Each time, I was essentially told that nothing was wrong, even though the beeping clearly continued. At one point, I became so frustrated that I called simply to ask how to turn off the beeping. I have two young children in the house, and the noise was disruptive, especially when it would happen during the night. I was told there would be a charge just to show me how to turn off the beeping -- despite the fact that no one could explain why it was happening in the first place. The representative then told me someone would call me back within five minutes to walk me through how to shut it off. No one ever called. The lack of communication and customer service was incredibly frustrating. If your system is going to repeatedly beep for weeks, I expect the company to be able to identify the problem and provide a reasonable solution -- not tell me nothing is wrong and then charge me to stop the noise.

The company runs lean, and they do not have a normal "help desk" when you call, so you don't always get an answer or help immediately, but I still give them five stars because they care about your experience with this and they make up for it once you get their highly competent technician on your case. Joe set up the software on two computers in only a couple of minutes and it feels like these cameras are sturdy and will continue running through at least a few generations of computers. If I ever want more coverage or upgrades, I would stay with this service.

After contacting other local companies for data retrieval, I'm glad I found Computer Plus. My MacBook Pro contained my entire work world and it accidentally crashed onto a tile floor. Gary & Mike were kind, honest, and genuinely interested in finding a solution and making sure I would have everything that I needed. They were calm and confident in retrieving my data and transferring it to my newly purchased laptop. This laptop was not cheap! so it was reassuring to know that Computer Plus was very fair in the price they charged for their service. Michael and his dad are men of integrity, kind, knowledgeable, respectful. and resourceful. I began working with these men about two plus years ago. OUTSTANDING....would be just one of many adjectives I would use to describe these guys. My laptop hard drive "died" and of course I was guilty of not backing up my data. HOWEVER Mike did an excellent job explaining every step he was going to take to try and recover my data. Well, he did that and more. He upgrade my RAM and switched my mechanical drive to a SSD.
