I've eaten here twice now and have really solidified my appreciation and trust for their food. They have a healthy yet creative take on salads, wraps, and pizzas which is create. They use fresh ingredients for their meals which they prepare in front of you as you stand in line, much like Salata. They also have a stand alone bar in the middle of the restaurant where you can sit, enjoy some tv and order fresh made smoothies, coffee drinks, and wines. It's a pretty open seating area and have plenty of sitting room with areas with plugs for computers. I've seen several different people on computers so I'm assuming they have Wifi. Today was my first time in and I will definitely put it on my list of places to return. I had the turkey chili and was on the fence about ordering it, but my server asked if I'd like a sample and that helped me make up my mind! I'm a bit of a chicken when it comes to spice, and chili is one of those dishes that can either satisfy me or set me on FiRe. This turkey chili was somewhere in between, with the heat scale tipping closer to satisfaction (as compared to four alarm fire). I asked for an extra side of shredded cheese to help with the anticipated heat, and my request was honored without any problem. I was in before the dinner rush but we'll after the lunch rush, and I was a bit confused on if I needed to seat myself or wait to be seated. There's a sign that says "wait to be seated after 3pm." I was in after 3pm, and the greeter wasn't very clear on if she was going to pick where I would sit or if I would pick my spot. The only reason I knocked a star off of this review is because of my initial impression of not being able to figure out where to sit. Also: there was a strange bar towel wrapped around the pipe below the bar. I don't know if it was a mistake to leave that there or if there was something going on with the decorative pipe, but I do know that it didn't look like it should be there. A gem in the galleria area! This place has the best menu featuring all kinds of food perfect for regular, vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free diets. The food is always fresh and perfectly sourced. They make fresh juices and smoothies that are to die for as well. I had the Margherita pizza, salmon, guacameme, nutella pizza, pineapple coconut vanilla juice, and watermelon smoothie. I've gone mid day where they've ran out of chicken... like that's a main ingredient that you sell how do you just not have more and i wanted potatoes with it and they were out of it also. I also ordered a shake from them via door dash at 2:30 in the afternoon to get a cancellation and call back from them saying "oh we don't have anymore bananas" and she literally gave me ONE option of the shake that they had left to sell... like you're a business why are you not stocked it's only the beginning of the week. My first time here was yesterday a monday 4/4/16, had a great experience! Got some. Real fast tacos, even though I was looking for lunch, they didn't start serving lunch until 10am and I was there at 9:50 am and I had to get to work by 10. I had the chorizo and eggs on corn tortilla , and then the bacon eggs and potatoes on flour tortilla. Both tasted great! I also grabbed me a carrot & ginger juice which tasted refreshing. My second time there was this morning, had some steel cut oatmeals made my way, it also was very good and I had got some super green juice and freshly squeezed grapefruit juice to go with it. I enjoyed them very well, I finally had the chance to try them for lunch today! I had both the duck pizza, and truffle mushroom pizza (add fresh avocados AFTER its baked) super good! And I also had the salmon ginger salad, that was delicious! And my meal was accompanied by the watermelon mint drink! I really enjoy the fresh quality of this place. Great location, great staff! My husband and I stumbled upon this joint because we were out of luck finding a good parking spot close to the fitness club. We are so glad we didn't land star parking! The price is super cheap for the quality of the food you get here (yelp should change the $$ symbol to one dollar sign $). Most dishes hover around $9-10. My husband had the ginger chicken with brown rice; I had hummus and guacamole (the power bar before workout left me not hungry so I just needed a snack). The chicken dish was perfectly seasoned. My beef-loving spouse was surprised he liked the healthy dish. He usually complains that healthy foods taste like plastic, but not here. He finished every morsel and wondered aloud how the brown rice actually had deep flavor and moisture. As for my hummus and guac with pita bread, no complaints here. The apps were fresh and filling. As for service, EVERYONE was friendly. The pretty lady at the bar was friendly and helpful when I inquired on happy hour. Next time, I will opt for a main entree or head over their for happy hour. I know that Ginger is really good for you since it helps prevent cancer as well along with a lot of other benefits that it provides. So people, EAT GINGER lol. My co worker and I came in about 12:15pm today to grab some lunch while we were on break. The guy working the register was great! He had AWESOME customer service and was extremely friendly. Even after he checked us out at the register he would check in on us at our table. My coworkers and I eat here at least once a week. It's a must have. The food is fresh and delicious, I love that the salad dressings are not laden with oil. Try the Thai Salad with Shrimp- cold crunchy noodles with watercress- super yummy. The grilled chicken salad which can be a snooze some places is delicious.
