Line wrapped around the window / entrance at 2:15p Monday

We got the annual pass and have gone 4 times this week- but something has to change with the check in process. The line was wrapped yday as soon as you walk in and we had to wait almost an hour. There should be a member line for those with passes and waivers on file to get checked in and given a wristband to bypass the regular line where people are still filling out waivers and deciding which pass to purchase. Additionally, more signs posted saying to have your waiver filled out or you will be delayed and moved to the side or put back in line. There was a customer in front of me who waited almost an hour. Only to get to the register and allowed to fill the waiver out for himself and his child at the register. This person should have been asked to step aside so the next waiver having customer could be assisted instead of holding up a register in such a busy time. There is a way to keep the line moving and that is NOT being done. They have about a total of 5 registers and only 3 were in use yday- if it's lack of employees, the managers or those sitting in the administrative office should support their employees and business and jump in to get everyone handled timely. One employee announced to the line to start completing waivers in the hour we were in line but that needs to be done more than once and again, have that customer move to the side or get back in line. The cafe ran out of chicken tenders and sliced pizza, by 3:30 - there was only one young man working the cafe register with a huge line, doing his best. Thankfully the sitting / eating area is kept cleaning, which is great! There is plenty of upstairs seating. But the check in process has been horrible. For this new business in the profitable Grandscape area, something has to change - and hopefully it starts with a members express check in line. My kids had a great time, and the annual pass has been a great value but what a nightmare each time to get to that point.

I came here with a group of my friends, we are all in our early to mid 20s. We came back with a few new bruises but so many laughs were had and fears were conquered here. The variety of events was absurd. They have climbing areas, a laser maze, run up walls like American ninja warrior, a full sized airplane you can walk in, they have the stereotypical tree top/ropes course but also 2 advanced ones that were extremely rewarding and full of adrenaline (they have more stuff like slides and climb up tubes as well). I personally have always been afraid of the ropes course but due to some friend encouragement and very friendly staffs guidance I was able to climb everything I wanted to! I think this would be a dream to come to as a kid, and it was still super fun to do as a big kid. I do not live in Dallas but whenever I visit I will be back here. I will say the tunnel and a few things proved difficult for full sized adults but we still had a fantastic time and managed to squeeze into everything. Overall a super fun experience and personally my best experience at an adventure park.

If you're a kid, or just young at heart, looking for a unique experience then this is your kind of place. Perhaps you're claustrophobic or have a fear of heights and want to work on conquering that fear. You can do that too. It's filled with so many activities literally from floor to ceiling that the parkour crowd would definitely approve. There are underground tunnels, climbing walls, rope courses, slides, run up ramps, zip lining and more, all of which involve some physical exertion and maybe a little bit of bravery. Plus the space is big enough so that it doesn't feel too crowded even when they're busy. So why is all this fun only deserving of 3 stars? As others have pointed out, the pricing is very steep. For those who have kids 9 years old or younger, you'll have to pay at least $25 for a ticket to accompany them, regardless of whether you want to participate in any of the activities or not. Add food and/or drinks to the price of admission and a few hours here with the family might just exceed your grocery budget for the week. Had we not been guests of a birthday party, I would have taken one look at the prices and immediately said, "Too rich for my blood!" and moved on. One final note, parking at the facility is very limited. I would recommend going straight to the Nebraska Furniture Mart lot to park instead of trying to find a spot next to the building.

Wow so much fun and a little scary but everything is very secure and the staff is great at being diligent about safety. You can really spend all day here and not even notice the time because of how much fun it is. This place is great with friends, for birthdays, and for families! Theres lots to do not just ropes course but rock climbing, little play area, cafe/resturant, run wall and more. I liked that the facility was new, clean, sturdy, safe, and there were lots of workers to provide clear instructions. It is a bit pricy to do all the activities but I think it's worth to try once for sure!

