Food: OMG literally the BEST salads I've had. Better than Sweet Green in my opinion, it's also a HUGE portion (probably 2, but I can usually finish it when I'm hungry b/c they're just SO good). I have never felt disappointed, all of their ingredients are so so fresh, any combination you get is good, and definitely worth what you pay for. Location: Having gone to Northeastern, I knew this place was popular b/c I always saw people I knew (not necessarily friends, but people I knew/knew of) there eating/ getting it to go. The Northeastern area is also the best in my opinion #northeasternalumni4life, you can get Sprout and go sit by the Christian Science Center (10 minute walk), or around Krentzman Quad on NEU campus, or outside of the Prudential Center. Restaurants on Huntington are all pretty good, but there is no outdoor seating.

Hands down my favorite lunch places. I've never had an issue with quality - every order I've had, the ingredients looked and tasted fresh. I usually get two types of greens, a ton of vegetables, and either chicken or tofu. My salads usually come out to around $19, which may seem like a lot, but is pretty on par with Sweetgreen and similar places. The difference is, Sprout LOADS your salad. I mean, they pack as much as they can into your bowl. Sometimes I will save a portion for second lunch (#noshame). I always opt to get the dressing mixed in since the bowl comes so packed that it's impossible to mix without a bunch of vegetables going rogue. Definitely one of my favorite spots when craving a salad or healthier meal. Highly recommend!

Nice custom salad place in Boston - close to Northeastern University campus. They share a space with a Greek restaurant. The service is very friendly and helpful, and the salad ingredients are fresh and tasty! We will come again!

Best salads around! They cut and clean the kale beautifully - no sand, no thick stems, no awkward long pieces to slap you in the face. All the ingredients are balanced nutritionally and for flavor. They put dressing on for you, which is great - it's well distributed. Calories are posted. They have indulgent foods like pizza too, but they are at a separate counter so it's easy to stick to a healthy routine and not get distracted unless you choose to be. My go-to here is the Petra salad.

Wow. Words cannot describe how good this place is. First of all, it's pretty cheap compared to your standard sweetgreen/salad places for the portion you get. You probably pay the same amount for about 1.5x bigger portion. I couldn't even finish half of my meal. Second, the noticeably fresh ingredients blew me away. While other places use day-old ingredients and mask the decreased freshness with indulgent sauces, this place definitely hits the spot with that. The tofu was really good (I would never write/think/say that sentence before today.) I didn't want Mandarin oranges in my Buddha bowl so I decided to put hummus. It paid off. The slightly spicy, creamy miso sauce got me wanting more and more, even after I was full. Also, the food came with a warm, fluffy, chewy piece of pita bread that can only be described as a piece of freshly made pizza dough that's been out of the oven for a while!! I'm astounded at the lack of reviews for this place. The only problem I have is that they don't have for-here containers or utensils since I'm trying to cut down on plastic. But the venue itself is so beautiful and cute but also sophisticated and sleek. The service was wonderful, too! I can't wait to come again soon!! Next time I think I'll get a wrap because it's actually cheaper than getting a bowl. I'm so glad my boyfriend made the fateful decision to randomly come here yesterday.

Overall the salad was fair. The salad seems like it was prepared a few days ago. I found many pieces of lettuce that started to go bad and browning. Also feel like the lettuce and kale should be washed more it tasted very very Earthy. Glad I tried it but would not get it again.

This is my favorite vegetarian place in Boston!! I wanted to check out this place out of the blue when I felt like eating healthy. So I passed on Popeyes's greasy fried chicken and decided to come to this place. I'm super glad I did! I had Santorini bowl with pita bread on the side. The combination was great and sauce tasted amazing with grains and sweet potatoes. I paid a visit today again with my girlfriend and she loved it as well! I had Yucattan wrap which wasn't as good as Santorini but I enjoyed the meal. The service here is awesome, the employees are super friendly and courteous! I'm really glad that Sprout came to NEU area where there was no good vegan place before.

Love this place. It is close to Northeastern University and accepts dining dollars/husky dollars. My friends and I go here all the time and have collected so many stamp cards. I personally love the spicy chicken with either the Thai cashew or pesto vinaigrette dressing! Would def recommend if you're craving a salad.

Sprout is in the left. Gyroscope us straight ahead

I love this place so much. Sprout shares space with Gyroscope and Boston House of Pizza. I usually go for the make ur own salads (which can get pricy if you're not careful) and pay $8/9 for a giant, filling,& healthy meal. They have some really cool toppings and dressing. Staff are great. Place is clean. Beautiful ambiance/great music. Usually pretty calm outside the lunch rush. I do wish they had more recycling options. Atm it's just glass

    yucattan

as someone who hates salad, i actually really liked the yucattan. fresh-tasting arugula, well-cooked quinoa, flavorful but light dressings. solid amount of food for the price, and very filling.

I wish there were more stars to give. I love this place - it's like going home, every time I walk…read morein there! The staff is so friendly & kind. I usually ask for Maro to make my sandwich, because that girl is good! She knows me! I walk into the restaurant & make eye contact with her & she's like "I got you ..." no words needed. Now, that is customer service! I wish more places were like this! And the sandwiches!?!? You have to try it to understand. There's a reason they were voted #1 in Boston! Heaven above! I love everything about this place!

This is the most expensive Sub place in the area that I know of. 20 bucks a pop…read more I had never been here before but always seen it next to the pork bun place I frequent. I got the Steak Pizzaiola It was a bit dry tasting but had everything In it I ordered and was wider than other sandwiches I usually get, nice portion imo. Worth about 20? perhaps It was alright but not great. Maybe I should have chose something different. Upon Entering there was already a line two people before me. 1 waiting for food and the other waiting to order. The workers were busy making subs. and it took about 5 min before the 1st guy got his food, the 2nd guy ended up leaving ordering nothing. After he got his food I waited another 11 minutes just standing there, every so often an employee would look at me and one finally said they would be right with me. over 10 minutes is too long. I thought maybe they have a lot of online orders? Another person came in after me and during my wait period to order he ended up leaving as well after 7 minutes. I used to actually own a sub shop in Plymouth a few decades ago that got very busy. If there is a long line of people coming in, take the order right away so they can just wait for the food. people dont tend to wait so long as I did and you lose money. This will keep them there. One issue I had was one of the workers a female was sweating profusely while making the food. dripping from her forehead down her nose and hitting the table. Her shirt had sweat all on it. I got a different employee that made my food thankfully , but I keep thinking about this and dont want to go back, this is a food safety issue. Its disgusting to be honest. This was my first time going there and I am a local. I think the sub variety looks good on the board but it took way to long to get the food. after ordering it was another 10 minutes. so altogether around 27 or so minutes. Becketts right around the corner very fresh subs and only takes less than 5 to order and get the food out, they are also busy all the time but much more efficient and friendly. I wanted to like this place and am sure many do but its just not for me and I also dont want sweat in my food.
