Its a Huddle House/Waffle House. You pretty much know what you are going to get. I am a senior citizen but it is so expensive for eggs toast bacon, the only time I go is when family comes to visit from out of town. I decided to go twice after I got coupons in the mail. Both times they tried to ring me up and charge me the non coupon price, until I protested, like it came out of their hide or something. I just dont go there anymore alone. I normally go with the other 'house' for breakfast. I drove 20 miles to eat at this one. I'd do it again in a skinny minute. Warm friendly greeting right from the get go was well received. Almost instant service. Drinks, more menu, order and bam I'm looking at a hot breakfast sitting in front of me. Brown waffle, scrambled eggs, crisp bacon, hash browns and toast grinning up at me. I was grinning from ear to ear myself. The best part was that it tasted better'n it looked. I think we were in and out of the place in 25 minutes. My family hadn't eaten Huddle House in over 15 years so we were excited to see one. This Huddle House is located in a newer developed area right off the highway. It is very clean, as sometimes the competition looks a little sketchy. Sunday 4/17/16 and it was very busy but we were seated right away. We were greeted by a smiling waitress at the door. There were tables set up outside to accommodate overflow under canopies. They offered coffee and water to those waiting to be seated. The atmosphere was very friendly, everyone was smiling. The food was great, very skilfully prepared and presented. The waffles have a distinct cinnamon flavoring. Better than the competition! I do want to take a moment to brag about the waitstaff. Although everyone was busy handling their own tables and tending to their own customers, this waitstaff treated every customer in there as their own. We had many waitresses walking around making sure everyone had what they needed, filing coffee, getting refills, clearing takes, getting napkins whatever the patrons requested. Our waitress was very young, Jaylae was her name. She was very bubbly and pleasant. My husband and I both work for world wide corporations so we are very observant when it comes to teamwork. This Huddle House and it's employees worked together as one unit, one team, one goal. Seamlessly attending to each customer with courtesy. As I sat and observed how packed the restaurant was, the experience tells a different story. The food was out in a timely manner, cooked as requested, we never had to wait for anything. Even during their busiest time the staff was friendly and attentive. Bacon and sausage stuffed hash browns were excellent. Son had the southern smothered biscuit with sausage and it was excellent too. Very clean they moved people in and out very well without rushing you. read more

This restaurant may be just a regular place but the staff are amazing. These people help each other out, seem like a well oiled machine but treat each other with respect. I think out of all the restaurants I have reviewed I can honestly say the employees seem to truly enjoy their job and care about the customers. Great service, which means a lot to me. Food served quickly. My wife orderedv two eggs Grits and biscuit. I didn't want to order a whole meal, i asked how much for a waffle, she said $4, but we have a special, any add on is $1. I love that. Thinking on her feet. A regular tip turned into 25%. read more

We had a late breakfast in mid-October. One person ordered ham, eggs, grits, and toast, which he was satisfied with even though the grits had NO salt but lots of lumps. My scrambled eggs were no good and I ate only a few bites; one other person in our group had French toast which was just o.k. We had a very long wait even though the cooks looked to be working furiously. Our waitress was good and tried to keep us happy by filling coffee cups several times. Stopped in with my parents and daughter for lunch. I must say this was the worst place I have ever been to. We ordered a burger with extra cheese and double bacon that was so over cooked that you could play hockey with it. I did not get any bacon but we did get one slice of cheese . We asked for it to be remade and once again it came out with no bacon and only one slice of cheese. I told the waitress it didn't have bacon again and they brought out 2 pieces on a plate!! For a $9 hamburger you would think it would have come all together. The fries were never remade so they were ice cold by the time the burger came out and she did not eat anything. I ordered one pancake that came out burnt one one side and tasted like a hamburger. I asked for no butter as I am allergic and the pancake came out with a cup of butter sitting right on top of it. Obviously I did not eat it. We also ordered the stuffed biscuit with hashbrowns, eggs, extra cheese and gravy that had a rock for biscuit, eggs were under cooked and trust me there wasn't any extra cheese. No point in continuing to complain because everything else we mentioned took forever to have replaced and still wasn't right. I just left it there. Lastly the drinks. Not once did a server come ask if we wanted refills. We had to flag someone down to bring us anything. The servers were very nice but we will never be back. THE BEST HUDDLE HOUSE IN THE STATE! For a crowded saturday morning, as most mornings are in Cleveland Ga...this place does it right....They had someone greet us outside the moment we walked up to tell us there would be a short wait...they had a coffee table set up and were very friendly and attentive! EVERY time I have come here, which is at least once a month, the service is totally geared toward the customer!! I was pleasantly surprised how tasty the food was here. I ordered the chicken fried steak sandwich. The sausage gravy was good and the steak was nicely breaded and crisp. Everyone else was pleased with their entree as well. Terrible!! Flies everywhere!!! There was a dead roach in the floor not 5 feet from our table. This place is a poor attempt at copying Waffle House, which is no gourmet establishment either. Took 30 minutes to get our food, and it wasn't crowded. The burgers were tiny, burnt, and over priced. I certainly wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

Had late night breakfast 8pm 3/28/2017. Was only a third full. Took over 30 minutes to get food. Young waitress started ignoring us as had no answer as to why. Food arrived and eggs and hash browns barely warm and soon cold before could finish. Waffle only thing warm. Brought by wife incorrect toast and implied she ordered wrong.