Took my kids here for their grand opening. It was on a Wednesday so it wasn't packed even though it was the grand opening. Check in could be worked on so it's more seamless when it does get busy. We filled out the waivers online but they didn't get it in the system so seemed a little pointless since we had to fill it out again even with the confirmation email. Took us about 15 minutes to get wristbands with all the confusion. All day pass costed $19 for each adult and all my kids were free since they were under 4. This is the best option if you're coming with toddlers since they won't be able to do any of the harness activity. Inside is beautiful, well designed and had many different activities. There were a lot of parents allowing their toddlers to go alone and I feel like even though there's no age limit, they should be supervised because it's still hazardous or difficult without a parent's help. My son is a wild child and he still needed assistance getting boosted up. Also, even though it gets hot inside, definitely recommend long pants because the ropes and metal structures. Overall, we had a really good time. It was a workout with 3 toddlers but 3 hours quickly passed. I can see spending the whole day here if you're an adrenaline junkie and doing all the activities. My only critique is that I can see the obstacle courses being difficult to go through when it is packed. Everything is low clearance or super tight. It wasn't even packed and it got chaotic since multiple people were in one area but crossing in both directions. Also, customer service all around could be improved. Besides one guy wearing a yellow bandana (I didn't catch his name) but he was the sweetest with us and the kids. Great way to spend our day and super affordable. Our kids instantly knocked out once we got in the car so it was a win.

WARNING! They no longer are offering the free parent cafe pass for parents of older kids who don't need hands on supervision.

WARNING! They no longer are offering the free parent cafe pass for parents of older kids who don't need hands on supervision. Such a turn off and not properly communicated that this change would be coming when they offered their 365 pass promotion for Black Friday. We requested a refund of the passes purchased but not yet activated so we will wait and see if they do the right thing. Will update review with what happens. Bait and switch to parents who have spent $$$$ here in the past and don't appreciate the lack of transparency.

This place is honestly so cool. If they had something like this when I was a kid, I would've thought it was the coolest place ever. They essentially have an entire underground tunnel system which is fun for kids to explore albeit low key claustrophobic. Like my littles could stand in most of the tunnels without crouching, but as an adult you definitely have to crouch and contort to fit through the tunnels. Given that there are plenty of dead ends and dark areas, I do think younger kids can easily get lost and need an adult to be with them to help navigate the whole time. So if you're one of those parents that would rather sit on the sidelines and let your younger kids play independently...I prob wouldn't recommend it. At first, I was actually really overwhelmed and nervous my kiddos would get lost but after figuring out the lay of the land and understanding where the entrances and exits were, I started to relax and found myself really appreciating how cool this place is for kiddos. There is SO MUCH to do. They have ropes course, a ton of slides, zip lines, climbing walls and an entire underground tunnel system, (which I actually hated bc it's small and dark and claustrophobic) that the kids loooooved and a ropes playground climbing thing. Also a laser obstacle thing like mission impossible style. 10/10 would recommend for kids. As long as you go into it with the right expectations and supervision, it would be impossible not to have a good time here. I think it's actually way more fun than that Boulder place in Grand Prairie and it's cheaper and closer to us! We will definitely be back!

Fritz was really fun for my daughter's birthday party. I recommend having older kids go, because the zip lining is what makes this place so unique and worth it. One of our guests was too short to do the zip line.

    Warp wall

So much to do for kids, even if you buy the pass without the harness activities. The climbing structures are very unique! I've never seen anything like this before. I think we were there 4 hours and kids would happily have stayed longer! We didn't even do the treetop (top tier) pass. (They spent at least 30 min just pretending to fly the plane.) FYI -Age 9 and under must have a paid adult with a like-kind entry level pass. -A large (ninja turtle style) maze of pretend sewers/manholes exists under the main level. The spaces are very tight for an average sized adult crawling on all fours....probably impassable for a large adult. It's was a BIG hit with my kids, but it is next to impossible to find them since there are many pathways and at least 7 exits/entrances to the tunnel system. Some areas are dark and could be a bit scary at first for small kids....but let me stress...VERY fun for them. If your kids will need assistance in the tunnels, I suggest brining knee pads for yourself lol. Good value for the price! Staff were friendly. Food looked good, but we didn't try it.

He's been racing regularly since early November at another Andretti location and has already been officially verified as meeting the height requirement for the junior track. We came to this location excited, with family in town, expecting the same consistency. Instead, he was denied access based on a manager's visual guess from behind the counter. No one measured him. No policy was clearly explained. No customer records were checked. And the manager refused to even come out to engage directly. If height requirements are about safety (which we fully respect), then they should be enforced objectively and consistently. Guessing from a distance is not safety--it's laziness and poor leadership. What made this worse was the complete lack of empathy. Watching a child who loves racing go from excited to confused and disappointed--without explanation or care--was heartbreaking and entirely avoidable. The Andretti name stands for precision and professionalism. What we experienced here was the opposite: disengaged management, inconsistent policy enforcement, and a total breakdown in customer experience. We didn't ask for special treatment. We expected competence, consistency, and basic respect--especially when dealing with kids. This experience ruined our visit and seriously damaged our trust in this location. Until Andretti addresses these leadership and operational issues, we won't be returning--and we'll think twice before recommending it to other families.

