My current food fixation! It's been so hot these days now that Houston summer is basically in full swing, and HTeaO has been such a godsend. They have a great flavor selection. I love how wide the variety is, especially since some are of my favorite flavor profiles can't be found for purchase anywhere. Their Sweet Almond Green Tea is my kryptonite. Sure, I could make it myself with some iced tea and almond syrup, but the prices are so fair and served so fresh and ice cold exactly when I need it (when temps are nearing mid- to high 90's as soon as I get off work). You can mix and match up to three flavors and even add on some fruit add-ins at no additional cost. There's also a not-so-secret menu that is definitely worth trying. The service has always been friendly here and the drive-thru line always goes by quickly. My only criticism is with their app- when I've tried to order ahead, I've had issues with my payment going through but my order not being accepted on the app only. The store does receive my order, but my app stays in limbo and I don't get the points. Not really bothered, but hopefully this little glitch gets fixed for me soon, since I plan on coming here a lot this summer. - Ambiance: N/A - Food (Drinks): 5/5 - Servcice: 5/5

A fun and quick way to get a drink to cool you down. Many drink menu options to choose from. I've only stopped through the drive thru so I have no knowledge of what the interior experience is like. Staff is always friendly. Bring your pups! They even have pup cups for the fur-littlest.

I got the churro matcha. There is literally just chunks of matcha and so much cinnamon powder at the top. I couldn't even finish the drink because it's just chunks of matcha and cinnamon. I dont recommend this place!

Soooooooooo excited that we finally have an HTeaO on our side of town. Beyond that... even more excited to know the owner is also a veteran! The selections are ample, the choices are plentiful, and the tea flavor combos are endless! Everything was fresh, the tea is good, and the prices are reasonable. Definitely a stop when I want a tea on the go! And the inside is easy to navigate - clean and well-kept also.

Stopped through the drive thru to try out HTeaO and can't wait to go back again! I was heading home and saw that HTeaO was now open so I went through the drive thru to check out the hype. In addition to a great variety of tea flavors they also have refreshers, coffee and snacks. The staff was super friendly and helpful! I got the Georgia Peach unsweetened tea and my husband the horchata iced coffee. We both really enjoyed our drinks, the tea has great flavor, its well brewed and the iced coffee my husband said was the perfect sweetness and horchata flavor.

The kanafa was perfectly baked golden and crisp on the outside, with a rich, soft cheese center that pulled beautifully with every cut. Every bite was indulgent yet light, and it tasted just like traditional homemade kanafa. It was a hit with everyone, from adults to kids, and disappeared quickly from the table. This kanafa was not just a dessert, but an experience. If you're looking for authentic, high-quality Middle Eastern sweets made right, Golden Roastery is a must. The baklava was sweet as it should be. The sweet syrup soaking the bottom of the nut and Pistachio crust was really light and tasty. The phyllo was very flaky and tasty. The staff was very nice. The barista suggested the latte and the other staff delivered the latte and pastry to me where I was seated. Also, a nice touch. Overall, excellent experience!

I've…read moreordered the Wild Pistachio Latte about four times, and it hasn't been as good as the first time I tried it. On one occasion, I also had a not-so-great experience. I understood they were having power issues and were operating on a generator. Their tablet system appeared to be working, as I could see my order while placing it. I was making a large order for my coworkers and needed an itemized receipt. When I asked for one, I was told they couldn't provide it due to the power outage. I then asked if they could pull up my order on the tablet so I could take a photo of it, and I was told "yes, one second." However, after my order was ready and I followed up, the staff member seemed irritated and repeated that they couldn't provide a receipt because of the power issue. I clarified that I only needed to take a picture of the order on the screen, which I thought we had already agreed on. I also didn't realize that every add-on they offer comes with an extra charge. For example, when asked what kind of milk I wanted, it wasn't mentioned that 2% milk (which is typically the default) had an upcharge. Additionally, when a soft top was offered for an iced drink, it wasn't disclosed that it was a $1.50 extra charge. This was frustrating, as these add-ons were suggested by staff without clarifying the additional cost. While the issue was eventually resolved, I left feeling unhappy with the overall experience. I did return once afterward, but between the inconsistent beverages and the lack of transparency around pricing, I don't think I'll be coming back.

I was recovering from a cold so I decided to order a hot herbal tea and was happy to see that they had such a huge selection of loose leaf teas to choose from. My friend also got one of their lattes and we couldn't resist getting a tiramisu before leaving. Overall, we liked everything and I think this place is worth a visit for that Kafeina latte. - Kafeina Latte (4/5): The lady told us that this latte was half white chocolate and half pistachio and we could definitely tastes both flavors. I really liked how they put a lot of pistachio pieces in the drink, giving it a crunchy texture. This drink is definitely on the sweeter side though, so keep that in mind. - Nutty Almond Cream Cinnamon Herbal Tea (4/5): I was very happy with the flavor of this tea. Like the name suggest, it tasted very almond-y and had a good amount of cinnamon flavored. There was also a tangy fruity flavor that followed and reminded me of spiced cider. - Tiramisu (4.5/5): I was really impressed with their tiramisu. The mascarpone layer was very nice and custardy, yet felt so light and refreshing. I also loved how strong the coffee flavor was which helped balance out the dessert and made it not too sweet. Service/Ambiance: Upon entering, I was really surprised by how pretty the interior was with the mixture of gold and wood. I'm not sure how pack this place usually gets because I came at an off time ( like 1 pm), but they had a good amount of tables and seating available. I did see a handful of people studying, so I think this would be a good quiet study spot.
