I had three appointments with Shelly for extensions. During my first visit, she quoted me a specific price for 24-inch extensions. When I returned to confirm, the quote had increased for the exact same service. After I pointed it out, she agreed to honor the original quote. However, at the very last appointment, as i was leaving, I saw in her notes that she had actually ordered 22-inch extensions instead. I was lied to, twice. At my first installation, everything seemed fine at first, but within a few days, one edge of my extensions began to lift. When I came back for a correction, I mentioned that the track created a visible bump due to my fine hair. Rather than addressing the concern professionally, Shelly called me "crazy." That comment stung, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. At my next appointment, she admitted she could see the bump and would move the tracks lower, confirming the issue I'd raised earlier. However, her attitude was consistently passive-aggressive throughout the visit. A couple days after that fresh installation, a bead fell out after washing my hair. I also noticed the bottom track wasn't aligned properly, and I had to trim about two inches myself to even it out. When I let her know about the bead, I expected a simple, professional response -- an offer to come in and have it fixed. Instead, five days later she replied that I was "always looking for something wrong" and said she felt uncomfortable working with me. She completely ignored the bead. The irony is I never mentioned the hair I cut off to even the bottom out. Shelly is passive-aggressive aggressive, deflects accountability and will directly blame you for anything. I asked her to not put my beads so tight and she blamed the pain on my hormones/period. It has been a week. I havent gotten it. Shelly even went as far as to seed doubt about my relationship with my colorist. Making an off hand remark "Ramona wants to get rid of you." I brought this to the salon owner, Jessica, and explained the situation, including the unprofessional comments. Unfortunately, Jessica defended Shelly, saying it was just a "personality clash." That kind of dismissal made it clear that accountability and client satisfaction isn't a priority there. The star is entirely for Ramona, who did my color and cut beautifully. I'm genuinely disappointed that I won't be returning because she was great, but the overall salon environment and Shelly's behavior made me too uncomfortable to continue. Update- I'd like to add that Shelly and her assistants will talk shit about coworkers right in front of you. The entire atmosphere is highly unprofessional. read more

well, I started coming there months ago I was looking for somebody that could cut short My doctor told me that her guy does a really good job so I started coming there and getting my haircut and in the beginning it was really good and he cut my hair really good but then things got bad and this last haircut that he gave me I actually cried. I was so upset. I don't know why he cut my hair like that. I have a feeling like he was mad at don't know why he kept trying to get me to schedule appointments like I couldn't even let my hair grow out. He charged me $65 and I gave I'm a good tipper but I really just am in shambles right now because now I have a really bad haircut it's growing out so bad and I find another hairdresser now. I love this salon because it's gorgeous and the staff are so friendly and they also have clothes for sale that I love! Always interesting items and also I have bought earrings and soaps there. The parking is easy and never an issue to find a spot! My stylist David is terrific and gives me great haircuts! There are so many stylists that I see whose work I love so you would be sure to find one there, for you and the salon is so relaxing too! Kylene is amazing! One of the stylists that I used to go to had recommended Kylene at Hue Salon & Spa! Hue Salon & Spa is located off of the 215/Flamingo in a new shopping space. There is ample amount of parking. My appointment was for a Friday afternoon. Arrival and check-in process at the Hue Salon was a breeze. Kylene has a separate booth at the Hue Salon. She had listened to my previous hair experience with the bayalage and highlights. I wanted to keep my hair color close to my natural color. She ended up just touching up my roots and putting toner in my hair. I was there for a few hours at the Hue Salon & Spa. It was a wonderful experience at the Hue Salon & Spa with Kylene, but slightly expensive. I would highly recommend Kylene though if you're looking for a new hair stylist in Las Vegas! read more

