Made a little family very happy with the Lobster burrito, yellow tail burrito, steak nachos and Kaia ramen. Everything was "yummmy!"

Everything we've tried on the menu has been absolutely delicious! The owners and staff are very friendly, professional and have provided fantastic service. Makayla is awesome and was so gracious and kind while helping clean up our toddlers water spill. This is a new local favorite. They literally have something for everyone. We cannot wait for the sushi bar, coming soon. :)

Did take out today from Howdy's. Enjoyed the variety and quality of food offering here. Mixing up Mexican, American and Japanese food feels very SoCal. Really enjoyed the spicy tuna burrito and beef and chicken high protein burrito. The Chino Latino salad could have used more veggies. Price is fair for what you get here. Food prepped under 20 mins for pickup. Nice new and clean restaurant.

I give this place 5/ 5 I tried the Malibu location before and wasn't expecting for new location. To be the same. I was wrong. Hospitality 5/5. Inside is kept clean and no smell 5/5. The ramen was seasoned perfectly and evenly. It has a small kick of spice but it was worth it. The noodles, meat and egg were cooked great. Not much over or under cook. The chef is amazing. I met one f the partners for this location and offered me a watermelon drink to try. He was amazing! The server was just as amazing. No issues with the server parking. This place needs more audience

Stopped in on a Sunday for a late breakfast. Liked the variety of breakfast and lunch options available on the menu. You order at the counter. I ordered the Huevos Verdes - so so flavorful! My husband enjoyed the orange chicken. Portion sizes were just right. While its more of a fast casual spot, I appreciated that a staffer stopped by our table mid-meal to ensure we had what we needed and even offered some additional salsa to compliment the Huevos Verdes. Not a ton of seating inside, but like that there's additional seating on the large bright patio. Parking can be a little tricky with Trader Joe's next door. Nice addition to Agoura, will definitely be back.

Are you looking for a great breakfast restaurant that has its own barista making phenomenal coffees (try the Spanish latte!), or jonesing for some superb breakfast tacos or breakfast burritos boasting succulent, perfectly cooked bacon, ripe and generous portions of avocado, exceedingly well balanced preparations with perfectly cooked eggs and nothing overwhelmed by the taste of onions? Or maybe you want a fantastic sushi burrito, or sushi bowl of yellowtail, spicy tuna, tempura shrimp or lobster? Well, you're in luck then, because a wonderful new restaurant has opened in Agoura on Canwood Street next to Trader Joe's in the old Jinky's location. It's called Howdy's and my guess is it will be your new go-to for all of these and more. In fact, you may already have visited Howdy's in Malibu and been anxiously awaiting the opening of this new location. With delectable wild caught fish, excellent homemade salsas and delicious homemade chips as well as superb Mexican breakfast offerings, Howdy's has so much to recommend it! Prices are very reasonable, there are comfy chocolate and turquoise banquettes and tables near the fireplace that welcome you to linger over one of their excellent coffees and a yummy meal. There's a small side patio and a larger front patio, as well as plenty of seating inside and at the bar. Parking in the front and the back of the restaurant makes for a super easy in and out. We sampled the breakfast tacos, which can also be made as a burrito, and they had a perfect blend of scrambled eggs- neither too wet nor dried out- a generous amount of avocado served with two different salsas and crisp, fragrant truly wonderful bacon, beautifully cooked, topped off by not at all greasy french fries. We very much enjoyed the yellowtail sushi burrito and really superb Chilaquiles as well. Oatmilk cappuccino was spot on, as was the Spanish latte and the ambience was very relaxed and welcoming. The menu is expanding as we speak with French toast, waffles, and more Asian offerings yet to come, and the hours will be expanding as well. We will definitely be regulars and believe you will be as well. Very excited to have this wonderful addition to our community!

First time here , definitely won't be last. Quick efficient service . Had the double steak protein burrito with avocado . You gotta have the habanero sauce to go with it as well. When they say double steak , they mean it . Pretty chill vibe and has a side coffee kart as well, good mix menu and variety of things.

