I lowered my rating for two reasons. I am disabled and it is difficult to sit on low seating. There was no accessible seating in the entry or play area. I went outside to sit on a bench and a woman lit up a cigarette. A steady stream of smoke was blowing in my direction. I finally told her that I am allergic. She did not care. It was her smoking break (right outside the entrance) and that she was having a bad day. She continued to smoke. She told me that I should be inside with the kittens. I got up to go to my car determined to write this review and told her that she should consider accessible seating. The kittens were admirable though!

I am very happy with the…read moreservice I received and my son seems to have had a great time during his 4-day stay.They are very transparent about their pricing on their website, which seems fair for what is offered: an enriching cage, a metal running wheel, great selection of food (buffet style), fresh water and treats. I didn't need to bring anything except for my little boy. The lady owner helped my son remove his fur ring, informed me about the pellets they use (from Germany to closely mimic the natural chinchilla diet), and I truly appreciate her assistance and carefulness. I will definitely be returning for boarding/grooming and hope to adopt another chinchilla from this rescue in the future.

This place claims to be a rescue but they are actually breeding chinchillas for sale. They take…read moreterrible care of their chinchillas, which as a result are all infected with Streptococcus zooepidemicus, a zoonotic disease. Animal control has been called on these people multiple times for neglect. Please don't support this organization!!