I had my appointment with Robert. He gave me a balayage and the color was great and it looked good after it was styled but I noticed the hair underneath was a copper-orange tone. I understand the process of dying. I was okay with that.. However, I was disappointed with the cut. I wanted layers and got a layer cut that does not even look like the photos I showed. It looked choppy and was not blended. He did not point cut my hair or use sheers to blend the cut.. you could see the disconnect and I am a perfectionist. On top of that I wanted bangs and he experimented by bringing some pieces to the front without parting my hair to make it even in the front to separate it from the rest of my hair. I hate having random short pieces that is not lined in a parted straight line that separates my hair when I tie it up away from my bangs. I wanted curtain bangs and had to correct them by watching YouTube on how to fix the problem. It wasn't bad at first when he styled it.. I just wanted to fix his work because my bangs we not that great. I also spend over $300 for the work done. I have never spend that much on a balayage and cut at similar salons in LA and Vegas salons. Not sure if this is how much all the hair dressers charge, but he was definitely overpriced. He was nice though, but I was only happy when I walked out. When I came home and after a few days, you realize what is wrong when your hair isn't all curled or styled. I was asking for a major change and wanted to get rid of my red hair and dark roots!!! I have to add I also used to get keratin express treatments every few months prior to seeing her. Isabella at Hue Salon & Spa is absolutely incredible. My husband called to make me an appointment for a cut and highlights but wanted it to be a surprise. He showed her the photo of the color he had in mind and another of the cut. Isabella took his vision and talked me through the entire process which made me feel very comfortable about a blind hairstyle. Hubby was so excited and proud of himself how could I refuse to go with it? Anyway Isabella is amazing and nailed it. He can't stop talking about how perfect the color and highlights are. And I can't help looking at myself and thinking "damn, no filter, no fillers, I look good for 40". Isabella also went above and beyond. Honest review! As a girl who has short thin hair & desires long thick hair, I reached out to Jessica on December 20, 2021 for extensions. Jessica is 100% a professional! She booked me the next day December 21, 2021 I respect Jessica's and this review is in no harm to her work. This review is my experience & hopefully for the girls like me who struggle with self-confidence because of short thin hair. I don't believe the extensions HL Hair Lingerie by Kira Bailey were the right choice for me. As you can see, even though these extensions are way better than your regular tape-ins, they don't blend well. Sadly. I reach out to Jessica on December 31, 2021. Only 10 days after getting the extensions applied for the first time, due to an extension had fallen out & left a big noticeable gap, and because some were on the way of falling off... The corners of the extensions were lifting. Jessica was so kind & took me in the same day I reached out to her. Unfortunately the problem was resolved temporarily. Few days later I experienced the same issues with the lifting of the corners of the extensions. Also, as you can see the blend is not there! I'm not sure if it's the placement of the extension, or if my hair is too short. What ever the reason my be the fact is my hair and the extensions are not blending. You can see the track. Jessica did provide some tips and tricks & we even went over the products I use on my hair. Even a shower routine lol . Today is January 20, 2022. It been 30 days since I first got the extensions first place, it's been 20 days since Jessica reapplied them and here we are with the same problem. This was a $2500 mistake. I am aware that extensions are a luxury not mandatory. Short hair has taken a toll on my self-esteem but nothing like walking around and my extension tracks are showing, and having people fix my hair for me or even saying " you paid how much for this ?" Or " where did you get your hair done, so I make sure I won't go there." So, just please be careful. Do your research. I don't recommend these extensions if you have short thin hair like me. Just my opinion & most important of all MY EXPERIENCE! read more

I e been going to Hue for several years. It's trendy, offers a variety of services and everyone there is really friendly. They have a little boutique that I always find cute clothes for great prices. I LOVE my stylist Suzan. She is great at her job! I always leave with fabulous hair and get tons of compliments on my color. She also does extensions for me. My hair is super thin and doesn't curl very well. She adds just enough extensions to give me the perfect fullness and the extensions hold curls so great... they are fabulous!!! Suzan is really friendly and kind. She works hard and takes her time to make sure my hair is perfect. The owner Teresa is wonderful. She made the most beautiful basket of hair products for my schools fundraiser. It was such a gorgeous basket, a thoughtful donation and a huge help to our auction. Before she started on my hair Stacy asked me what color I wanted to achieve, then asked a ton of questions about my hair, and how I care for it. How did a $50 haircut turn into a $85 haircut! I still have no idea! I called, made appt with Farah, was told that their haircuts start at $50. I needed only less than 1 inch cut, was then told that the stylist needs to blow dry my hair before the final cut to make sure it is cut evenly. I had told her that I have curly hair, which I let dry naturally. SO, if SHE needs to blow dry to check her cut, why was I charged extra for the blow dry? And, should that cost $35? I think not! False advertising and poor customer service!! read more
