I mean, I'm not trying to be rude, but it's not like this store is happening. There were maybe two customers in there on a nice Saturday day. My husband had to end up writing it out with a sharpie, and she finally made copies after he had to threaten to call corporate on her. It's just sad the amount of customer service skills that this world is lacking one day that lady will have a daughter and she will lose an animal, and I hope someone has empathy for her, because she sure didn't for us.
