He spoke with the supervisor so they took time to assess the issue. It was a nail in the tire and couldn't be patched. He also said they didn't carry my tire. Extremely disappointed and somewhat irritated, I left. I will say that the service person was very nice and tried to be helpful. He's the reason it is a 3 instead of a 1.
