I have had work done here years ago, and Scott the owner was involved and the service was great to my "SEMA" jeep build. I have relocated back to the area, and I'm being told by the Mgr Steve that Scott is pretty hands off now, but he could take care of me. I had them quote me to install a brand new Carli lift on a brand new Ram 2500. Steve quoted me $2300 and I called the manufacturer of the lift, to verify the amount they were quoting me, and they specifically told me that they do them daily at their shop, and it's should be in the range of $1200-$1600 including the alignment, but no more than that. First red flag. I then asked them if they could put new tpms sensors in a brand new set of beadlocks and tires that the tires are already mounted to the rims, and I told him that I needed them to supply the sensors as well. He then quoted me $650, in which I had scheduled a different appointment for that. I also was a supervisor in the military and a department mgr at an automotive manufacturing facility. So I know to be very specific and detailed when I'm explaining services needed. I told him that they were beadlocks, and they needed to be dismounted and sensors installed and rebalanced. He even told me that they wouldn't program the sensors until we got the lift installed. I confirmed everything with him at that time. I took the rims and tires to the shop to drop them off right when they opened. I asked him if they would unload them from the truck, he paused and looked at me as if it was my job to unload them. And said, let me see IF I can find someone to do it. He comes out to the truck and said, well I guess I'm helping YOU unload them. So I unload 2 wheels and we rolled them into the shop. There were around 6-8 guys just standing around talking, since they were just opening, and they watched US roll the tires to the back of the shop. One of the techs whispered to him something, and then Steve came to me, and said "man I didn't know we were doing beadlocks". I said yes I told you that, and not only that, you helped me unload it and wheeled it into the shop! A blind man can see that they were beadlocks, not to mention how much heavier they are compared to regular rim and tire. He then said "let me go check something". So we walked back up to the front counter, and he said "man they'll kill me if I make them do this for $650". he then told me that it would be $1200 to do the job!! I said "no way!" So I went and rolled one of the wheels out to my truck and loaded it, and he followed me out with the other one and said "sorry man". Well "SORRY MAN" doesn't fix anything. I've called 3 other performance shops in the area and they quoted me $300 to do it, minus the cost of the sensors. Scott, if you're reading this, you should really get back in there man, I had a great experience with you and that Big brake kit you did to my Rubicon, but this guy has no integrity, no ethics, and is going to ruin your company name with practices like this, because I'm here to tell you that I've read the past reviews and there are quite a few of these situations on there, and it won't take long for the word to spread. There are a lot of us who have ties to the auto, jeep, and Offroad industry and this kind of publicity will spread fast. An educated shopper will be able to research and see how this guy is inflating the prices and robbing people! I hope this reaches all the people who were shopping around to buy and get parts installed, do a little research, and educate yourselves so guys like this can't take advantage of you and your hard earned money.

They shipped it back to their facitity and I paid another 13k for the additional work. I got it back and it broke down again. They did not want it back in their shop so I had to get another shop locally to work on it. Finally 9K later I got it to where I want it. I asked them for reimbursement of the faulty fuel injector that they wanted me to replace on my car and they told me they would pay for it. Once it was put on to replace the faulty one that precision told me to put on they refused to reimburse me. I am a veteran and retired law enforcement. I saved for years to get my family car restored. I drove it for less than 100 miles and because it sat in my garage until I could get an appointment with my local garage it went past the warranty date. Precision claimed that because I went past my warranty they refused to reimburse me. They do not treat their customers right. I do not recomment them at all. Please seek out a garage that has a reputation for treating their customers right.

The price of replacing my radiator had me feeling physically sick for days because I had no idea if it would total my car or not. They worked around the budget that I had said to find the most workable price for me, and then when my transmission shot in my car 2 weeks later, they found a way to connect a minor transmission repair to my radiator and gave it to me for free. Saving me, what could have been, 100-1k at other stores. Their customer service is off the charts, very knowledgeable and professional. I will continue to bring my car here for the coming years.

Absolutely the most TRASH customer service I have ever seen before in my life. They listed a LY6…read more6.0 GM block for sale that was bored .020" over. Said it was hot tanked, cleaned, painted and brush honed. Pictures on their listing looked like a freshly machined and cleaned block. After trying to pay them for a week they finally took my money. I finally found .020' over pistons since they are rare for these blocks. The block showed up 3 weeks later and was absolute garbage. It was absolutely not hot tanked, cleaned and inspected. There is old dirty oil leaking out of the mains, old gasket material hanging off everywhere, and to top it all off it was still a standard bore block! It literally looks like they pulled a motor out of a junk yard, tore it down and lazily pressure washed it, rattle canned it black and sent it off on a dilapidated pallet missing legs. Rusted, corroded cylinder bores, I mean seriously it is horrible. Absolutely nowhere near what the listing stated. The whole thing is just a marketing scam on their ebay page. I should've known better when they wouldn't even let me pay using paypal or ebay. I called and they said if I sent it back they would refund the money. So now that I waited a month for this motor to build, I now have to pay $300 to ship it back to them and wait for them to maybe refund my money (but not the 1/3 of the price it costs to ship it back)! How in God's name is that customer service?!?! I had to call my bank and file a dispute and got the money for the block back but am now told if I still don't pay to ship it back to them that the money will be taken back out of my account. So all in all I will be out $300 for absolutely NOTHING! This company is trash, if they offered me free engines for life I would refuse and pay someone with good customer service double. And throughout the entire process I was nothing but patient and nice while being ignored and given the run around. So I call back to tell them that it is still sitting here and they need to set up shipping to come pick it up. Even offered to pay half of the shipping at their rate since they get discounted rates and it's only $175 for them to ship it and they refused. I asked to speak to the owner and am told no. And to top it all off when I asked how it makes sense to send someone something they didn't even order (wrong product not at all what is described) she tells me that she sent me something better because it's a standard bore! I don't care how you feel about it being better or not, it is absolutely not what was in the product description. I had asked when ordering how much they would charge to bore it to .030" over and it was too much and I didn't really trust them to do it right. So after telling her that I had ordered the 020" over pistons and was going to use them since that's what the bore of the block was supposed to be she said I wouldn't have been able to use them anyways because the block would've still needed to be bored. Why in the world would you need to bore a block that is 4.020" even more to use pistons that are 4.020". you would need to finish hone it to the manufacturer specs of the pistons which some are made to go directly in a 4.020" bore (like the ones i ordered. Product description said it was honed already, but was told that it was in no way ready to be assembled coming from her machine shop. How is that even possible?!!? Literally all i want is to have them come pick it up and take it back and give me my money back but basically they sent me whatever they wanted and I should be happy with it because to them "I sent you something better". NO, YOU SENT ME TRASH! I could've gotten something this crappy out of a local junk yard for $2-300! this cost $899 plus $175 shipping. Stay as far away from this place as possible if you are looking for any type of quality anything. regardless of what they come on here and respond with, they send nothing near what they advertised and will not make it right by simply paying the return freight with their discounted rate.
