When I asked the company to compensate via insurance, they stated I signed an agreement which I can only claim damages up to the amount of the inspection fee $450!!!. They screwed me and cost me money on the home price as well as repair and refuse to make me whole! Mark Bendit, shame on you! Please check the agreement before you sign. It says you waive your right to be compensated above the inspection fee if they are negligent!! Do not sign! Do not use their services!!! UPDATE!! Based on owners response: The owner didn't refer me to his insurance as he claims. He referred me to his lawyer, who stated they were not obligated to pay me for their negligence. They will only return my inspection fee if I sign a release form. Mark, please don't make me post the release form next. Having your insurance fix the damage would have been the honorable thing to do.

Finding a vendor that can 'do-it-all' was a head-pulling process until I found Mikhail (he goes by 'Michael') who said yes to all three. He showed up on time, immediately ran a ground scan performing the oil tank sweep, thoroughly went through the house for the inspection, and left a radon test kit in the basement to collect an air sample, all for about two hours. Very next day, I received three reports at 9pm: 1. Inspection 2. Termites 3. Oil Tank Sweep Currently awaiting a radon test result. Since collecting a sample takes two days and the sample has to be shipped to a lab, several more days are needed. He's done a great job and I highly recommend hiring him for your due diligence. About a month later, a contractor had to remove all of the floors due to significant sagging and install new joists because of damaged joists in the basement. In addition, there was water entering the basement due to improper grading -- something that was also never mentioned in the inspection. As a new homeowner, I relied on this inspection to identify major issues. This is my personal experience, others may have had a better one.

He explained to me that since they don't offer extermination services, only inspection, they didn't have a conflict of interest in the inspection. This alleviated some anxiety for me and I felt I could trust them. The K9 inspector came out and the dog sniffed around and sure enough caught the scent. Both the dog handler and Jon offered me great advice and helpful links to help make the fumigation prep as efficient as possible. Would absolutely recommend them. It's worth noting that they do offer a discount for Yelp reviews, but on my honor, I would have given them the same 5 star rating and written my review exactly the same.

He…read morethen sold me two treatments (instead of one) that he said was best for bed bugs and he discouraged me from using my local exterminator, he would find me one. I paid up front and the first treatment was scheduled promptly and the exterminator did the work. After that I tried to schedule the second treatment I had paid for and he texted twice he would get back to me. He didn't. When I kept texting asking for a scheduled treatment he said the company would "make it right." It was then All communication Stopped. He ghosted me. I feel he upsold me a second service that he knew the company would not deliver. Beware of this company!
