Elizabeth is truly a great small business owner who puts all of herself into what she does. The dog cuts are high quality and well-priced and my dog always has a wonderful time at doggie daycare. My dog is a cavalier King Charles spaniel and has some high-maintenance hair. Eli does most of our cuts and we are always amazed by the incredible job he does. Our pup is always looking extra cute and thoroughly groomed when we get him back. Our dog also has a great time at day care. We don't take him often, but every time we have, he's always come out happy, tired, and more confident with other dogs. First & last time here. I got my boys nails cut and this is what I went home with. The owner did offer a refund which is why I'm giving 2 stars and not 1. She said she'd talk to the groomer because I was dissatisfied but anyone would be dissatisfied with this and it just shouldn't be allowed to begin with. It's the equivalent of going to get a manicure and them leaving you with hang nails or uneven nails. I'm just confused why an experienced groomer would think this is an acceptable job to begin with and I'm really sad because I wanted to love this place. read more

Sally is a rescue dog who is shy and can be hesitant with people but Liz and her team always take such great care of her and leave her looking so posh. I took my fur baby Bentley for his monthly grooming appointment yesterday 7/5. After having gone to a few groomers who didnt do the best job, I received a referral for House of Paws. They've done a great job the past few times but yesterday came out of left field. Liz called me saying there had been a "mix-up" and that she didn't want me to be shocked so she was giving me a heads-up on his haircut. Apparently whoever groomed him used the wrong clipper length and cut his hair WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYY shorter than I would EVER want. Yes, they comped the cut and I know it's just hair and it'll grow back, but I'm still livid about the whole situation. My son looks completely different than how I brought him in and I'm pissed. Not sure how someone's "mixes" things up THAT bad but the cut isn't even. It's important to pay attention to your clients profile when you do these sorts of things. Horrible service. Horrible business. Awful customer service. I was on the phone w the person and they were just awful and had horrible customer service. Do not EVER come here. They deleted his records and then blamed the CUSTOMER for not having the proper documentation so wouldn't take him in. It's no one's fault but theirs for losing records. No one else has had problems with his records but this business. Any good business would have much better service and be much more organized. I'm surprised I even tried to come back when my dog has been groomed by many but left this place being much more terrified for whatever reason. I guess it's because their prices are cheaper. They did a great job grooming our three toy poodles! We were accommodated during the time slot we reserved, and the owner was very responsive with my questions. They also finished the dogs quickly (we dropped off at 8 and we were told we could pick them up at like 11 or so); because we were busy we couldn't pick them up until 2, and she was very accommodating. We got "the works" for our dogs - including nail trim, ear cleaning, bath and grooming and the price was very reasonable. We will definitely bring Doody, Mango and Polka back when they need another grooming session :) read more

Nothing but the best. Every time I take my pups I leave them knowing that they do everything they can to make them feel comfortable. Been here a couple of times and every time they teach me knew things to make my babies feel more comfortable at the groomers. They have great communication with me during and after a visit. They are patient with me as these are my first puppies I take to the groomer because of the coats they have. I wouldn't trust any one else with my fur babies.
