I come to the outlet occasionally but this time the sales clerks were rude in Ecco and Haggar clothing Co. In Haggar when my husband ask questions regarding sizes, after he turned around the lady rolled her eyes and made a face at him. Unacceptable! read more

Food court selection is limited and food was mediocre at best. Store selection and prices were limited and way over priced. You can get the same brand name merchandise on sale at Macy's or at TJ Maxx or Marshalls for much less. Not impressed. read more

I live close to this outlet. I've been there on opening weekend, middle of the week, day time, and holiday weekends. Even with a large crowd, this outet is easy to get around the way it is layed out. The deals here are okay. You can get better deals at Marshall's, TJMaxx, or Ross. The variety of stores could be better but there are several empty stores that haven't opened yet. Food court is only 4 restaurants. It doesn't seem to matter when you go the cookie place is always packed. The biggest drawback to the place is that it is outdoors. There is definitely a wide variety of people but that kind of makes it fun. You'll see international visitors scooping up deals to take home and locals doing there regular mall shopping. read more

For an outlet mall, i was expecting some more "wow! I didn't know ______ had an outlet in Houston! " but to no avail. Pretty basic outlet malls with plenty of your favorite outlet mall staples such as the Gap, Polo, Puma, Addidas, and the home stores. i do like the Converse outlet... a cool spot to get some cheapo-Chuck Taylors in some not-so-gagging colors. i'm still waiting for Houston to get a real outlet mall... i can dream right? read more

I really love going to the premium outlet for their great deals, but I recently bought a pair of Nike's at finish line for work so my feet won't hurt, and it was one of those situations where the shoe fits until you actually start wearing them it was like my foot grew another inch or something so my toes were actually bleeding on the inside so I call them back to see what can be done and I just here the guy jump in and say there's nothing they can do....like great luck for me thought they could've donated them or something from what I heard guess I was wrong :/ read more

The merchandise here is made with designers brands with inferior quality at a lower cost. They sell overstocked, discontinued items, and imperfect merchandise unfit for retail sale. So don't expect to last long. When you pay less for something, you can expect to get less for it. All the clothes here is made with low count thread. There are a ton of shops over here so you have a lot of options when you're considering. Also I would suggest that avoid this place on the weekends because it is packed, and I mean literally. The food court is stuffed with people and it is very hard to find a table and some of the stores are also very full so if you can try going on a weekday. And if you can, try picking up a discount book at the front desk in the food court. They usually have pretty good deals in them. Oh also, the bathrooms STINK! There is just this weird smell in the bathrooms which is something between bleach and garbage, and the lines are crazy long. It is pretty disgusting. read more

Great outlet. It was worth the one hour drive for me while visiting College Station, TX. It has all the main stores you're accustomed to. The Kate Spade is smaller than any other I've seen and the maps need to be updated better. I actually got out of my car again to go back in for BCBG, which was still listed on the sign, but there wasn't one on the directory. Not sure what to believe since Bebe was on the directory, but the store had closed down. It has multiple turns, so it's easy to miss a row. The stores are good, but they're easy to miss or you will have to backtrack. read more

I probably go to a handful of stores at this outlet. They are quite similar to the ones in round rock, but round rock has more stores...I think. The parking there SUCKS! I've been there 3 times and it always takes forever to find a spot. I do not recommend going to the outlets during the holiday time. It is extremely horrible! People are everywhere....no parking...and I don't think there are really any sales there. I do recommend going to this place once things die down if you just want to see what it has. I do get a few things from there and I'm pretty satisfied. I usually like to take a peek in burberry and tory burch. Youre lured in by the promise of low prices for premium brands but buyer beware, the prices are only about 10% off most items and the drive to get way out there burns that in gas. So dont expect a bargin day but it is a fun spot to spend a Saturday. read more

