Worst Doctor visit ever. He spent all of 5 minutes with me. Without explanation, he began spraying Liquid Nitrogent all over my face; I had to ask what it was he was doing, when he was half done. "For sun damage" he said. And that's all the explanation I got from him for the entire visit. I was totally undressed, as directed by the nurse, but wore the robe provided. He did not ask me to disrobe and spent his time looking at my face -- and nothing else. Even though I was there for a "full body check." "Is that it?" I asked, as he ran for the door. With his back to me, he said "Oh you look in good shape" and he left. The visit notes, which Cedars let's you see online, were filled with outright lies about our visit. He said he explained several diagnosis with alternative treatments. Never happened. He said I was informed and gave consent for his treatments. Never happened. He said he used a scalpel. Never happened. If this man is experienced and admired, I have to wonder why. His sloppy examination, indifferent communication and rushed demeanor (he had one foot out the door the entire time) speaks to bad medical practice. His dishonest charting notes of the visit misrepresents me, and may be illegal. There must be competent doctors left in Los Angeles who will deliver thorough examinations and communicate fully and clearly with patients. This guy is not one of them. Avoid. read more

Visited Dr. Liu in March for the first time to establish a new dermatologist relation closer to my home for semi-annual mole checks. Liu proved extremely superficial. He did not examine my moles individually. In fact, he never got within 3 feet of me; he looked generally at my body from several feet away. He did not use a loop, a measuring tape, a dermascope, or otherwise map any of the moles. He didn't look through my hair at my scalp. I also had to point out several to him that I was concerned about. Instead, Liu said that I should check myself monthly at home in the mirror and don't need to come in for that. I explained that I had several moles excised previously as pre-cancerous and severely atypical and showed him the scars and reports. Also, those moles are on my back and not easy to see even with a mirror. Franky, there was no reason to get undressed for this level of negligence and apathy. I expected he would be more careful since I was a new patient to establish a solid baseline for subsequent review / treatment. After consulting with a variety of dermatologists and plastic surgeons, I chose Dr. Liu to remove a fibrous papule that had developed on my nose after a laser light facial from Skin Laundry. Because it was on my face, I wanted to make sure that I chose someone who was going to ensure that no evidence of either the growth or the removal would be left. Three months ago, I was given a cosmetic facial treatment by Dr. Howard Liu, a Los Angeles dermatologist. "Dr. Liu rhapsodized about his signature "combination laser with PRF serum." He often does it on himself, he told me, but I only needed it once. I asked him if the treatment would get rid of my skin tags? Yes, he said. Will it make my skin smoother? Yes, he said. Will it eliminate age spots? Will I look great by next week? Yes, yes, he said. The cost: $7,500. The treatment took around 15 minutes. Dr. Liu was clearly in a hurry. Once or twice, he moved a laser across my eyes with a "sorry." Several times, I pointed to my skin tags, and he said dismissively, "yes, yes, I see them." He did not take before and after photos. No one in his office followed up with me. My face was red for about ten days. It was mottled for about a month. The result: After three months, no visible change. The skin tags are still there. His lasers did not go near them. An acne scar remains from, I guess, the PRF serum. I should have seen the signs. During my initial consult, Dr. Liu sat in this office chair while I perched awkwardly on an examination table some distance away and had to twist my head to talk with him. He mainly pitched his treatment. He did not examine my face to see if I was a candidate for it. I have been meaning to write this review about Dr Liu for quite some time!!! We came to him for what we initially thought was a case of teenage acne and while his initial treatment somewhat worked at first, it eventually did not help my child. After several months of treatment and not seeing real improvements, I shared our observations and how the so-called acne did not seem to behave like acne. The same spots on my child's face would not go away for months at a time which I thought was odd. Dr Liu got flustered with me and made me feel like I was overreacting and simply said my child had inflamed acne and needed a stronger treatment. Needless to say, after consulting with another dermatologist, they performed a skin test which revealed my child had type 2 rosacea!!! Way to go Dr Liu. I do not recommend this doctor to anyone that has a real concern. He does not go beyond basics. This was one of the worst medical experience I have ever encountered. read more

