I never planned on posting this or taking legal action. I tried for years to handle everything quietly and respectfully through calls, emails, and patience. Every response I got from the owner, Tim Fitzgerald, made one thing painfully clear: he refuses to take responsibility for anything that goes wrong. He will charm you when you spend money, but once there is a problem the story changes. You get delays, excuses, and endless "we're checking records" messages that go nowhere. His public reply to my review proves it. Instead of apologizing or fixing the issue, he hides behind paperwork and tries to catch me on technicalities. He even admits his former manager promised my elderly mother a refund, yet two years later she still has not received it. I told him she does not use email and just needed a quick phone call to confirm her mailing address. He refused. Saying he will only communicate in writing is not professionalism, it is avoidance. Then he claims the business "did nothing wrong" but also says the staff responsible are "no longer here." You can't have it both ways. Either the business mishandled things and leadership is responsible, or the staff were not the problem and he is scapegoating them. What's sad is that he still blames me. The former manager told me directly that he would finalize everything with Tim, and I believed him. That's on me. I should have followed up more aggressively instead of trusting their word. Looking back, it's obvious what happened--they smooth-talked me just long enough for my chargeback window to close, and then stopped following through. After everything I went through, Tim's final solution was to tell me to come back and finish my package like nothing ever happened. Imagine that. Two years of emails, phone calls, broken promises, and an admitted refund that was never mailed--and the best he can offer is to act like it never happened. That says everything about how this business is run. I did not start with anger or threats. I started as a loyal customer who believed his word. Every call and every email since has shown me that he does not take responsibility and will do anything to avoid accountability. The only reason I started looking into legal action and consumer protection reporting is because he left me no other choice. This review is the proof. Look at his response and decide for yourself. The man is bad news. I paid $3,000 for a Cryoskin 10-pack, but halfway through my sessions, I was told the machine was broken and pressured into using a treatment I had never heard of (Contour Light). The remaining Cryoskin sessions were converted into Contour sessions because of the broken machine. I felt misled; this was a bait-and-switch in my experience. My mother also signed up based on my recommendation. She was treated poorly by staff, and one employee spoke negatively about her to me. Both of us were promised refunds, but after months of follow-ups, we received nothing in return. Messages were ignored, and promised resolutions were never delivered. We requested refunds because we no longer felt comfortable using their services and because of the restrictions and limitations they placed on us, such as not being able to use the Cryo chamber on the same day and being forced into treatments we did not choose. It's especially frustrating because the Cryo chamber and sauna actually work well, and the employees who run those services were professional and easy to work with. Unfortunately, management, including ownership, just passes the blame to staff in the Cryoskin/Contour department, showing a disregard for client concerns and accountability in my experience. If you truly want to try red light therapy, it's cheaper and safer to purchase it yourself rather than going through this business. And please be honest with yourself, are the results coming from these devices, or your own hard work with diet and exercise? In my view, if these machines truly worked as advertised, the owner would be extremely wealthy. I used to recommend this business to friends, thinking it was professional. Now I question whether the services even work, or if the business operates primarily on marketing and upselling practices. If you value your money and respect, do not trust this business. I will be pursuing my refund through legal channels, and I strongly urge others to carefully consider before paying.

At the end of my appointment, I pointed out that four of my nails were rough on the corners and asked if she could file them, which she did. I also mentioned that my nails did not look like a jelly manicure. Jelly nails should have a translucent, glossy, almost Jell-O-like appearance, while mine looked matte. Another technician told me the matte appearance was because I had lotion on my hands. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but when I got home, I thoroughly washed my hands and my nails were still matte. I also noticed that my middle nail was unusually thick and uneven at the tip. I returned the following day to give the salon an opportunity to address my concerns. They buffed them with a cloth that gave it more shine but it was still not a jelly manicure. Unfortunately, I was given several different explanations--first that it was because two coats had been applied, and then that my "nail beds must be dark." I honestly had no idea what that was supposed to mean, and by that point, I felt insulted and frustrated by the excuses rather than feeling that my concerns were being heard. They did offer to redo my nails if I was willing to wait, but at that point, I was simply done with the experience. Unfortunately, I will not be returning, which is disappointing because I genuinely wanted to like this salon.

