We had our roof done by HR approx. 3 years ago. We trusted this company. As you are aware most of us can't go on the roof to make sure that they are doing a good job. They fell very short on our Roof. We started noticing leaking last summer, and now we have to have our Roof redone because the repairs to fix their work is too expensive. The warranty was 3 years. We paid $10,725.00 The workmanship is terrible, the company looking at our roof now is so disappointed that this company did this to us and now we have to have the whole thing replaced. In the summer of 2017 I bought my condo, however the roof needed to be fixed. The previous own hired ths company to fix roof just a few weeks before purchase. In 2019 we had the bad rain, and my foof leaked. I looked at contract that the previous owner gave to me. It was a 2 year transferable warranty on repairs. So I called them. The guy in office said he has an independent contractor that made is own hours and then gave me his phone number. I called the guy, we spoke and he advised me he would be at my condo at the end of the week. This happened for 4 weeks and never came out. When he finally did show up, he said he fixed the huge RIP in my roof. Here we are not even a year later the roof leaked again. Same spot. I called again, same M.O. I called he said he would be here and never showed. Workmanship is subpar, customer service is unreliable. read more

This company did roof repairs for the seller of the home we recently bought. The receipt clearly states a transferrable, 2 yr warranty. We have contacted this company several times to fix a leak that they supposedly repaired for the seller. All we get is the run-around. Don't take a chance on this company!! read more

HR roofing solutions were great to deal with to get a new roof installed in a timely manner. Now, 2 years later, I found a small leak in my roof. I contacted the person listed on the contract, 1st, it took a week just for him to get back to me. An employee finally contacted me, he came out and took a look at the roof. He stated he would send someone to effect repairs. several days later, the person who was supposed to do it, could not be contacted, and another employee came and took care of it. My wife and i were both out at the time. I looked at the roof both before and after the repairs, and the only difference i could see was they added about 1/2 inch of caulk around the possible area that was leaking. I was told that the person took care of the flashing and anything else that needed to be fixed. I sent pictures and a text to the guy I was dealing with, and havent heard back from him. I do not feel the repair was taken care of properly, and it was initially difficult to have them come over. Had my roof done about a year ago. Pricing was very competitive and the overall quality of the work was good. There was some lack of attention to detail that required me to hold payment till they made the corrections. Had a roof lead after the installation. It took four (4) visits for the guys to fined it but finally they did. Mike the sales guy does a good job selling you a new roof. But after the fact service, returning phone calls, following up and or keeping in contact with you he is horrible. I was so frustrated with Mike that I asked for one of the owners to call me. They never did. Overall Conclusion; - Good job on workmanship - Horrible job on customer service, communication and follow up Would I use them again... I have recommended HR Roofing to a friend but I did make him aware of the short coming of Mike and Ownership. read more

HR Roofing gave us a competitive bid. The foam roof and accent details turned out very nice. We had a disagreement about how to foam under the air conditioning units. We worked out a solution together that we are pleased with. Communication can be a little difficult because they are very busy. So you have to be persistent to contact them. Dealing with Colt and Tommy was pleasant. They are easy going and likable. The work, when finished, turned out really beautiful. They also provided a generous warranty. Abandoned the job, leaving trash, incomplete work, and poor workmanship. They foamed over the rotted wood (not craning the HVAC), foamed over my 4 roof vents, shot a nail through my interior wall, damaged my satellite dish, did bad quality work, and basically left the job partially complete. The fascia is hung with sizable gaps, not sealed or painted (as agreed). They also applied the elastomeric recoat during the heat of the day (not first light) which appears to be why it's cracking and separating. The contractor, Colton Heesacker admitted he did not inspect the final job, and merely relied on his brother to finish it up properly. I met with him to show him all of my complaints, after filing for a Courtesy ROC Inspection (which would not be public record) to give him a chance to make it right. Now, weeks later, I still do not have a completed scope of work to complete the job. I've been working with Mike Gowen (his employee) to try to get this completed buy they do not seem willing to work on this with me. I'm escalating this to a formal complaint to the ROC today. First called HR Roofing on 7/20/17. I had to call them multiple times, leave voicemails and wait days for a call back. Once I finally got a call back he told me they were busy and couldn't give me a date on when they would be able to come out, he said he would call me on the following Monday to let me know. I never received a call and I had to call him back and he still had no answer for me. I got a call on 8/18 saying they could come out and fix my roof 8/21 and here we are today 9/5 as I write this review and my roof is NOT fixed and I never received a call. I called and left a voicemail with the guy I was dealing with and he has not called me back. I called the office and no one answered. To say the least I will be getting my roof fixed somewhere else and I recommend that you do not waste your time with this company. read more

I had my mother's foam and tile roof redone recently and got three bids. One was very high for repair only, one was relatively low compared to the first and the third used the second as a sub-contractor and was the mid price. HR Roofing was the second bid and had the lowest bid. I was pleased because I had received a referral for HR Roofing from a general contractor. The other two were out of the phonebook. There was a little confusion at first as someone from HR Roofing came out to the house twice due to the third contractor using HR as a sub, but it was quickly worked out. I worked with Colt at HR Roofing and had a very positive experience. The roof looks great and was completed on schedule for what seems to be a very reasonable price. The bid did not include the cost to replace three skylights, but Colt replaced all three skylights without an additional charge. read more

Mike the sale guys was easy to work with and the crew on site was outstanding. They were not the cheapest quote I got, but the price was very reasonable and they did not price gouge for any on-site additions. The crew cleaned up after themselves every day using a magnet to make sure no loose nails got lost in the rocks and they left my yard exactly the same way they found it once they were done with the install. hindsight is always 20/20, UNLESS someone give you ample info before you make your decision. this company is one to avoid at all cost. proposal was great. then comes along the FINAL proposal after my job was done. materials added on without asking me first or giving me an estimate. when the workers came back from home depot they gave me no bill. to this day the company has refused to supply me w/ a bill for those plywood sheets the workers said they bought at home depot. my neighbors across the street had their house roofed-same size as mine- took 2 days. my friend has her house roofed-yep, 2 days. HR Roofing Solutions took 4 full days. In the meantime they did something to rough up my brand new HVAC system causing it to blow a fuse. it cost me $90.31 to get that repaired. one day i found one of the workers smoking up on my roof! when they were done they were flicking the butts down on my lawn. it took me two days to clean up after them. i charged the company $30 for my time which was minimal. not once during the entire 4 day did Mike ever come out to see how things were going. when i invited him to my home to discuss things he said, "I don't do that". To say that this company is lacking in communication skills is an understatement. save yourself the trouble i went through and find a better company. read more