He's a lazy doctor. Perhaps jaded or simply only focused on money. I saw him for dermatitis which was becoming severe, but he barely looked at it and simply told me it can't be helped only managed. Every time I asked him a question or elaborated on my condition, he answered with a new prescription. I left the office with 5 prescriptions which just seemed lazily prescribed and after a year, they have not helped and perhaps have even made it worse. He is not caring, he is cold and does not have your well being in his interest. I don't know if it's because he's a dermatologist and he doesn't take his job seriously, but as a doctor you expect some courtesy and professionalism. He probably can do cosmetic treatments but if you have any actual medical issues this is not the guy. read more

BEWARE OF THIS DR!!!!!!!!!! Went to see dr Liu about 6 months ago for a skin check. After checking in dr Liu came in for the exam. He asked me to lift my arms then put my arms down then said ok you're good. I was a little confused and asked him if he was going to check my moles because I have a lot of them. He said no you're good. I asked again, told him I had a lot of sunburns as a kid and a lot of moles. He replied "what are you so worried about" I said cancer. He then tells me "well I saw you 5 years ago and if you had cancer you'd be dead by now. I was shocked by his reply and left worried and confused. I thought about this almost every day and decided to go to another dermatologist last week. This exam was completely different. The dr came in and checked my entire body even between my toes. She then check all my moles with a magnifying device. She found a mole on my back that looked suspicious so she removed it and sent out for biopsy. Two days later results came back as pre cancerous, one step away from melanoma. So now I'm scheduled for surgery to take a bigger margin from the area. If I didn't seek out a second opinion it could have cost me my life. Dr Liu should have his license to practice suspended!!!!!!! I am so disappointed with Dr. Liu and I will NEVER be going to him again. I went to him several years ago for "fillers" and he was a completely different person. He was really lovely , helpful and took more than 10 minutes with me. He has an office close to where I live and I needed some things checked out on my face. I found the office to have a "cold" vibe to begin with. I was happy to see him even though it was several years. He came in, and was totally a different person. I was shocked. Told me the little bumps on my forhead were from age. He was cold spent 10 mins with me and I was so upset when I left. I felt like I was imposing on him. A few days ago I burned my hand with hot oil and I sent him a message via Cedars. I didn't hear back so I sent another one two days later. His staff member got back to me and told me Dr. Liu could not do anything without seeing me and I should go to Urgent Care or wait until Monday and his office person would call if I still wanted to see him , to make an appt. Unfortunately (her words) he probably wouldn't be able to see me and their are other doctors. He's right, there are other drs who are available to help or suggest something to do. I felt totally kicked under the bus by him and will NEVER EVER go to him or recommend him to anyone. He needs to check his arrogant attitude. I am astounded at the change in him and sooooo disappointed. I felt so insulted by the time I left. Nobody needs to go to a Dr. that makes them feel like he is doing them a favor. I thought Dr. Liu was an average dermatologist. I went to him about a scar that he told me was a keloid. He gave it a very expensive injection. I didn't notice any improvement at all, but during our follow-up he said he was thrilled with how great it went and I didn't need any further treatment. Seemed like gaslighting to me, but maybe he was just confused. Afterward, I ended up going to a plastic surgeon who did a scar revision surgery that actually did help make the scar look better. Also, Dr. Liu's wait times in his office were at least 45 minutes both times I went to see him. And lastly, Dr. Liu is with Cedars-Sinai. Every time I've visited a doctor from Cedars, I pay my bill in the office, and then Cedars tries to bill me more. This happened with Dr. Liu. I won't go to any Cedars doctors anymore because I think the Cedars billing department is so shady and corrupt now. read more

Aside from a bad encounter with a rather mean spirited (ok BITCH) receptionist, my experiences here have been awesome. Dr. Liu is personable. He cares about helping you. He doesn't want you to suffer financially so he'll try and give you options. He'll remember details you tell him about your personal life. He won't make you feel like you're just another appointment in between all his other appointments that day. Dr. Liu knows a thing or two about dermatology, that is for sure. I went to him just about a week ago, and one of my eczema rashes that I've had for what feels like forever (probably over 10 years), is subsided. After countless doctors, dozens of prescriptions, and getting a bunch of allergy panels at other places (like a darn lab rat), Dr. Liu took one look and recommended a regimen for me to try for 2 wks. I'm only about a week in and there is no sign of past woes at allf The problem areas that have always had outbursts have subsided. I came here on the recommendation of my fiance, and I am glad I made the trek (I usually hate driving to west hollywood), but would do it again in a heart beat to stop from suffering. He is really busy but he is attentive and you will get in and out which is especially good for my busy schedule. Parking is street, and its free for 2 hours (read the signs). read more

