It's a MUST to add on cordial bread topping (basically making it cheese bread with seasonings on the outside). Every stack is delicious but my personal favorite was the fiesta stack. Super similar to a chicken hani at National Coney Island (breaded chicken, cheese, lettuce, sauce, tomato). They can get pricey. The building itself seems to have been updated recently. There's tons of seating indoors, and it seems like they do a lot of takeout business. The staff is friendly, and the menu is pretty expansive. You'll find your usual standard fare for hot chicken, with a splash of Indian (Desi) and Korean thrown in as well! You can tell the menu is catered to the current hot chicken craze among Millennials/ Gen Z (see also: "tendies"). The service can be a bit slow right after they open. We arrived right at 11 and found that tbey were still heating up oil, etc-- it took 20-30 minutes for our orders to arrive, making it a tight fit for the lunch break. The real tough pill to swallow for me is the spice level experienced. I ordered the tenders in "cluckin hot" and I can assure you that they were cluckin not. I expect a lot more heat in the second hottest spice tier, so this was a disappointment. That said... I'm willing to give it another shot! CHC, I'll be back -- let's see what the cluck is all about!
