On the 4th of July I accidentally cut the line to my ac Freon line and I reached out to HR heating and Air, I expected to get an answering service and got a person instead. They came out the very next day and fixed the problem no hassle no worry. they were very professional and nice. With the hot weather I really appreciated the quick service. Naturally my AC compressor picked a very warm day to stop working. I called HR (Raj) and as it was all ready evening he came the next day. A new compressor was needed. He and his team were able to put it in the same day and everything was done and is functioning perfectly. I did not have to go to a casino to spend the night as I chose to do the previous day. I have used HR Heating for all my needs for at least the last eight years. He has replaced my heater, central air and hot water heater quickly and cleanly with no complaints from me whatsoever. They have responded to emergencies within a couple of hours in the dead of winter. And not charged me when it was a Simple fix. How many servicemen would do that for you? I cannot complement Roger any higher than saying that he's extremely competent and honest. Through the years, he's given nothing but accurate advice. It's been a pleasure doing business with him. I had a terrible experience with this company. We had no heat late at night around 8 and the owner Rog came out. He said our unit could not be repaired that it would have to be replaced. He said he could do it the next day for $3,500.00 I said yes but my wife wanted to get a second opinion. Thank goodness, we had another company come out the next day and they fixed the unit for $189.00 they didn't understand why Rog would say that as our brand goodman is very common. Be aware of this company if it wasn't for my wife we would of spent $3,500 for a new unit that we didn't need. A very upsetting experience. read more

When my heater stopped working in middle of night, I was only able to reach H.R. Heating & Cooling. Raj came over with in an hour and stated the unit was 25 years old & had lot of water damage, corrosion all over from the return. I told him my health conditions & asked him for a quote, told him will check other places, having checked other companies I called Raj back next day & accepted his bid. Raj promised to have the new equipment installed with in the same day, & when his crew arrived for work he even brought 3 portable heaters to keep house warm, and that same evening I had new heater working. His crew installed new return with a filter grill, entire duct work was insulated, 2 new supply vents were installed in the room which usually was cold, cleaned out & replaced all the vents thru out the house, replaced 4 new return air with filter grills, they even helped me put up my TV on the wall. Raj checked back to ensure everything was working fine, and I had no issues in the room that was cold, he also told me my utility bill would be less due to high efficiency unit & the insulation work. I'm now saving about $90 a month on gas. I would highly recommend H.R.Heating & Air conditioning. read more
