Great Performance, Solid Build, and Smooth Buying Experience…read more I recently purchased a CyberPowerPC desktop from Best Buy in Lee's Summit, and overall I'm very impressed with the experience and the quality of the system. The PC was well-packaged, cleanly built, and worked perfectly right out of the box with no setup issues. Performance has been excellent for both gaming and everyday use. Temps are solid, airflow is good, and the components were exactly as advertised. The system feels well-optimized and stable even under heavier loads, which says a lot about the assembly and quality control. I also appreciate that CyberPowerPC uses name-brand parts rather than generic components, which gives me confidence in long-term reliability and upgrade potential. For a prebuilt, the value is very competitive compared to building myself. Overall, this was a smooth purchase and a great PC. I'd confidently recommend CyberPowerPC to anyone looking for a powerful, ready-to-go system without the hassle of building from scratch.

Bought Norton 360 antivirus on line. Good price. Unfortunately, not Best Buys fault, tried to…read moreactivate, but Norton demanded a valid credit card number to put on file, when it expires in a year's time, they will automatically renew at a much higher price, in this case, $105.99 would be charged on automatic renewal. This info must be given before Norton would allow activation. Called customer service, call routed to India, but agent managed to activate without giving out visa number. Norton is very sneaky in this regard. Good product, lousy treatment of customers. Will never buy Norton product again.
