The zaatar was nicely spiced and slightly sweet which I'm not used to, the cheese they use is mozzarella which isn't traditional, and the dough is super thin crust which is also not traditional. Zaatar is typically earthy, nutty, and lemony from the oregano and sumac and the cheese should've been Akawi cheese. The dough should also be slightly thicker and fluffier. It would've been nice if they did the Zaatar on one side and the Cheese on the other side. We saw the table next to us get their's that way and I wish it was offered to us like that as that's my preferred option. Nonetheless, decent try and always happy to support an Arab business!