I'm lucky I live very close to the outlet mall. They always have great sales and the staff inside the stores seem friendlier than a mall. I love the outside factor, the only time you are indoors are when you are in a shop. My kids behave better when we shop here, did I mention there is always a sale;). More bang for your buck- very nice high end stores along with some average stores a little something for every body. I am sad hollister shut down but I was lucky to be there days before and score some awesome deals. However I won't even try to go on a Saturday or Sunday. I go there during the week no crowds. Do NOT come on the weekends or during holidays. This is not a crowd you want to be around.... but if you must go, make it Monday/Tues/Wed after 7pm (closes at 9pm). Unfortunately, the outlet appearance and maintenance has also gone downhill, and this place is in MUCH need of a makeover. read more

We got some great deals here on athletic shoes and gear for Christmas and we were really shopping at the last minute. I feel confident that I would have made out even better if we had more time to shop. Yes yes yes!!! This is totally worth the drive! A good friend of mine was visiting from CA so we did some shopping for Memorial Day weekend. It was sake after sale! Some places had lines to get in. Most notably, there's a Godiva chocolatier and Francesca's. I got so many steaks from running shoes at oasics, dresses, and staples like cami 's. I'd plan on making it a day trip when you have a larger purchase and have some fun with it. There's a small food court. This is my only critique, the food quality here wasn't super great and the chains weren't anything I was familiar with. The bathrooms here are typical messy mall bathrooms, so be prepared! read more

I'm specifically giving a negative review on ONE particular store that is here in these outlets. The Talbots store specifically. I'd love to personally review them but unfortunately I don't have the privilege of accessing that certain store. Being someone born and raised here in cypress I take pride in us being appreciative of anything or anyone who comes. We as a community will always welcome you with open arms and invite you to feel apart of a community as if you lived here as well. Unfortunately, the Talbots was the complete opposite of that experience I so much wish still was. For starters, the management in this store is completely unprofessional and out right rude. Specifically Glenda who is the Assistant manager. She is patronizing and feels a sense of what I can only describe as "privilege" and will lash out whenever she feels., the actually manager whose name is Kim is quite possibly the worst form of management I have ever witnessed in any establishment. The other woman who are regular employees aren't any better. They all have one thing in common and they sure did use it to there advantage (if you walk in and see who I'm talking about, it'll all make sense) I find it unfortunate and embarrassing that these elderly woman felt they could speak to anyone as if they were their mother. I also infest that theirs a reason this store doesn't get much customers as all these ladies will dismiss you if they feel you aren't "worthy" of their presence. I can only hope they or someone in this outlet can address this issue to them so they can be stopped. I will be sure to call their corporate as well if they aren't aware of their poor behavior read more

Considering the Texas-sized outlets we have in Houston, Austin, etc. (that's all I've been to), I thought this one would've been bigger. It was actually smaller than Memorial City mall, but it had all of the stores that I needed for family Christmas shopping and more. The food court was pretty small (about 5 choices), but the restrooms had plenty of stalls and I never had to wait in line. I think I wouldn't mind coming here on a less-crowded season for items when I don't want to drive too far. read more

Typical outlet mall. It has many of the same stores as Katy mills. So if it's a nice day outside and you want to exercise, but you also want to go shopping? Well here it is. It does have some different stores than the Katy outlet (like Ann Taylor) and different food options. I love an outlet mall. When I lived in CA, I was halfway between the Vacaville and Folsom outlets and this one's layout reminds me of the Folsom one. I like the outdoor setup, and I was able to get a great deal on new running shoes (Nike), some cool jewelry (Fossil), and 2 pairs of FABULOUS jeans (Lucky). This outlet has all the stores I want, from Nike to burberry! When I went Friday they had all the winter clothes out, perfect to stock up on gloves,scaves and jackets! The only thing I didn't like, was that they disnt have a large selection in kids at the major stores. I went to 7 for all mankind and asked if they had kids jeans and it look like she didn't even know they sell kids Jeans for that brand. Also, The restrooms do need a little cleaning by Oshkosh! We got the coupon book that you get when you check in on Yelp for free! That was great, however all the stores don't participate in the promotional discounts in the book. So the book is kinda helpful. Sometimes you can find deals on the free app "Retail me not" for these stores.
