I just wish I remembered the name of the woman who helped us because she made such an impression. She walked us through all the options at different price points in a way that felt completely neutral and respectful. There was no subtle steering toward something more expensive. It genuinely felt like whatever we chose was the right choice. Ivy, my piercer, was incredibly thorough and precise. I really want to stress how pleasant and painless this piercing was. I am talking pain level 0 out of 10. I AM NOT MAKING THAT UP. She is extremely clean in her process and talked me through every step so I always knew what was happening. The room itself felt like a doctor's office in terms of cleanliness and professionalism. I wanted to write this because there aren't many reviews here about septum piercings specifically. Today, it has been 3 days since we got the tattoo and although the tattoo itself is small, has fine lines, and is on the wrist, it appears as if it has a smear/smudge on one of the corners on both tattoos. This isn't my first tattoo, and my husband and I have been following the after care and have been careful. It's on the healing stage, but you can tell that the corner line differs and there is a smudged area on both tattoos. For both these it was $240 total and done by Chris. I will update this review once the tattoos heal completely.

My partner and I came in to return a jewelry piece he surprised me with as a gift. I didn't even open the clear jewelry case since I immediately knew this septum ring was too large for me to wear. We clearly told the lady behind the register that we were there to exchange or return the piece. She tells us to wait for the piercer since others were waiting ahead of us. After waiting for over a half hour, I asked again, "do we really have to wait for the piercer to return this piece???" She said the piercer handles the jewelry. We were there for a total of at least 50 minutes! The piercer finally comes to us and tells us that jewelry cannot be returned after it leaves the shop. Why didn't the lady sitting behind the register give us this information as soon as we told her why we came in to the shop, instead of making us wait for almost an hour to just be extremely disappointed after speaking with the piercer? This place sucks, no respect and no consideration for patrons' valuable time. I have never been to a tattoo and piercing shop where the person at the register doesn't have basic knowledge on the shop's jewelry "policies" Back story: my partner goes in to this shop to surprise me with a septum ring. Another piercer helps him with picking out the jewelry. Bless my partner's heart but he knows nothing about piercings. He shows the piercer a photo of what I usually wear and somehow they pick out a piece that's triple the size of what I wear. The piercer never told my partner that jewelry is final sale. I talked to some of the girls who were waiting to get tattooed and it seemed their wait was also minimal. Jassy (stabbedbyjassy on IG) did three of my piercings. I got a daith, vertical helix, and lobe. I completely trusted her judgement and I'm glad I did. She made the experience fast and painless. Then once I contacted her through IG for some last minute questions, she responded less than two days later. Overall, glad I came here for the event and looking forward to another piercing by Jassy once these heal. Also glad I saved some money by going during this special event, because they quoted me $75 for a helix and $85 for a daith, originally.
