We've done this in the past, and what was supposed to be a cute dinosaur cake was more of a comical representation instead. I then reached out to other small bakers, who quoted very low prices compared to Cake Queen's published price list, which made me a bit nervous because I know that what we were asking for takes considerable time and skill. Once I heard back from Cake Queen (in hindsight, it was actually a quick turnaround, it was just my procrastination that lead to me stress) I was elated, because I knew there would be no comical representation of what we wanted. Man, she did not disappoint! She exceeded our expectations! Her communication was stellar, sending pics as soon as she was finished and communicating about pick up and handling of the cake.
