The soup base is just average. Their fried noodles are pretty good, but for people who prefer lighter flavors, they can feel overly oily. As for the spicy noodles, to me they're more oily and numbing than pleasantly spicy -- not really my preferred style of heat. The plaza itself isn't very big, and parking is honestly one of the biggest frustrations. Traffic gets very congested, and during peak meal times, the parking lot can become completely gridlocked. The restaurant has a very casual, self-service style. You walk in and find your own seat, order by scanning a QR code, and there's a station with water and cups if you need them. It would have been nice if that had been mentioned beforehand or if a substitute had been offered. Overall, we had a good experience and would consider coming back.
