Taura is the only one who makes a big stink out of that, and even though I come out without arguing, she still told on me and had her supervisor come in to scold me. I highly recommend the pool area, but I do not recommend going in the hot tub on Sunday mornings because she is also disrespectful in general. Other members are starting to complain about her too.

What I like most about Juliet Gould is her genuine enthusiasm for what she does, which is building strength and empowerment by helping me to reach my personal fitness goals. The workouts are varied to include Zumba, stretching, Yoga, Pilates, etc. Ms. Gould is mindful of my physical limitations, injuries, health concerns and works with me to design exercises that are tailored for my body. Since training with Ms. Gould, I have noticed an improvement in my body as it is leaner and stronger and I have been able to increase my workout time from one hour to an hour and a half. She told me I had to supply my credit card information, "just in case you want a water or something"... I told her that shouldn't be necessary since I have my own water bottle and towel, etc etc.. She insisted to get the free class I must give my credit card info, I wouldn't be charged. Now I had already researched online about common gym scams and this is one of them. No thank you, Orange Theory!