I've been his patient since May for acne as well as elective procedures. He's a nice enough guy but I can't justifiably keep seeing him. I don't mind long waits if it means I can actually spend more than a few minutes with a doctor, but that isn't the case with him - at least for my acne appointments. Furthermore he seems to have a one-size fits all (not to mention expensive and high maintenance) treatment algorithm for acne that he says works for 90% of his patients but I guess I'm just part of the unlucky 10% that doesn't get better. He'll actually spend time with you during procedures and does a good job but good luck getting him to keep an appointment. The office staff has called me on several occasions having to reschedule last minute (which wouldn't be a problem if he wasn't booked for weeks and sometimes months in advance). read more

I've been a patient of Dr Liu's for over a decade, and others in my family have been a well. I cannot rate his service and knowledge high enough. I (and my family) have had both cosmetic procedures as well as medical procedures and in every case have been very satisfied with the outcomes. Most recently, I had cosmetic work for laser treatment for an area of my forehead near that hairline that for literally decades I more or less ignored because it wasn't immediately evident (to me). But after two years of Zoom calls and looking at myself I became more and more self-conscious. The procedure took care of the area completely - it quite literally seemed like magic. I do my best to not succumb to conventional pressure about my appearance, but LA is a tough town for that; I'm fortunate to be able to afford cosmetic work and I can attest to the benefits (NB, I do not work in entertainment or related fields) and I'm likewise lucky to have had Dr. Liu to make this a reality. read more

I chose this doctor because he was "in network" with my insurance, Blue Shield. I have been seeing dermatologists most of my life because I have fair skin and am concerned about skin cancer. For many years I saw a famous doctor in Beverly Hills who was a Blue Shield provider but he stopped taking Blue Shield. I had several skin cancer treatments by him that were of no cost to me except for a copay. When I saw Dr. Liu for my first skin check, he noticed something under my eye. He biopsied it and then I was informed it was a basal cell carcinoma. I was told I would need a Mohs surgery. Noone mentioned any costs to me. After receiving the Mohs surgery, I was hit with a bill for over 4,000. My insurance says they will cover the cost of the biopsy and the Mohs surgery but the office says it will not code it as preventative. Since when is skin cancer removal not preventative? I am appalled by the lack of communication and customer service from Dr. Liu's office and Cedars Sinai Dermatology Clinic. I would not have seen Dr. Liu or received a Mohs surgery from this office if I had known they would not use my insurance. What is the point of seeing a doctor "in network" if they will not work with your insurance???? I give these people an absolute F! read more

Great guy, Great doctor. Referred by my primary physician and then it turns out a good friend of mine just can't stop raving about him. Personable, knowledgable and conscientious. When it was time for a prescription renewal and yes, two years had gone by, he wanted to see me first. Turns out, there's been a new study (nothing too serious here) but he felt it was very important I know about it before just blithely renewing. His staff is friendly and helpful and wow, everyone seems so damn happy there. My one note is that sometimes I've had to leave a couple messages before hearing back. I feel unsure about writing this, since my experience seems to be so rare, but I have to because it was so awful! The one star is for Dr. Liu's wonderful, kind staff, but he was so obviously disinterested, it was like he practically had one foot out the door! Maybe it was because of the insurance I have (HMO) or maybe it was because of the really obnoxious lady I could clearly hear him dealing with before me in the next room, who knows? He didn't look at my skin ONCE, told me one of my problems just was no big deal (I've looked it up online, it IS a treatable problem and could be a sign of something worse), and when I showed him a mole that's been changing, he glanced at it and said "oh it's fine, that's just a cyst." The worst part is, I KNOW my insurance won't cover most of the procedures I need (need because of a condition I have, but unfortunately they are considered cosmetic), but am willing to pay, which I told him, but he still seemed really annoyed at having to quote me prices. Terrible. We came for my 3-month old son's appointment to find out they moved to another location, so we rushed over to that location and were seen an hour and a half later. While Dr Liu and his staff were very nice, the things that unfolded after were a nightmare. Dr Liu prescribed my son two different topical treatments - steroid and antifungal ointments - and an oral antibiotic for his eczema and skin infection. Where do I begin? First, there was a discrepancy in the oral antibiotic prescription and Rite Aid would not issue the prescription to me until the doctor called back to fix the discrepancy. It took them two days to call Rite Aid back! Also the discrepancy was the math done for the oral mixture. How can a doctor mess this up?! Second, I was not warned of a possible allergic reaction to the topical creams. My son had a terrible allergic reaction to the antifungal cream for the infection...we're talking hives and swollen eyes. I didn't know what was going on so I called their office and they told me to just stop all the medications. I was confused because they gave no explanation. I ended up calling my cousin who is a dermatologist in the east coast and she explained that the antifungal cream could give allergic reactions but not the steroid cream. We then went to urgent care (it was a Saturday) and they confirmed this, and had to get Benadryl for his severe allergic reaction. Third, after the eczema and severe allergic reaction subsided, the eczema flared up again. It was all over his back now. I called Dr Liu's office for advice as I was concerned about the high percentage hydrocortisone cream prescribed to an infant. I called repeatedly, Wednesday to Friday. Each day I was promised a callback from a nurse. Heard nothing. Weekend passed, and today, Monday, I called and complained and was told they were aware of the situation and were going to have a nurse call immediately. 5 hours later I'm still waiting. I complained to my pediatrician who referred me here and she told me not to come back...that it's terrible they would do this to any patient, let alone a young infant! They have referred me to another dermatologist and I am certain it will be a far better experience! read more

