The employee I initially spoke with gave me completely different information than what I was told later, which created unnecessary confusion throughout the entire process. The facility itself was also concerning. Several trampolines were damaged to the point that duct tape was being used to hold them together. The bathrooms were extremely dirty--so much so that multiple families left the party to use a nearby gas station and then returned. That alone was embarrassing as a host. I also felt bad for our party host, Trinity, who seemed unprepared and unsure of how to handle situations, likely due to lack of proper guidance. Management even made a comment that he "just wants to leave," which reflected the overall lack of care and professionalism. The final issue involved the party favors. We were told that since they ran out, we would receive free jump passes instead. However, when one of my guests tried to use the pass the next day, it was not valid because it had not been signed or dated by management. This was extremely embarrassing for me as the host. Additionally, I was told ahead of time that the $50 outside food fee would be waived for cake, chips, and drinks. When it came time to pay, I was told that was not true. When I called to clarify beforehand, I was even told I could purchase drinks there to avoid the fee--but then was informed they don't provide cups for guests, which makes no sense. To make matters worse, one employee I spoke with sounded inebriated, and I later heard that this is not uncommon. Apparently, some court monitors allow friends to bring in "water" bottles so they can drink while jumping. Overall, this experience was disorganized, unprofessional, and embarrassing. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere when planning an event.

I wouldn't recommend this unless your kid LOVES trampolines as the place wasn't super packed, and had a few variations of trampolines, an airbag, a soccer mini game, and dodgeball.

In any case, there were probably about 15 dinosaurs in total. Visitors follow a path at their own pace to view each dinosaur. Touching them is prohibited, but you can get pretty much as close as you want to observe and photograph. There is also a small dig area and a staff member walking around with a baby dino the kids can pet. Our first loop through prehistoric park took about 15 minutes. We splashed and swam a bit in the lake and then returned for another quick loop through the dinosaur trail before heading home. Overall, it's a pleasant activity and definitely a kid-pleaser. My children ages 1-9 all enjoyed it. The problem is the cost. $29 is just WAYYYY too high for what this is. Part of me thinks the city of Grapevine should just continue to charge the regular entrance fee into Meadowmere Park and use the dinosaur exhibit as a way to increase traffic into the park during the off-season. We for sure will not be returning to the park until the exhibit is over and the entrance fee returns to a more reasonable rate. If your kid loves dinosaurs and you've never been here, by all means, go, but I'd probably chalk this up to a once in a lifetime activity.

The 90 min pass is a good amount of time to feel like you've gotten your fill. We attempted every challenge at least once in that time! Labyrinth is part of a whole activity complex with axe-throwing, trampolines, and obstacle courses as well. You enter the Airborne Trampoline Park and ask for Labyrinth passes at the front desk. I liked that the rooms were a mix between physical and mental tasks, but definitely preferred the physically-focused ones. The mental puzzles were sometimes confusing because you walk in blind with no instructions or hints (you can ask for hints from the employees though). I will say, I saw the all-kids groups breeze through many of those rooms while adult groups (including mine) took many tries. Maybe the challenges just required a certain creativity to solve. I will say for germaphobes, it's a high-touch activity and you can see that wear and tear on the objects, so I'd bring hand sanitizer.

With one task to get through and no real objective or clues, it can be frustrating figuring it out. The rooms are broken or worn out. 4 initial rooms could not be entered, holding back access to 2-3 more rooms each. Anything that required touching showed its age with wear. Some rooms required crawling with worn out floors that hurt to crawl on. The place is connected to a trampoline park, we had random young kids running around Labyrinth area unsupervised. The potential.... We were able to get through 2 areas completely! The obstacle course to get through a volcano was fun! The Asylum area was great as well. But so many rooms we were just clueless as to the clues. I am not the world's best escape room person, but I've completed dozens. Hard tasks are good, nearly impossible to figure out tasks are rough, racially with broken down interactions. When this place was new, I bet it was great. For $60 total we were entertained for two hours well enough, but I can't really recommend this place with all the broken and worn down interactions. The place needs a revamp and it could be unique and great!

Note that time slots are every two hours so check the website before you show up. There will be a staff member (lifeguard) watching over the Aqua Park as long as someone is in the water. My kiddos enjoyed the Aqua Park but it wasn't big. Because there isn't water spraying on the inflatables, the inflatables can get really hot. Luckily, you can just jump into the water and track it back onto the inflatables. They spent 1.5 hours on the inflatables and thought it was enough. There weren't enough variety within the inflatables to entice the kids to stay longer.

