What an amazing meal, I had walked into a familiar spot that I had frequented before but realized needed more visits, at least one more. I had been undecided on what to order, between the subs, burgers, and tasty pizzas, I was ready for a slice of it all. I had decided on The Rancher, an action-packed, fully loaded, submarine sandwich filled with chicken, paired nicely with crisps of bacon, as well as drizzles of ranch. I had also made the executive decision of supplementing it with a cold Ginger-Ale. The last touch, was a small order of steak fries, plain. The ambiance was great, the customer service was absolutely delightful. I felt right at home and all of the past cheer and fanfare of the patrons and diners of the restaurant. Classic New York style pizza. Good food, at a great price. It's very much the pizza place of old, with a no-nonsense no-frills decor, stacks of pizza boxes in the corner. Most of the time I've visited, the 3 stooges have been playing on the television in the corner. Staff is super friendly, and they've put up with me and my exuberant little boy with a smile. Great sauce, great cheese, nice light char on the crust with a good flavor, and the prices aren't too bad! Staff is also very friendly and you can tell they know the folks in the neighborhood very well. It's definitely a lot bigger than I expected too, with a lot of seating, a bathroom, and TV's in the dining room! I'll totally be back when I'm in the mood for good pizza! FYI: they'll charge you more than their menu boards list. When I asked why I was being charged $3 more than was posted, the cashier said that those have been outdated for some time. It's a tv/computer screen, so these edits should have been made if prices have changed and it's been a while. The cashier explained that the fine print is that "prices are subject to change without notice." Ask before you order, bc it sounds like they can and do charge you what they want. Service was overall decent otherwise, and the guys around the shop are nice enough. I was a little grossed out when peeked into the kitchen and saw their cook browsing his smartphone with his food service gloves on. Pizza never disappoints. I've been coming for years I grew up eating this pizza and it's never changed! OMG. I haven't had a "real" pizza in... in... forever! When I crave pizza back home, I order something totally abnormal because 1) I have a wheat intolerance and a minor gluten intolerance so I usually get thin crust and 2) I try to limit my lactose intake and cutting calories by ordering no cheese! (yeah yeah I know - weird!) I'm glad I chose this place to break that particular diet because it.. was.. The.. Best.. pizza.. I've Ever had! First, let's talk about size. We ordered a small. This one must've been a large compared to the California pizzas I'm used to eating! There were (I think) 6 very large slices total! Second, the sauce! It was good and the pizza itself wasn't drowning in it and didn't just taste like bland tomato sauce - it actually had flavor! Thirdly, the crust - mmmmmm. It was a little soggy in the very middle but overall it had a great texture - not too soft and not tough at all and with the right amount of crunchiness. Lastly the cheeeeeese. Mozarella is my favorite and this one was stringy and delicious! The ordering process was a little difficult because I couldn't really understand the guy taking my order or maybe he couldn't understand me and I'm not even sure if he spoke a whole lot of English. Anyway, not only do they serve pizza here but a lot of other things like subs, salads, wings, chicken tenders, fish n chips, etc etc etc. I asked the guy "what's good here" and he says "the pizza!" so taking his word for it, we decided to try their pizza. We ordered a small with sausage, mushrooms and olives.... only when we got it we got sausage, mushrooms and onions on it. It wasn't a very big deal so we didn't complain about it. Honestly, this place has fallen off in the last several years. I've tried different times ordering from here and it has been mediocre service. Today, I ordered a fish and chips dinner. If I am paying $13 for a plate then it needs to be worth $13. All I got was a bunch of fries, and two pieces of old fish. (yes, OLD). The fish was burnt and not fresh at all. Not to mention..the condiments were forgotten. I didn't get tatar sauce, no ketchup. It's very obvious to add those condiments to an order to begin with. One might blame it on the deliverer, Slice, but, when the pizza finally arrived, it was quite warm. Clearly someone at TSOP was asleep at the switch. The kicker was that the manager there, communicating through Slice, thought a 10% reduction in the total price was sufficient compensation for a 45 minute to 1 hour delay! I like to go there for breakfast. My favorite is egg and cheese on a bagel. They toast the bagel so it is really hot and melts the cheese. I ordered two large (pepperoni, sausage&green pepper), 12 piece wings, and a garden salad and the meal turned out to be more than enough for 4 adults + 2 kids. When I first got the pizza, I noticed the steam coming out of the pizza box. It was literally freshly made and straight out of the oven. The pizza was giving off so much steam that it fogged up my car windows. It was crazy. In terms of taste, I really enjoyed the way the pizza was prepared. The crust was really crunchy the way I like it and they didn't hold back with the toppings. I don't live in the area so I don't order from here on a regular basis, but If i were to live in JP, I would definitely order my pizza from this place! read more

I use to love this place(I always did delivery) since the switch the Grubhub......it sucks. Honestly I've given you 3 tries....BUT the pizza shows up cold, tasteless, and most recently I ordered naked wings but got buffalo(I guess IF you couldn't do it, call me-granted I asked for naked on a buffalo order since it wasn't an option-also shows that the food might be large batch pre-made.....). Good pizza and chicken wings. We got a pizza that was half Go Green, half meat. I prefer smaller slices and crumbled sausage instead of sliced but we both liked our pizza. The toppings do weigh down the cust a bit though, fyi. I love that the bacon pieces are bigger and not crumbles. I don't normally like breaded wings but these are actually really good. They do it right by putting the sauce on the side because if you coat it, it can get soggy. The bbq sauce is good. Couple problems- The girl forgot to add my soda to the order. The driver gets to the house and doesn't have it. He says he will be right back, and half an hour later after we are done eating he shows up with the a coke instead of a coke zero. oy. We ordered for a team lunch from here today and we got 3 pizzas. The Boss - a basic steak and cheese pizza. The crust was a little hard and the onions weren't very well caramelized. I had very high expectations when helping to place the order for this pizza, but there was barely anything for sauce (white or red) to get the pizza going. The Regina - basil, Parmesan,tomato and garlic. There was plenty of garlic on the pizza that was from a minced garlic jar. Way too many pieces of tomato and I personally hate the taste of basil but there was none even on the pizza for me to taste. Cheese pizza - Not hard to go wrong here and it looked fine. Most likely would not go here ever again, nor would I ever recommend this spot to a organization. I know it's not the companies fault, but even the food delivery service we ordered from came 30 minutes early so the pizza was pretty cold by time we could even eat it. read more