I'm so glad I came back--it reminded me why this has been one of my favorite local restaurants for years. From the moment we walked in, Sammy took great care of us. We wanted to sit at the bar, and she made sure we got seats right away. Throughout our visit, she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. Service like that makes a great meal even better. The tacos were absolutely outstanding--fresh, flavorful, and every bit as good as I remembered. And the margaritas? Still some of the best around. It's hard to beat great tacos, an excellent margarita, and top-notch service all in one place. Sometimes you forget just how good a restaurant is until you go back, and that's exactly what happened to me. Los Agaves hasn't missed a beat. Great food, great drinks, and outstanding people. I

None of the soda fountain was working, they knew about it, and multiple people said they'd bring me the soda I paid for, and it never happened. Back to the counter to get a refund. You'd think if they knew sodas weren't streaming they'd either stop letting people purchase or refund proactively. They don't. Bizarre concept, will never be back. And in a way, that's exactly what El Sancho Cantina is: an escape. A secret. A little taste of something else. Whether you slide in for lunch, happy hour, or dinner, El Sancho is where you come to cheat on your routine. Tucked into Thousand Oaks, it's a getaway hidden in plain sight. Sit at the bar, let the cool breeze drift through, and allow the Spanish ballads to work their magic. For a moment, you'll forget where you are--and believe you've wandered into a dreamy cantina somewhere deep in Mexico. Start with the "El Viejo"--their riff on an Old Fashioned. Let the applewood smoke swirl above the glass as you lean in. The aroma hits first, then the deep flavors of añejo tequila and Mexican whiskey settle in with smooth confidence. Sip slow. This isn't a race--it's a seduction. If you're looking for something a little lighter--a healthy balance between indulgence and intention--try the two taco plate with the green salad substitution. I went for one Potato taco, one Shredded Chicken taco, and swapped out the rice and beans for a salad of mixed greens and cucumber, dressed with balsamic vinaigrette and a squeeze of fresh lime. The flavors were bright, clean, and satisfying. I walked away full--but not heavy. If I was meeting my Sancha after, I could've easily gone for a stroll. Maybe even dessert. But don't let me lead you down the wrong path--the tacos and cocktails are already all the temptation you need. And if that post-lunch lull starts to creep in, fight back with the "El Cafecito"--a soulful wake-up call of Licor 43, Kahlúa, cold brew coffee, and chocolate bitters. My personal pick over an espresso martini--bold, smooth, and unapologetically delicious. So yes, you might be cheating on SoCal for an hour with Mexico vibes, but El Sancho doesn't judge. In fact, it invites you back--with open arms, a strong pour, and just the right amount of trouble.

First off the decor and atmosphere was 10/10. Loved that they have a cozy and comfortable outdoor covered patio. I ate outside and it was lovely. Also indoor seating options too. Small space but they make it work and the patio is where it's at! I also love that aside from parking on the street of TO blvd they do have about 5-6 designated parking spots in the back that they share with the pizza place. I'm a sucker for a private parking lot vs busy street parking so another small win. Staff were friendly and kind. Gal working the register was all good vibes and the gentlemen that brought my food out made sure to let me know where I could find the silverware and extras once he saw I was missing it (my first time here so I was learning). Staff were working hard and keeping the place clean, nice people. The food was good but not 5/5. I'd say the food ranged from 3.5-4 stars, which still isn't bad. I'd come back. They have a large menu and lots that sounded tasty. I went with the street taco plate. I absolutely loved the rice and beans! Solid sides. The tacos were also generously loaded - you get bang for your buck here because I was super impressed with how packed with meat the tacos were, so that was a bonus. Also, they didn't up-charge for the guacamole topping, which was nice. I got Carnitas and Al Pastor. Both were good, but I'm also really picky with both of those proteins. Some other bonuses worth mentioning is they give complementary chips and salsa and I was pretty much obsessed with their salsa! I can't handle heat, but I do like a good salsa and finally, I found one here that was very mild, but super flavorful. Also good Jamaica too. This spot was solid, the portions were impressive and staff were friendly. On a nice day come enjoy their patio, it's a spot worth checking out.

Another issue we experienced was the bar had a private party, which was fine, however the noise level from the mariachi band was way too loud and none of the patrons could enjoy their own table conversations. If yo're going to shut down the bar on a Saturda, please take into consideration all other patrons in the main dining room.