Unless you have great insurance that covers "specialists" or a shitload of money, do NOT see this doctor. He seemed very nice and thorough during our visit but I have been hit with a bill that is over 4,000.00 since our first appointment in February. Skin cancer runs in my family so I have had regular skin checks by dermatologists over the years. Dr. Liu saw something on my face during our appointment which he submitted for a biopsy. This was also confusing because a previous dermatologist said it was "nothing." A couple weeks went by and I was informed that I needed to have this issue removed as it was a Basal Cell carcinoma. A young lady called me and said I would need a MOHS surgery and that it would be covered by my insurance since it was a "preventative procedure." I reluctantly made the appt to have the carcinoma removed. I say reluctantly because it was in the bag of my eye and I was very nervous about a scar developing in such a sensitive area. Because it was a carcinoma, and I figured it is always best to remove carcinomas, I went ahead and made the MOHS appt. When I went in for my appointment, everything seemed to run smoothly. Noone spoke with me about financial responsibilities. I was only informed about after care following the procedure. The cancerous area was removed and I left with a full bandage on my eye. Ten days after the procedure I received a bill for both the initial appointment with Dr. Liu and then for the MOHS surgery to the tune of almost 5,000.00. I called the offices right away and was directed to a woman named Karin. When we spoke, she told me to speak with my insurance company about the issue because it probably had something to do with my deductible. When I spoke with my insurance company they informed me that if the office "coded both appointments as preventative," my insurance would gladly cover the cost. That seemed very kind coming from an insurance agent! I emailed Karin about this update who then informed that "dermatoligists are specialists and that they never code their procedures as preventative." REALLY? This was not a cosmetic issue, this was cancer. Karin further told me that if I was worried about my skin, I needed to have it checked by my primary care physician. This has never been the case for me in the past as I have seen several dermatologists over the years and I specifically chose these dermatologists because they were "in network" with my insurance plan. No one explained to me that I would have a bill for any of these appointments and I have never had to pay a dermatologist in the past for skin checks or even for one basal cell removal I had several years ago in Beverly Hills. I expected to pay a co pay, even perhaps a little more but almost 5,000 seems outrageous especially since NONE of this was explained to me prior to the first appointment or prior to the MOHS surgery. In fact, I was informed that my insurance would cover the MOHS procedure. I am outraged by the lack of clarity from the staff, the lack of communication by both offices and now the expectation by Karin that I personally need to pay this bill even though my insurance says they would gladly cover the cost. There were lots of other details that I am leaving out because it makes the story even longer, but overall, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer care I have received from the office of Dr. Liu as well as from the office he sent me to for the surgery which is Cedars Sinai Dermatology on 99 La Cienega. read more

