This is a very interesting ice cream/boba spot…read more It's actually a pretty small shop, but there are a few bar stools and bar table (6 in total, I believe). Upon entering, there is a table with an ordering menu that you fill out for the ice cream. There are no cones and no "parlor" for ice cream- only written options. The standard flavors of vanilla, creamy strawberry and chocolate are available as base choices. There were two "special" flavors of the day that was kona mud pie and another unique option. You can check off on the menu PER item how you want your ice cream in regards to toppings, syrups, in a cup or bubble waffle, single scoop or multiple scoops, etc. Hubby ordered a boba tea that you don't need to fill out on the menu sheet. I'm personally not a huge fan of boba, but he enjoyed it. The lime grape boba tea was what he ordered. As for ice cream, we ordered the following combinations: -Red velvet bubble waffle "cone" with kona mud pie ice cream and chocolate syrup - Classic bubble waffle cone with vanilla ice cream, strawberries and rainbow sprinkles - chocolate bubble waffle cone with creamy strawberry, oreo cookie crumbs and chocolate syrup The red velvet and classic bubble waffle were my favorite. The creamy strawberry ice cream was really good but the other flavors were on the sweet side- no additional toppings were necessary- in fact, I think it was overkill (though beautiful in presentation. I would probably come here again with the kids, but these are a little challenging to eat, in all honesty. The bubble waffle as a cone is nice, but not sturdy. The ice cream is nice, though options of flavor are limited. The ordering process is a little tedious when ordering multiple items, but it's understandable in order to get each one right. Cool stop if you're in the area. We walked there from Whole Foods Kailua main road (back) entrance.

We were full from lunch, so we had Yuzu Passion Fruit Tea with lychee jelly - instead of a cute ice cream in a bubble waffle dessert... maybe next time! Our drinks were made efficiently by the polite worker. It's a cozy shop with cute decor! Park for free in the shared parking lot behind the building, where Longs DrugsStoreis. Double Three is on the street side of the building.

Love this yummy froyo spot! I always enjoy coming here for spontaneous froyo dates with bae hehe. I…read morereally appreciate that they have quite some options and choices when it comes to flavors. My go to flavors here are Strawberry & Ube (Get it,You won't regret it)!! I got those two ever since my very first visit here and never changed it up since! Plus it was the two flavors that caught my eye. I also think it's amazing that this establishment caters to those who have dietary restrictions (so there's really something for everybody) for example Non diary/diary options! Their topping bar is immaculate ... they have almost everything you'd dream of to add to your froyo , from Sprinkles,Cereal,M&M's,Nutella drizzles, etc etc. My go to toppings (that nobody asked for but I think is THE BEST in my opinion) : Sprinkles,Lychee Jelly,Lychee popping boba,Mango Jelly& Mango popping boba! I occasionally add Passionfruit popping boba from time to time or even fresh strawberries! Also... I recently discovered in this visit that they have condensed milk that you can add on to your froyo ??? It was a perfect addition that made my froyo even more complete! And it will be in my future topping rotations in future visits lol. Oahu only has a few froyo spots unfortunately .. so it's good to have Frost around to hold it down! Prices do vary but it can be pricey at times .. although I feel like that's the case for any froyo spot anyway. But still worth coming to here and there every so often. Staff is pretty average and decent , they are really just there standing around to weigh your bowl and to ring you up. Pro tip: They have happy hour DAILY 8PM-9PM (Closing) , you buy 1 and get the other 50% off!!! Super cool deal and such a steal! If you do come around those hours just make sure you come in on time since the place can get packed for those who are there for the deal!

They definitely have a lot of choices. However, the shaved ice was absolutely atrocious. It's a make-your-own setup with a machine, but the ice melts almost immediately as soon as you pour any flavor on top. Instead of having that soft, fluffy shaved ice texture you expect in Hawaii, it just turned into a watery mess within seconds. For how expensive it was, the quality really did not match the price at all.