The first moment I entered Resveralife in Walnut Creek I felt extremely comfortable. The atmosphere is so inviting and the staff is excellent. Josef waited on me and introduced me to one of their excellent products. He was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Then I had the most wonderful fortune of meeting the Director of Training Mr. Shay Kay. I was immediately Impressed by his professionalism and helpfulness. He creates a wonderful working environment and atmosphere and he treats his staff like a family. It is obvious his staff has tremendous respect for him. Although Shay trains his staff to give facials and use these unique products on their clients, he took the time out of his busy day to introduce them to me. His enthusiasm, kindness and generosity of spirit are extremely contagious and I found myself feeling completely at home and comfortable at Resveralife. Shay patiently demonstrated to me how to use all the amazing Venofye products with their state-of-the-art technologies. I immediately noticed a difference in the quality, tone and look of my skin. Love Skin 17 ... 4 months in and my face feels amazing. Received one of my facials today from my package and it feels soo good turns into a treat my self day. The Yubari set is making my skin feel and look wonderful. My red spots are much lighter.. My dark circles are much lighter ... my eyes underneath are tighter really a visable tighter! All around I am a happy girl!!!Hats off to the crew today!!!! always nice to be met with a smile ! Am always asked if I need anything when I arrive also asked if I am happy with my product today was the test of a good Company... I happen to need day and night daily cream as it was running low. If looking your best is important to you, this is THE PLACE TO GO! I don't believe in chance and feel so grateful for the day I walked by and met Josef. I have been searching for the best products on the market to keep my youthful look as long as possible without surgery or other means of injection. Not that there is anything wrong with that choice, it's just not for me. Josef sampled one of their amazing products on my face and the results, in minutes, were honestly unbelievable. Not only do the products actually do what they say they will do, but the staff here are the most genuine and kindhearted sales professionals I've come in contact with in a very long time. They truly care about you and listen to your needs. It must have been my day of fortune because Josef introduced me to Shay Kay, who besides being beyond knowledgeable in his field has a heart of gold and truly cares about guests and clients who happen upon this gem of a company in Walnut Creek. From my first meeting with Sherlin, who introduced me to the products, and my continued appointments with Josef, my skin has been the best it has ever been. For many years, I used to purchase expensive products at the department store with very little results, if any. I'm in my 40's, in a new chapter, and my skin is definitely changing. I went to Resveralife in December and began using the products. I was impressed at how smooth, clean and refreshed I felt. Over time, my skin had become impressively youthful in its appearance and I was complimented on my skin about 4 months into using the products. But then, due to circumstances of a busy life just 4 months in and a new job that took me outdoors a bit more...I stopped being consistent and wow too on this...It seems apparent to me... I wandered into the salon as I was cruising the Broadway center. I was drawn in by Romy's adorable personality where she introduced me to a couple of the products. After just one little sampling of the mask below my eyes and on the eyelids, my husband and I were both astounded at the difference. Shay Kay then told us all about the technology of why their products work, and it is quite revolutionary. I loved the way he spoke, not as a salesperson but as a man who loves his products, know they work, and cares about the customer. It's really not about the money for him. It's about changing people's lives dramatically without having surgery. He is my new BFF!!! Not too long ago I had to venture up to Broadway Plaza in Walnut Creek to pick up something from a store. I happened to pass a new store called Resveralife and was greeted at the door by enthusiastic staff who encouraged me to see what their store was all about. What immediately caught my eye was all the skin care products on display. I have very sensitive skin and have had severe allergic skin reactions to several skin products in the past. In addition my skin had truly started showing major signs of aging. The staff offered to have me try a product called Viper Lift Bio Syringe . I was nervous to try it but the staff assured me that their product was made for sensitive skin. I decided to give it a small try. I was pleasantly surprised and excited that I didn't have a reaction and I immediately saw my skin respond! Josef has guided me through several of the products and I am ecstatic that I have not had one bad skin reaction and that my skin is looking younger to the point that friends are asking me what am I using on my face. 6 Mo Update: I have been using both the Venofye daily products and the monthly masks; what a difference 6 months make! People who haven't seen me in that time, have commented on how much younger I look - talk about a great feeling! A friend and I stumbled into the Broadway Plaza Resveralife Beauty Spa a couple of months ago for a taste of tea, and met Kim and Romy, who offered us a sample of the Venofye eye lift treatment. We entered the Resveralife Beauty Spa without any expectations. We are now extremely satisfied with the people we continue to work with and the products. We initially met Romy & she explained the various products they have. My wife purchased several products & were provided with a his & her facial treatment. We met Shay Kay and he did our facials which ultimately led to signing up for their 2 year Resveralife plan. It begin 8/16 & Shay has done a superb job of not only doing the treatments, but also showing us how to do them at home. Shay's customer service EXCELLENT!! I was dashing through Broadway Plaza on specific errands and still trying to figure out the changed layout when I passed Jimmy at Resveralife with herbal tea samples. I took a sample (peach - it was very good) and went in to hear about the skincare products based on a technology that provides a more youthful appearance without surgery. Jimmy introduced me to Shay, from whom later that week I received my first facial treatment. Talking to Shay is like talking to a friend. No sales or gimmicky talk. Shay is knowledgeable about the products and the discipline required for their use. He provided good instructions for me on how to do the treatments at home, and called me to follow up on how it was going. I look forward to continuing to work with Shay on my new skincare regime. If you happen to be shopping in Broadway Plaza, make sure and stop by Resveralife. Jason introduced my sister and me to the Venofye products. We were especially wowed by the eye products. Jason applied the product to only one of my sister's eyes and In just a couple of minutes she no longer had any dark circles or lines under that eye. The comparison between the two eyes was dramatic. It just seemed too good to be true though. We figured the results would not be long lasting, so we left without making a purchase. Walking by this place last week. I walked in and was pleasantly greeted by the staff. The man who helped me goes by Michael. He showed me an eye gel/cream that instantly reduces the appearance of wrinkles, and over several months eliminates them completely, guaranteed, for up to two years after use of the product. That particular night I could not purchase the product, but after coming home and examining my own eye/skin I know the product works and within the following month, sometime, truely intend to revisit, Michael, and actually purchase the product and support he and his crew, though we'd built such an amazing report, I will only buy from him. I just turned 50, I've been unhappy about the changes in my skin, so I am seeking to improve my appearance. 2. Yes, they do practice a "hard sell." So if you don't want the pressure, don't go in there. That said, I still love their products and how my skin is improving. Although the products did not agree with my very sensitive 59 year old skin - I can't say enough good things about the customer care at the Walnut Creek Store. I was treated by Lior - who is very knowledgeable, kind and considerate. He bent over backwards to help me - but in the end, my skin said no. She explain that the new skin products drew toxins out from my skin to the surface, essentially pushing them out of my body. I also bought the DIAMOND IN THE RUFF here, no joke ladies, my skin had NEVER been better. I bought "Dermist M3 HA Hylauronic Acid." It is the best moisturizer I have come across yet! It holds up to 1,000 times it's weight in moisture which has been amazing for me considering I'm currently living in the harsh cold winter of Ukraine. This stuff works wonders, and Timberly has it.