The race cars are really the main attraction here and the entire place revolves around the racing. You cannot make a reservation. It's a first come, first serve situation. There are four racing categories (see below), so if you come with a group of mixed ages or heights you may not all be able to race together (I've witnessed this shock when birthday parties assume they can race together). The Intermediate and Junior Races are slower than you'd assume. I could jog faster, but the WORST part is the speed. They go so slow and are controlled so it's nearly impossible to pass another racer or actually RACE! The Mini Mario has some speed and speed is adjusted based on the general age of the racers in the heat. The cost is $29 down to $15, which doesn't sound horrible, but after waiting for a long time for your group to be called and then racing for 1min to 7 minutes, the cost is really high! High enough you're not likely to get in line and do it again. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Ugh. There are kiosks and a giant line with actual people at a counter. Don't be mistaken YOU MUST go to the kiosk FIRST and fill out waivers, although there are no signs anywhere telling you that. We've filled out waivers on line before arriving, only to find ourselves at the front of the line and told "we can't find it, now to to the kiosks and get back in line". It's awful. The employees don't seem to like their jobs, or likely are sick of people being upset at them for the HORRIBLE process management has set up. We've never been able to find someone on the floor to help us when a video game eats our money or doesn't work either. The guys in the race area are hit or miss. Sometimes they're patient and kind. Other times they mumble and seem pissed off to be there. GAMES: The video games are the same as other places around town, but after driving all the way out here, searching for parking and then racing for 5 minutes we've always felt like we need to play a few games to make the trip worth it. FOOD: We've never eaten here, but it's basic bar food (hamburger, hot dogs, nachos, etc) and the cost is high for such basic food. We'd rather pay the same amount for better food options in the area. All that to say, expect to spend $$$ to come race, eat and play at Andrettis. Make sure your group has checked the height & age requirements to make sure you can race together. And finally, come with a lot of patience. ----- Race Categories ----- ADULT RACE 7- Minute Heat. The weather outside is a gorgeous, sunny, breezy 65 degrees. You don't mind spending $13 per person to balance on tightropes 5 stories up in the air. Now is the perfect time to conquer Howler's Peak. Our group of 3 went out around 2pm on a fall weekday when most kids are in school, so we had no wait at all. The staff quickly helped us get harnessed up, then we were attached to the safety track snaking throughout the course and set free to roam at will. From the ground, it doesn't seem too tough. You can see that many of the paths look like sturdy wooden-looking ladders on their sides, with plenty of stable foot landings and hand-holds for your crossing. However, once you climb up the stairs to each level, you realize that many paths you must cross are only rope, or with large breaks between tiny foot holds, and few or no handholds. The wind feels stronger up there, balancing takes more effort, and everything seems to sway a bit. Even though you know that there is no way the safety harness can let you fall, it is quite a feat to overcome your brain's message to your body, "Hey, dummy, you're about to plummet to your death!" After going around the 2nd and 3rd stories, including 2 thrilling zip line paths, my 8 year old had had enough. He was ready to get his feet back down on the ground, but I knew it was my duty to continue on. I had to show him (and myself) that even though I was nervous, I was not going to quit until I reached the top. From 30 feet to 40 feet to 50 feet I climbed, as a crisscrossed my way around the course. My goal was the top southwest corner of the structure, where I'd jump down to the ground. I've never been interested in bungee jumping elsewhere, as I question the safety & maintenance of the equipment & training of the staff at most of those tourist trap, beach town places. However, the staff & equipment at this attraction made me feel that risk was minimal. Once I made it to the prep station, my harness was transferred to the pulley system and throrough safety check was done. At that point, I just had to make my legs walk off the end of the platform. Wheeeeeeeeee! I'm probably not going to start base jumping any time soon, but man, that was fun. I'll definitely be coming back to do this again the next time I'm visiting Great Wolf. By the way, even if you aren't a guest of the hotel, you can experience Howler's Peak for $25. Closed-toe shoes are required, and I recommend that long hair be secured and sunglasses worn if it's daytime. For little kids under 48 inches, there is a smaller version of the course on the ground, with a smaller fee and no harness required.
