I reached out for assistance and was directed to the security team by help desk. The help desk was very rude and disrespectful. They requested my credit card information and phone number, assured me that someone would follow up, and then completely failed to contact me afterward. A customer dealing with thousands of dollars in fraudulent charges should not be ignored after providing requested information in good faith. At minimum, I expected basic communication, professionalism, and accountability. Instead, I received no update, no explanation, and no follow-through. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in this store's customer service and security response. I hope management reviews how fraud-related customer concerns are handled, because leaving customers without any response after asking for sensitive information is unacceptable.

Decide if they were worth getting, since it doesn't generally wear gray much. I didn't find any shoes or items for myself either. Some of the jewelry is quite pretty, but extremely expensive for how tiny and small the items are, all because there's some High profile name behind it. I saw some less than attractive Blue plastic beaded sandals by Tory Burch. Not for me either. So many items are tied down or rather wired down to the hanger into the rack.
