Stay away from this company- they are not worth your time- here's my story- I had a toilet back up…read morelast month- my wife calls a hydrojetting company (roto rooter?) anyway we paid them $500 for the hydrojetting - we still had the issue 3 weeks later and then we called the pump company to get the septic tanks empty- they did it and we still had a blockage- they sent their partner company Art Hydrojetting and the guy just came and said he was here to hydrojet and has no info - calls his office multiple times- makes some videos to show how clean it is now ( btw it was clean before he even got there) anyway he leaves and acknowledges that he was not able to fix the issues- and can't do anything inside the toilet as it was some procedural and insurance issue- I told him that as he's not done anything I should be paying them minimum visit fee and nothing more- I received a text and bill for $550 - so thinking it's an error I text the owner stating the issue of inaccuracy and then the owner called me today and after threatening me and abusing me - I decided to just pay him as he wanted to see me as he knew where I lived- I was initially infuriated and then realized it's a toilet flush company- it is what it is- by the way- Kurt Kohler fixed it in 10 mins and no stress even helped me out with the mess they had created at a fraction of the cost- you should always research lessons learned- just not a happy experience. Antelope Valley Plumbing reached out to me with a local number (all the others were 888 numbers and there were no answers when I tried calling). I called Antelope Valley Plumbing and was able to confirm the appointment time I was looking for, which was today at 2. The phone call was no fuss, no muss, and very straight forward. It's rare that it goes that smoothly these days so I was very happy. I received a text @ 1:30 telling me that the plumber, Joey, was in route. 10 minutes later he shows up, lays out the process in which the service will proceed, and it was very upfront and reasonable. In a very short time, my leak was gone, my front yard was no longer flooded, and Joey is a very personable individual who obviously takes pride in the work he does. While the repaired pipe was going thru it's curing time, Joey took the time to discuss some other projects I am looking to get done in the future. He didn't have to do that, but he happily did. I asked if it was ok to stick with them for the repair's because of my initial encounter with them and I'm so glad they accepted. Our job was very very difficult but they helped us every step of the way and went above and beyond to help complete our difficult drain repair job. We have real hard wood floors that were a monster pain to break through. But instead of me having to hire a demo team to break the floor, by some miracle they powered through and did it themselves saving us more money. They even fixed bad plumbing work that was done by the previous owners plumber. We are super thankful for Moises and his excellent team. They not only fixed the problem but also upgraded our drain to prevent any future problems. On top of that we had a separate bathroom plumbing issue and I reached out to him and they came out right away and took care of the problem for me at no cost because we were already dealing with so much, I was lucky he accepted what I gave him.
