They have not finished a new overhead garage door trim and a panel on the front of the building to be hung . The quality of workmanship ... meh ..50/50 ie covering holes in the underlayment base with tyvek and tape in stead of cutting a patch/plug to fill the hole securely kinda slip shod ignore lots of small things no attention to detail..They charge TOP DOLLAR but really don't deliver they are actually a factory authorized dealer thats the main reason I choose them means nothing..Ive had smaller contractors do a much better job. Would I use them again or recommend . NOT !!!!!! They did call once last minute said they were on their way over to finish with no warning or heads up " we'll be there in 10 minutes" Problem was I was heading not of town and materials were locked up and I dont trust em to be alone had to cancel I had to cancel the appointment . Update So made it thru a winter unfinished and the some of the caulk is starting to separate going to have to be redone. The last contact I had from them was Feb. 4 2026 from the owner saying he was going to check it out to see what the situation was and get back to me. Never happened !!

From the beginning, Robert stood out because of his extensive knowledge of ProVia products, window installation, and the industry as a whole. He took the time to answer my questions and explain my options, which gave me confidence that I was making the right decision. The installation itself presented an unexpected challenge when the crew discovered that my original windows had virtually no existing frame. They had to build new framing, which required additional lumber, but it was the right solution and not entirely unexpected given the age of my home. I was also impressed that the team completed the installation of my second-floor condo in under five hours without using scaffolding. They also went above and beyond by concealing some unattractive roof flashing that had always bothered me, which made a noticeable difference in the finished appearance. The final result looks fantastic. I've received numerous compliments from neighbors and even other contractors on both the style of the new windows and the quality of the installation. No project is without a few hiccups, and I did have a handful of post-installation issues. Shortly after installation, the secondary bottom lock on the sliding door would not engage, the screen needed adjustment, and the door required more effort than expected to close and lock. Robert personally came out, adjusted the sash and locking mechanism, and the door now glides effortlessly and locks exactly as it should. On another visit, Robert replaced a weatherstripping bulb seal on one of the casement windows that had been manufactured too long and wasn't sealing properly. He also cleaned adhesive residue that had been left on the exterior glass after installation. While the cleanup inside and around the work area was very good, the adhesive marks on the outside of a second-floor window were difficult for me to access, so I appreciated that he came out promptly to take care of them. Overall, my only suggestion would be a more thorough quality-control inspection immediately following installation. While I understand that new windows and doors may need minor adjustments after settling into the home, catching a few of these items before the project was considered complete could have eliminated a couple of return trips. What truly sets Window Door Pro apart is Robert's commitment to customer service. He stood behind his work, responded quickly to every concern, and made sure everything was corrected to my satisfaction. It's refreshing to work with a company that doesn't disappear after the installation. I would confidently recommend Window Door Pro to anyone looking for quality products backed by exceptional service. The only reason I did not give a five-star rating is because I believe a more thorough quality-control inspection immediately after installation could have identified and corrected these minor issues before they became service calls. After the install, I had a question about one of the windows since it looked like there was a small crack at the top corner and they sent someone out to look at it right away. It turned out it was just some glue residue that was attached on the inside of the window that made it look like a crack and was easly scraped off with a razor blade. I definitley recommend using Semko as they provided a very reliable service and also beat out many other window companies with their competitive pricing.

Not their fault at all, it seemed like they subcontracted the work to some other company when it came time to install, though. Part of the back door wasn't done right so I had to make the comment to the installers that I will have to wait to pay until it was fixed, it got fixed immediately after that. After that, gave them another try to remodel our master bathroom. Met over Zoom June of 2022, met in person later that month, we were ready to sign a contract that day if they had one, but we waited, and waited, and waited. Reached out in early July, then again in late July, told in early August that they'll have the bid for me shortly. Never heard from them again. Decided to try one more time this year for a siding project. Filled out their online form, was called by someone and reached back out mid-June and never heard back. I really don't mind if a company doesn't want to do business with a particular customer, just let me know so I don't spend time trying to reach out and spin my wheels. The ghosting is really unprofessional.