This place has always been solid for me. It was my first time at the Kailua location, and they were super helpful. I ordered the Kailua Monkey and had them go light on the peanut butter, and they had no problem customizing it. Everything was quick and easy, even though it was pretty busy. Parking was easier than I expected too. There are a lot of shops there, but I didn't have any trouble finding a spot. Inside is a little tight, especially with a couple strollers in there, but honestly it wasn't a big deal. I still got my smoothie fast, and it was really good. Just a heads up -- they may use Skippy or organic peanut butter, so if that matters to you, just ask for organic. I'll for sure be coming back when I'm in the area here, they made it quick easy and I was out the door in no time. Definitely recommend! SYOY! Deb B

This is our first time to Hawaii and we've been looking for local eateries. After some searching,…read moreLilikoi Kitchen seemed like a great spot for breakfast and beyond. Upon entering, we were instantly greeted. Everyone was super nice and you could feel their warmth radiating. This continued through the entire visit. Before we even knew what the food would be like, we already felt "this is it", validating our decision to eat here. Nelly (if I recall correctly), was our server and she was so kind and attentive! I ordered the LK Signature Pancake plate with macadamia nut and vegetarian breakfast sausage. My wife ordered the same plate, but with lilikoi drizzle on the pancakes and Portuguese sausage. For our side, we ordered garlic tots. WOW. The food was incredible. Tots were perfectly crispy. Pancakes were massive, moist, and fluffy with a generous slathering of cream sauce and macadamia nuts. Seriously, there was no part of the pancakes that wasn't covered. It was an incredible sight to behold and even more incredible to eat! The eggs and sausage were also cooked to perfection. Hat's off to chef Hoku! The icing on the [pan]cake was the ambiance. It had a great vibe and the decor was simple, modern, and welcoming. Overall, this was a great experience and we're so grateful to have stopped by. My wife and I had a great time and highly recommend Lilikoi Kitchen. Whether you're new to Hawaii or a local, it needs to be on your list of eateries. Delicious! 美味しい! 好吃!

I wanted to dine in, so I sat down and the waitress pointed to the QR code on the table (as if to order online). So I scanned the QR code, ordered, and waited. There was only one other party dining in. After 20 minutes, I went to the counter and asked if my food was ready (online it said "ready for pickup"). The waitress said my order wasn't in the system. I told her I ordered and paid on the link and she asked for my name and said, "oh, it's here but it's to-go." She said that the QR code was wrong, it went to takeout orders, gave me the bag and said, "Oh well." I said that I wanted to dine in, she replied, "You can still eat here," but didn't offer to put my food on a plate or give me utensils (which weren't in the bag). She didn't smile or apologize and I felt awkward so I left with my food. The food was decent, I just wish the service was better. It made me feel sad and unwelcome. Also, the closest bathrooms are in Down to Earth in the next building.

The ordering counter and cashier is right as you enter along with thr pastry counter. Same deals with thr kapolei location you order and find your own table and put number so they can find you when your order is up. Inside is airconditioned with around maybe 10 tables and chairs some seat 2 others eat 4 and they also have outside patio seating back and front. The parking can be challenging having maybe 10 -12 spots in their lot and some street parking . Their Menu is a bit more limited than their other location. Sandwiches.. pizza and other stuff oh and coffee. The only thing that wasmt as good as their kapolei location was they didnt have the thin crispy salty cravable fries they only had small bags of chips available The food is always good and the service was real good. The staff gave you an impression where they really valued their customers with greetings with a smile and happy goodbyes. As always a great experience with a great casual setting..fair pricing (nothing is considered "cheap" nowdays) ..good food and friendly staff.

Water is self-serve, and the setup feels more like a cafeteria than a traditional sit-down restaurant. That said, the staff has always been friendly and welcoming, which makes for a pleasant experience. I usually order the chicken pesto sandwich, which is always a great choice, but today I decided to branch out and try the Beach Burger and the Margherita Pizza. Both were absolutely delicious and definitely worth ordering again. The atmosphere is one of my favorite parts. It has a relaxed, coastal vibe that makes you feel like you're dining at a beachfront café, even if you're not right on the sand. Overall, it's a great spot for good food, a laid-back environment, and friendly service. I'll definitely keep coming back.