My first visit to Dr. Liu was subpar. The office (and its staff) was very cold and impersonal. I'm struggling with something incredibly foreign and frightening to me and it was as if he wasn't hearing me at all. I felt rushed and in feeling so, I have been putting a cream that treats something else on my face for a week! It wasn't until i researched the medication that I learned what it was for. No time was taken to explain anything to me or to reassure me that I will be ok. Everything was "we'll see" and "maybe." I think not. I couldn't feel worse right now. I debated on whether to update this review, but I know I'd want to know the below if I were a patient.... I originally went to Dr. Liu to take care of a stubborn pimple-type thing on my nose that needed to be burned off. He took care of that and then asked me if there were any other problems I had that needed to be addressed. I told him that there was a small brown spot on my chin line that had been annoying me for a while and he suggested IPL. I figured I'd give it a go. He said I would need three sessions to see any results. The first two sessions went ok. I didn't notice much lightening but you kind of take that risk going in. The third session was another story. When I left the Dr.'s office my face felt like it was on fire. I went home and was shocked to look at my face. It actually looked like it was burned. I called Dr. Liu and sent him photos and he told me to come back in. He said that he may have used too strong a setting on my face and that it should be ok after a few weeks. Well it's been 7 months and not only do I have the original brown spot on my chin line, but now I have several more- including one that spans the length of my cheek bone. I contacted him via email (he's great at responding) and he said to come back in for another complimentary IPL session. Now as nice as it was to offer, when I asked when I could come in (I didn't want to be pushy since it was complimentary) there was no response. When I wrote back again, still no response on when I could come in. It was disappointing. Now looking back it was probably best because why would I go back again to do the same procedure that caused this in the first place? I know there are worse things in life than a few brown spots, but to pay (it's not cheap!) to come out looking worse than when you first went in is really frustrating. I unfortunately haven't had time to write an update, but here goes: 1) Dr. Liu told me during my visit that certain procedures were covered by my insurance...they weren't. 2) Dr. Liu really pushed this cream (Refissa) on me - in the end, I required a full 7 day dose of Prednisone (steroids) to take down the massive swelling/hives/blistering on my face. I emailed him to let him know about my reaction when it first started, his advice: try it again, maybe you used to much. How about advising that I stay away from it forever, and recommending a solution? Dr. Liu is a friendly doctor, but I don't think I'm visiting him again...like, ever. read more

His office is lovely (here's a tip: you can park right around the corner for free and not pay umpteen million dollars to park in the building) and all the staff were great...plus, I only waited 5 minutes to be taken to a room. Dr. Liu was personable, answered all my questions, and hooked me up with samples of a certain med so I could test it out before paying (it's not cheap). Plus he is one of those doctors who says "email me if you have any questions" and means it - love that! On my way out the door I chatted with another happy patient who raved about him and says she sends all her friends to see him. So overall: two dermatological thumbs up! read more

Dr. Liu is an amazing, excellent dermatologist. I too went to him based on Yelp reviews, and that he was a provider for my insurance. I was totally satisfied with my experience. I was a little hesitant going to a Beverly Hills dermatologist, thinking he'd be pushing nonessential treatments on me (I clearly watch too much reality television), but it wasn't that way at all. His office is very nice and comfortable - clean but not ultra-posh or anything. All of the staff I interacted with were very friendly and efficient. Dr. Liu himself was impressively intelligent and immediately put me at ease. He was relaxed and funny and friendly. I greatly appreciated the time and care he took in educating me about moles and skin cancer and such. He removed a few moles and that went very well and I've healed up quite nicely. At the end of our appointment, he gave me his card and told me to email him should I ever have any questions or concerns, which impressed me greatly, especially because no other doctor has ever done that for me. And for the cherry on top: a few days after my appointment, I received a very nice letter in the snail-mail from Dr. Liu, which thanked me for coming to his office and asked that I email him anytime if I need anything. I have had bad luck in the past, so I read all these reviews and decided to give it a shot. Even though it took me a while to find the address (seemed simple, but it's the Beverly Hills/L.A. border weirdness) but I was taken right in, and Dr Liu was wonderful. I had medical issues I wanted to have checked, and he answered all my questions, listened to my concerns and offered suggestions. He did a freezing of the problem area and a precription for another issue. He highly encouraged me to email him with any questions or concerns, and I will if I have any. I originally had an appointment on a Wednesday, but received a call that Dr. Liu wasn't going to be in the office, so my appointment was rescheduled for Friday, which was fine. I arrived at the hospital at 10:50am for my 11am appointment. I waited past 12pm, but the doctor never showed up, so I decided to leave. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE STAFF. If I barely write reviews and I only do so in extreme circumstances. If I could give zero stars, I would. I first saw Dr. Liu in 2012. There were no issues with the first office visit and I had an overall positive experience. I found Dr. Liu to be knowledgeable about the options I had for keeping my skin clear. A few months later, I had a followup visit with him. I waited over an hour to see Dr. Liu-- even though his office staff repeatedly assured me that it would only be another five minutes before Dr. Liu could see me. Dr. Liu did not bother to apologize when he finally saw me over an hour after my original appointment. Although I found this very irritating, I decided to overlook this and give his office another try. I scheduled a third visit for today. I received a courtesy call on Friday confirming today's appointment. I arrived on time for a 2pm appointment and was told that Dr. Liu had a family emergency today and was not in the office. I was floored. No one from his office called me to let me know that Dr. Liu would be unavailable. I then asked if I could see any of the dermatologists for two minutes (I only need a prescription refill). I was told that none of the dermatologists had any availability today. I then asked what Dr. Liu's availability was to reschedule today's appointment. I was told that Courtney, the person who managed his calendar, was out to lunch. I left shaking my head because I was so astonished by the lack of professionalism. I understand that unforeseeable events occur and I hope all is well with Dr. Liu's family. However, I find it extremely disrespectful and rude that no one called his scheduled patients for the day to tell them to not come to the office and/or to reschedule the original appointment. As such, I will not be returning to Dr. Liu and I will be finding a new dermatologist-- one that respects other people's time. read more

