I got a very decent price on my battery, compared to the other places that I researched. I left with a quote for tires because they needed to be replaced within the next few months. I did some comparisons, and I found a better price with a decent warranty. So I opted not to get my tires from this company. I am very happy though with my battery purchase. Shopping around is critical for big purchases such as tires. I want to underscore my point though about the people that work here. Amazingly kind and attentive. They saw that I use a Walker. And they opened the door before I could even get up to the door. They walked me out to my car and put the walker in my car even though I didn't need the help. And then when I had questions that I forgot to ask when I was in the store, the technician came out to my car and spent quality time with me, making sure that every question was answered to my satisfaction I can't sing their praises enough. Oh, and the waiting room was comfortable in the bathroom was extremely clean.

The operator used ramps and careful positioning so the car stayed level during loading. It was obvious he had experience handling modified vehicles. They are always super busy but still find time to get us in quickly and provide excellent service without attempting to overcharge or add on additional costs. Recently, I got a flat tire over on Bainbridge but live in Kingston. I happened to be in a dead zone on Bainbridge so I couldn't get cell service. It was pouring down rain. I was able to get a tow truck after walking several blocks to get signal. It took the tow truck a while to get to me and my tire was shot. I was soaked and tired and the tow guy got my spare on and told me to go directly to get a new tire. I drove straight to Kitsap Tire at 430pm. (They close at 5 pm). They checked my tire, it wasn't repairable but instead of making me come back and order a new tire. They had a used tire and put it on right away and I was out the door in 15 minutes for only $50.00! I can't recommend Kitsap Tire enough!