Many of the inflatables were very under inflated and boggy. Some inflatables were in need of repair with broken areas, specifically one of the trampoline looking pads had the mesh detached and could've easily caught someone's foot or have someone fall in between. The course was supposed to be attached like an obstacle course but the Velcro was not hooked up in many areas. There were a ton of ropes in the water so if you fell in, you were immediately tangled in ropes. I'm concerned that this is the normal and that children are also using this same course. Also, just know there are no lockers to put any valuables. They do have a changing room and an outdoor shower. Life jackets were provided. I appreciate the experience but probably won't come back.

Matthew greeted us with friendly smiles and walked us to our cabana. They had a nice welcome sign for us, which was so sweet. The cabana featured a safe, a small refrigerator with bottles of water, a TV and ample seating for our family of 9. Our server Logan was incredible. One of the best service experience I've ever had at a water park. Everything we ordered was delivered with care and kindness. I do wish there were more tables in the cabana though. The water park itself was really great. The kids had a blast on the zip line, lazy river, slides, and play area. Note: Towels are available.

We specifically planned our day around visiting the water park and arrived around 1 PM expecting to stay until closing. Unfortunately, the park was closed around 4 PM due to approaching weather. While I completely understand that safety comes first, what disappointed me was how ResortPass handled the situation afterward. Despite the fact that we lost most of the experience we paid for and had no opportunity to return because my family had already left the country, ResortPass only offered a 50% refund. They based their calculation on the park's total operating hours rather than the actual circumstances of our visit. Parking costs were not addressed, and the fact that future tickets would be useless to us seemed to be ignored. After further discussions, the only additional compensation offered was a 20% discount on a future ResortPass booking, which provides little value considering the situation. Customer service was polite, but the final resolution felt disappointing and did not reflect the unique circumstances of our visit. I expected a company that values customer experience to handle this situation more fairly. Would not book through ResortPass / Paradise Springs again based on how this issue was resolved.

There are 2 different levels of admission- Crew Starter pass for $30 or Crew Premium pass for $50. I highly recommend the premium pass for the kids since it includes the crusher experience and a drink. The adults did a starter pass and we added a snack and drink combo deal for $10. You park across the street, at Grapevine Mills Mall and a Dig World crossing guard employee will walk you safely across the busy street. We arrived right at 9:00 am, right when they open and before it got too hot. They had fans with water misters all around and it was very refreshing to walk by those. We finished up at 11:30 and headed to lunch at the nearby ChikFilA. Every single employee there has an A+ attitude, so friendly and helpful and they really put safety first. We had several different employees offer to take a picture of our group and I just love that! The adults had as much fun as the kids!! So many fun experiences! After you enter, be sure to grab a Dig World park map found behind the entry windows. The map shows all of the attractions and also has a place to collect the stickers you receive after each game/experience. Once you have 10 different stickers, be sure to head to the Supply Shed or merchandise area to score a special, limited-edition prize! The highlight was "The Crusher" where you select a plastic toy and it is lined up in front of a pavement roller. A Dig World employee (best job ever!) rolls over it frontwards and back and then collects the resulting smashed vehicle into a plastic zip bag for you to take your souvenir home. We did this near the end so we didn't have to carry it around with us all morning. One of our grandkids chose a school bus to crush since she was secretly not looking forward to school starting next week! Our family had a great day and lots of fun memories were made!

The 2 nights before we left, I came across an add for Dig World on FB, and immediately knew I had to take my toddler here. He loves all things vehicles and especially construction vehicles! Being in the middle of TX summer, I was super dreaded in coming here, knowing they just had their grand opening a couple days prior. Regardless, I know it'd be worth it to see how much our toddler would enjoy it. Lucky for us, we woke up that morning to see it was raining on and off. The temperature dropped down to about mid 80s, but super humid of course. Upon arriving, I had to do a U turn not realizing they share a parking lot with Grapevine Mills across the street. It was such a nice and thoughtful touch for them to assign a safety person to help guests cross the street to and from the parking lot. Since it was raining that morning, the place was not crowded at all. At the most, there were maybe 2-3 other people in front of us at a couple of the rides/attractions. They have so many staff to direct guests, on training, or taking turn to run the rides. The manager was also walking around, talking to us and other guests to get our direct feedback, which goes to show how much they care. I thought I was there for my toddler to experience some of his favorite construction vehicles. Little did I know, I might have enjoyed them more than he did. Since he was too short to ride any of them by himself, he had to sit on my lap while I controlled them and he could help out. Some of my favorite were the Operator Games. I wasn't the only adult who got hooked. Saw a couple who were probably in their 70s there by themselves, full of joy having a date at Dig World. Excellent addition to DFW Metroplex! Great for kids and adults both! We will definitely be back next time we are in DFW again!
