Worked was described, scheduled and executed as planned, with very little rescheduling (I believe we had 1 hiccup in email correspondence, but that was quickly fixed with a phone call). Remove and Replace siding..have had to redo or have things redone/finished already ..no…read morecommunication once they got the down payment with signed contract the sales person ghosted me I had to make myself a pain in the ass moved up the food chain in management to find someone who got stuff done but it still took a lot of time and effort with a few MIA days on their part with no communication to get a reply on any questions took days at times the left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing..had to have some structural work done (tuck pointing) they were to comeback and finish like one panel..They have been ignoring my calls to the point of Oh we are sorry and wIll pass the info along and someone will get back with you to resolve and Im still waiting . They have not finished a new overhead garage door trim and a panel on the front of the building to be hung . The quality of workmanship ... meh ..50/50 ie covering holes in the underlayment base with tyvek and tape in stead of cutting a patch/plug to fill the hole securely kinda slip shod ignore lots of small things no attention to detail..They charge TOP DOLLAR but really don't deliver they are actually a factory authorized dealer thats the main reason I choose them means nothing..Ive had smaller contractors do a much better job. Would I use them again or recommend . NOT !!!!!! They did call once last minute said they were on their way over to finish with no warning or heads up " we'll be there in 10 minutes" Problem was I was heading not of town and materials were locked up and I dont trust em to be alone had to cancel I had to cancel the appointment . Update So made it thru a winter unfinished and the some of the caulk is starting to separate going to have to be redone. The last contact I had from them was Feb. 4 2026 from the owner saying he was going to check it out to see what the situation was and get back to me. Never happened !!

My experience working with All Star was great from start to finish and exactly what you would hope for in a contractor. Dave responded quickly to evaluate the project, he was attentive to my concerns and what I needed, and he presented me with a range of quality and price options. Based on my research and competing quotes, the cost for my chosen option was reasonable. I wanted better windows and I knew they would take a while longer to manufacture. Unfortunately, we were up against a deadline with winter coming and weren't able to sneak the job in before the weather turned consistently bad. It was definitely worth waiting for though. On the day of installation, the crew arrived on time, were very professional, and they did a fantastic job. I would definitely hire All Star again for another project based on price, quality, and service. Eventually after months of follow up, posting the first review here and on Google and on BBB and involving an attorney, we were able to get our money back.
