After using this company for long time I decided to write a review again. 1 - communication - do u know that feeling when u try to reach someone but they never pick up the phone? ! It won't happen here! Peter n his management r very prompt, respond very quickly. Most of the time the owner picks up so u talk directly to him n he solves whatever ur issue is. 2- cleaning - my home is full of people, it's very hard to keep it clean. I'm picky and I am not willing to pay anyone for lousy job. I called the company and got appointment. The day of appointment peter came to my house, after I showed him around n told him what I expect he gave me reasonable estimated. He explained to me the way they work, what kind of things r included in my weekly schedule, what kinda things r charged little bit extra, he went through the cleaners his company is using all organic stuff (makes me happy) . I needed a one time deep cleaning for my house and I didn't have time to contact many companies so I chose HousecleaningEU because it was super easy to get a quote though their website. I just went to housecleaningeu.com/get-quote, filled out a form and a minute later i got an email with quote. So I booked them. I got a confirmation email with availability and also who will be available . I needed more than one person because my house is big. I chose a couple Jessica and David for Wednesday morning . They came right on time. Before they started working, Jessica walked  with me through the  house and made sure that everything I needed to do will be done. They were done in 4 and half hours. My estimate said 4-7 hours so I saved some  money because this couple was pretty fast and they did a very good job. I wasn't sure how should i pay but Peter, the owner suggested credit card option which I really liked because it was so simple and fast. My experience  with this company was great. Wow, I had my first experience with HousecleaningEU. So yesterday evening, I found out that I had a last minute guest coming to spend the night at my house. I've been out of town the last two weeks, and my house needed a desperate cleaning. So I decided to try and see if I could find someone to come last minute for the following day, which was today. I messaged and called a couple places, and had no luck. Then I was put in contact with Peter. He told me they were completely booked but he would try and figure something out. He even suggested another cleaning service for me. But while I was contacting the other cleaning service, who didn't answer because it was after hours.. Peter called me back! He figured out a way to fit me in. We were in contact the whole time, confirming appointment. The next day, right on time, Marketa and Daniel arrived to clean house. And once again- WOW! So pleased with the cleaning service received yesterday! My mother's favorite time of the year is Christmas, as she loves decorating her house, and lucky for her, her Birthday is at the beginning of December, so when she asked my brother and I if we'd pay to have her house cleaned, before she decorated, as her bday gift, I hit Yelp immediately to find a house cleaning service. I found HouseCleaningEU and was very excited by the reviews so I gave them a call. Peter took my call and was quick to listen to what I needed and to offer a same day walk through of my parents home to see what the job would entail so he could get me a straight quote. The walk through was perfectly timed to fit my needs, and the service was booked shortly after. Marketa was the cleaning tech that Peter sent out, and she did an immaculate job in a very reasonable amount of time. (We all work so she had the entire house to herself for the day and had completed the job as I arrived home that evening.) My mother was elated upon her first steps through the front door, then after looking at the job in it's entirety, she had only great things to say. DO NOT LET THIS MAN INTO YOUR HOUSE! I have never written a Yelp review, but I felt that I needed to warn other people if you were even considering using this company. Peter Vojtus came to my house to do a "deep cleaning" and he did no such thing. My roommate will be writing a review to further elaborate on that with photos, but I wanted to touch upon the fact that all of my just refilled prescription medication magically "disappeared" out of my medicine cabinet after he cleaned our place. Even those antibiotics you never finish...yeah all of those... GONE!!!! I called Peter and told him to do the right thing and return them so that I wouldn't have to press charges. His response "YOU CAN TALK TO MY LAWYER". My guess, with a response like that.... this probably wasn't the first time. PLEASE if you use him are thinking of using him DON'T! I mean unless you don't mind someone who will steal from you.
