And let me tell you, when this baby produced shrooms it was so satisfying! Visually beautiful and heavenly to eat! (See pics of the burger I topped with them). I have since run into them at my local farmers market. If you see them stop in and chat! And grab a mushroom block! They are affordable (maybe $25 or so?) and easy to grow! Not a gardener? Buy some unique mushroom varieties from them. You can't go wrong!
