When I complained about the final result, they didn't offer to take up the flooring and level it to make it right. They did remove the charge for leveling the floor but otherwise charged us full price for the install. 6 years later and our floor has been awful ever since Day 1 and I still hate how bouncy it is in many spots and its now starting to pull apart. I already need to pay for a new floor when should have lasted 15 years or more. I will say everyone we spoke with was kind and never rude, even if they didn't offer to make it right.
