and he came out so happy!! I cannot thank her enough, and the quality is amazing. I've taken my dog to groomers in Fulton Market. Nothing compares to House of Paws! Love that she's in my neighborhood as well.

Meeko's first haircut! Thanks House of Paws!!!
    Tasneem R.

Elizabeth and her team are great!! I was skeptical at first because of the lack of reviews but took the chance because Meeko desperately needed his cut! Couldn't ask for a better cut!! He looks like a whole new

Liz is super kind and our pitbull always smells fresh and has the cutest bandana at the end of her grooming!

Liz was great and friendly with my dog. She follows cdc guidelines. First visit is 5$ off! I'd def take my dog here again

I have been taking my dog to Liz for a couple of years now and I have always had a great experience. I used to take him to another groomer in Logan Square but he always left that place frazzled, however, after he leaves Liz's place he is cool, confident and fresh! He isn't nervous or anxious. I highly recommend House of Paws.

Along with her wonderful family and staff, she has gone above and beyond, and I can't thank them enough. When I first adopted my two rescue dogs, Clark and Addison, I had no idea what I was getting into. They were only 4 months old, extremely anxious and reactive, and I thought they couldn't be around other dogs or people. I wanted them to continue gaining exposure, especially while I was at work. Thanks to daycare, their social skills improved tremendously. I remember sharing with Carolina how I was concerned about them not having any exposure to children. Carolina's children would visit the daycare, now I can have friends with children visit. I always worried they might have a bad experience and regress, but I never had to worry about that while they were in daycare. Now, I can walk around my condo with ease, greeting neighbors and their dogs, and the boys are great with new dogs. Furry Paws has truly made a positive difference in their lives.

I was over 6 months pregnant at the time I begged to take them in (for 8 days), and days later, I realized the Samoyed and Corgi were a lot more work than I thought manageable. If I were on a Zoom meeting, the pair would have me cut it short. If I stepped out to grab groceries for dinner, they'd scratch my doors and cry for the entirety of my absence (according to my neighbor down the hall). Worst of all, the Samoyed sheds... A LOT. I like an ultra tidy home. A few days in, I called my friend (dog owner) to let her know they were much more than I was willing to deal with. She understood, and informed me her dogs get dropped off at VIP's Pet Hotels on a monthly basis when she's tending to her economic research. She was ready to pick them up and drop them off at this hotel. Instead, I called the hotel, and got a hold of Danielle who was so gracious to wait for my arrival that same evening for a drop-off. I was easily able to drive them over, drop them off, and have them well taken care of for a few more days. Due to COVID: They request that you do NOT bring soft toys from home, dog beds/blankets, or dog bowls; instead, simply pack the dogs' food and treats and they'll be ready to tend to the dogs upon arrival. They also pick up other dogs in our apartment complex so if we have a last minute change of plans it's no problem for them to scoop up our little Winnie. Throughout the day they'll send you videos of your dog playing. * TRAINING - Matt made us feel reassured during our consultation and reiterates that they don't accept clients who are not committed to maintaining training. We opted for the board and train, but they offer classes as well. * BOARDING - it's a huge facility, so we never have issues with drop in boarding. The only thing that is a little tricky to get used to is the drop off and pick up windows - there's only 3 a day, but if you're close enough they're flexible.