I've been to Dr Liu 3 times in 10 years. Even though all my visits have required needles, scalpels & stitcheS, it's always been a great visit. He's the most easy going doc I've ever been to. He explains his diagnosis & how he's gonna fix it. I'd highly recommend any loved ones to him. read more

Dr. Liu has been treating me for over one year now and he is amazing! He has not only helped me with an anti-acne regimen, but also finding ways to prevent wrinkles and minimize the signs of aging. He is a really great listener and makes suggestions based on what works with my lifestyle and budget. He is a wealth of information, but not pompous or arrogant at all. I've been going around and paying deductibles just to have my facial moles looked at (cosmetic removal). Been getting quotes from ~$350 - $1000 for two moles so far. Perhaps this isn't a fault of Dr. Liu, nor am I passing judgement on the actual facility or staff. But Dr. Liu is by far the most expensive, and a statistical outlier (even among NY/SF pricing standards after research) @ ~$3,000 for the cosmetic removal of two moles/Nevi. Needless to say, I went somewhere else to have the procedure done. read more

Good luck trying to reach this doctor. His office manager, Nelly is absolutely the worst person you can deal with. She is so rude and inconsiderate, it is not to be believed. She is like a broken record repeating her own statements without listening to what the patient is saying. From one hand she says Dr. Liu is not available and once you ask her to have him call back, she says he is right here and just overhead our conversation and said that he won't call back. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she said that she has no supervisors and reports to no one. If this is the type of service you like to get, then this place is for you. read more

I had this mystery rash and my primary doc told me it was bug bites. Rash spread rapidly and I fumigated my apartment 4 times and spent about $40 a day for laundry every day for a freaking month. Rash got worse and worse I was about to lose my mind!!! Finally I went to Dr. Liu. The second he saw my rash, he could tell it was NOT bug bites but some rash caused by virus internally, but totally treatable. No biggie He saved my skin and sanity and I can not be more grateful. Dr Liu and his staff are wonderful. Setting up an appointment through Robin was effortless and she was more than understanding when I missed my originally scheduled appointment. She was even more empathetic when I called to tell her I'd be running late the second time around (no thanks to a dead car battery and the inept dispatcher at Yellow Cab). In fact, the whole office was damn friendly and radiated a positive attitude. The good doctor listened to all my concerns and prescribed a cost effective regimen. Rather than pushing me toward the more expensive and potentially dangerous medications, he suggested a more conservative plan of attack. He is also quite the flatterer (are you really your age? he asked more than once). One word of advice - bring your own reading material because of the lack of magazines in the waiting area. And the building is located at the corner of Robertson and Clifton. My driver had a devil of a time finding it. it's a bit tricky. Highly recommend. I also love this location. Next time it's window shopping and lunch at The Ivy! read more
