Horrible experience all around. Arrived at 6 PM to an almost empty restaurant no one dining in ahead of us. Ordered chicken tender plates and mozzarella sticks as appetizers. After 45 minutes of waiting I asked how much longer and was told soon there were a lot of Togo orders ahead of us, 15 minutes later the chicken tenders came. We ate the chicken while waiting for mozzarella sticks for another 10 minutes and decided to take them and leave. They have a huge menu and the prices are insanely cheap, even with a 3% surcharge check fee. I fed my family of 5 adults for less than 70$ before tip. Honestly, you can't find many places that load you down with huge portions and still a cheap bill at the end. I'd say this is like a Waffle House but 100 times better in terms of food quality. The food itself was good, and the MVP platter is worth every penny. My brother got one and the amount of food left over is enough for a second meal later! This was a cleaner location compared to one we tried in Ga. It was also not crowded either. I was surprised they use real eggs and cook most things after you order it, kind of how you would cook it at home. They weren't using liquid eggs or anything. Kelly is an amazing server . super attentive , personal and vibrant . I came in one day and I just had surgery for the 14th time for my arm. back story my arm was ripped off by a tractor last fall while planting crops with the local kids . it was a tragic event , a lot of blood sprayed on all the FFA kid volunteers helping me . anyways my arm got attached back on and it kinda works sometimes and kinda doesn't anyways Kelly could see my arm was messed up and I was having a hard time putting the spoon in my mouth for my delicious grits . she came to my rescue. she pulled up a chair beside me and spoon fed me my whole breakfast . and I got a big breakfast platter the MVP to be exact . she put syrup on my cake, put butter in my grits , and jelly on my gut health sour dough that she recommended. the cook also exceeded all my expectations Anne ? the beautiful chocolate women! well she even made sure my coffee was fresh and piping hot . her cooking skills are so good i offered to take her home to cook for me . the atmosphere of the establishment felt like home . felt like fall of '78 when times were simpler. thanks huddle house family for being caring wonderful and compassionate . you have a customer for life ! read more

It is hard to give this place to five star is also hard did not give them five stars. This location is way out in the middle of nowhere. I never been to a huddle house before I was expecting more football players in a huddle discussing the next play. My expectation was incorrect apparently Huddle House means pancakes or maybe waffles. It's like a Waffle House but with everything better. Places like Waffle House don't usually constitute a five-star for me just because of what they are. Huddle House did deliver so they must be rewarded with all 5 stars. The place seemed so slow I thought it was closed. Turns out I was the only customer and then we're open. The store was very clean and the bathrooms were clean. My waiter was quick to be there. I look to the menu briefly it made a choice before he came back. The service was great the waiter was really friendly. The burger I ordered turned out to be really good. It came up fast and hot. It look good as well. There parking lot is huge to accommodate 18 wheelers. Now let's get down to the real reason why your reading my review . My husband ordered the MVP breakfast meal, Which consists of; eggs, hash browns, waffles,toast, biscuit and gravy and in his case bacon, or sausage if you prefer. My meal was hash browns with rib tip omelet and toast (limited only) and the food was really really good. The hasbrowns were cooked just right, not to soggy not to crispy. The rib tips were extremely tender, I was very SURPRISED ! it went well with the eggs and cheese and I added the sausage gravy(which for me was a great addition) it is definitely a big hardy breakfast and the portions are generous. I think that this place would have received five stars if it wasn't for the bathroom(I do not know about men's restroom) it definitely was very dirty and needed a good clean and scrub. Now the kitchen is styled the same as Waffle House so you can see what happens in there so that part was clean, however management you all need to work on the restrooms it is a poor representation of your food! Well that's it give this place a try it's really good and the prices are reasonable... O and for my fellow veterans, they give us discounts. Stopped here for dinner last night because it was a short walking distance from my Days Inn hotel. The restaurant is clean, has lots of booths and plenty of artificial plants hanging from the ceiling. Dinner was uneventful, the menu has a wide variety but no surprises here. I had a hamburger combination which was OK The service was very good. Breakfast however, was excellent Tremendous menu, everything I ordered was expertly prepared, the food was very good and the service impeccable. We went here for Thanksgiving Day Brunch. It wasn't very busy when we first got there but no one came to seat us, there were 6 of us. Finally we walked around looking for a big enough table and the waitress asked a table of 4 to move to a smaller table, which was nice. My daughter asked for peppermint holiday hot chocolate, they were out. My young son asked for mac and cheese - she said it was frozen. So they ordered Sweet cakes. They were so dry. They were supposedly oreo but no one tasted oreos and they didn't look anything like the picture! They really need a new cook. The waitress didn't really check on us to see if we needed anything - we had to keep looking for her. Someone else brought us our food and forgot part of my order and I had to find someone bc our waitress wasn't around. We spent over 60 there and was absolutely disappointed. We usually go to Denny's but decided because it was close by and in a nice location, we'd go there. I'm not sure if it's just this HH or all of them but i usually give places a second try. We came there for dinner about a month ago and had the patty melt and Philly cheesesteak and no one cared for them. Denny' s is definitely a better alternative. read more

I if I could rate it a no star, in my opinion, that's what they deserve. My wife went in to order for me while we stopped and I tended to the pets in the car. When I walked in, she said they weren't going to wait on her. I asked if they were opened for business and they said yes. We sat at a booth and perused the menu. I waited for someone to take our order and after waiting, they refused to serve us. I feel sorry for these people. My wife and I have been together 25 years this coming June, but because we are of the same sex we are treated differently at this establishment. I'm glad we were just passing through. read more

Clean diner and friendly employee's. Food looked good however everything was cold. The grits were lumpy and the butter on the toast wasn't even melted. They did compensate for the cold food but bring a jacket if you plan on dining in. The temperature was very cold. We told the waitress but it didn't matter. Always has available seating but parking lot tends to be congested with truckers waiting to unload at the Target Distribution Center. The food is great. Our server was incredibly disrespectful and did not check in on us at all. She also didn't put in half of our order which made paying our checks take a half hour longer than necessary. I'm a truck driver and I eat at this huddle house almost every night until tonight.I order my food and never got my food they lost my food never made it or gave it to someone other than me they could not find my ticket being truck driver my time is short and very limited. I can't believe how you can be so bad at your job that she didn't even no where my food went so not only did this huddle house lost every night customer but had to drive my 11 hours with nothing to eat. I tried to call ahead of time to make a to go order because like I said i drive a big rig truck and when i got there i asked what was wrong with the phone and they said the phone was locked up and can't get to it.
