My four year old with a very well mannered Holland Lop from One Stop Lop.
    Kara Y.

We met some very good tempered, adorable and healthy rabbits at the 4H Small Animal Fair. After each member of my family held them, we knew these would be the bunnies for us. Two days later I found myself at One Stop Lop where we adopted our new fuzzy friend Strawberry Heart. I was truly impressed with Jannette's knowledge, high standards of quality, and expectations for the care of rabbits she adopts out. Thank you! Thank you One Stop Lop!

I AM IN LOVE WITH MY HOLLAND LOP! Jannette is very resourceful, approachable, and quick to respond! I have been thinking of getting a bunny for awhile and when I contacted Jannette, she was able to show me her bunnies and I got one that same day. I was able to visit the kits available and answered all the questions I had, giving great advice. You can tell Jannette is very knowledgable about this breed and rabbit care. She even suggested housing and sells some supplies for a great price. You can definitely see the love and care the bunnies receive from an early age as they were so calm and amiable! My holland lop is adjusting very well and she is just so cute!

My little bun already to come home!

I love my little girl and nothing could have been better than the breeder being just as sweet as my little holland lop. My holland lop is very well tamed already, super friendly, and very explorative. Jannette is so sweet and unbelievably patient and kind. She knows what she's talking about and prices her bunnies and supplies super well! When I met her bunnies she brought out about 5 bunnies. They all were super sweet and nice but just one bunny stood out to me. When I picked her up she just was so precious and perfect. During the adoption part, Jannette answered all my questions and was very patient about it. Thank you so much once again Jannette!

Jannette is as professional as they get. We got Uggs from her a year ago, and as she predicted we were back a couple of months later for a friend for Uggs - and got Milly. We were clueless and she took us through everything we needs to know. We have since (me and the kids) contacted Jannette regularly with asks for tips and tricks around potty training, neutering/spaying, remedies and recommendations for various behaviors and conditions and she always responds immediately, patiently and informatively. We were able to avoid vet visits with natural remedies for an eye infection that worked like a charm (chamomile tea bags on a bunny's eye - who would've thunk!) and she is genuinely interested in the bunnies' well being with regular follow ups and questions. Thank you for being so ridiculously awesome, Jannette. If anyone ever deserved an epic Yelp review -- it's you!

Choco fell asleep in my arms. Such a sweet boy!

Jeanette is a real mamma Bunny Whisperer! And OneStopLop really lives up to its name! This is a few months late, but let me explain. I found Jeanette online since I was doing a lot of research. Since we first texted and spoke on the phone, she has always been very responsive, informative, and I could tell she really loves and knows her Holland Lop bunnies! She enthusiastically answered my questions, kept it real with some "myths" I've heard about "teacup" bunnies, and she educated me on the proper ways to care for them. She even encouraged me to meet other breeders and see their bunnies so I had a means of comparison. Jeanette also referred me to one of her recent customers, a lady who happened to purchase the sibling of the bunny we were interested in. And she was such a joy to speak with! She reflected the same sentiments I had for Jeanette, in that she's highly knowledgeable, informative, caring, and very particular with selecting whom will adopt her bunnies. I loved how Jeannette invited me and my whole family to meet and play with her bunnies in person. And even though she didn't have the color I wanted at first, she introduced us to one of her broken chocolate Lops, and we instantly fell in love! He was so sweet and cuddly, only 6 weeks old at that time. Jeannette could tell he was a true "dwarf" bunny since he was the smallest in his pack. My kids named him Choco (short for his chocolate color), and we picked him up at 8 weeks old, just in time for Easter this year! So we had our very own live baby Easter bunny and it was one of the best blessings our family ever received! Jeannette has been so much more than just an experienced breeder. She's like our vet, and she's become a good friend. She's our go-to source for all of Choco's food, hey, pellet bedding, and supplies. She recommended the best carrier, cage, potty tray, fence, and toys for Choco. We still go back to Jeannette for Choco's food, hey and pellet bedding, and she sometimes treats him with nail trimmings. She also treats Choco for anti-parasites, and cleans his bum-bum so he leaves feeling so fresh and so clean! Jeannette's experience and love for her buns are clear to anyone who speaks to her and meets her. Even her whole family takes care of the bunnies. It's no wonder the buns are all so good-natured and are used to being handled by humans. This is one of the biggest differences between OneStopLop and others. They are QUALITY and the bunnies are so sweet and are well taken cared of, not only while they're being raised by Jeannette and her family, but even after they go to their new homes. Jeannette has always checked in on how Choco's doing, and she loves to receive photos of Choco from us. We're so grateful for Jeanette and OneStopLop, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to add a Holland Lop bunny as a new member of their family!!!

We purchased the most beautiful, sweetest, and friendly Holland Lop from One Stop Lop. I didn't realize that rabbits could be so cuddly. The reason is that the family owned breeder raises them with so much love and care. The rabbit has complete trust in people. Such a wonderful addition and blessing to our family. The breeder is also so supportive with providing the best set up, which makes cleaning the cage and feeding simple. I have never even noticed any odor with the recommend bedding. The owner of the business is always available to answer questions. They have a true love for the well being of rabbits.

This is our loving brownie the best bunny ever ..

Omg. Jannette is amazing. She is highly knowledgeable on Holland Lop breads. She has a great set up to let u interact with the bunnies which is great for the bunnies to meet and greet u. Was also very convenient she had starter supply kits available. I could tell right when I started playing with the sweet gentle bunnies i was in the right place. Her love and passion for the bunnies shows. Amber and I thank u Jannette for our three fantastic lops (Sophie, Mars, and Theo)

Selecting the bun I wanted at 6 weeks...

Hands-down best place to buy an adorable holland lop. To start off my experience, I decided I wanted to get a bunny but I looked all over the Bay Area and I couldn't find anything. The breeders didn't have any babies or they didn't have any holland lops. I widened my search to all of California in at least a 5-6 hour radius... still nothing. I was about to lose all hope, but then I found One Stop Lop. I contacted their phone number giving all my specifications on the type of bunny I was looking for. An adorable tort buck. Jannette responded so quickly! Unfortunately, she didn't have what I was looking for so she suggested bunnies in other colorings I wasn't a huge fan of. I told her I was still set on a tort buck. She told me she'd have some ready in a couple of weeks and I told her that was more than worth the wait. I got to visit the bunnies when they were about 6 weeks old. There were 3 tort bucks I got to pick from. She gave great advice on their sizes and how to pick the right one. 8 weeks rolled around and I got to pick up Toby! The day of the pickup she was super accommodating and gave the greatest advice on how to care for him and told me she was always just a text away. I could just talk to her for hours about bunnies! She told me the type of pellets she was feeding her buns, what Toby is still fed to this day, she told me what type of hays were good for him. When I was deciding if I had gotten a good cage she completely reassured me! She is definitely not the type of breeder just in it to make money or sell animals. It's more than that to her. Her and her family truly love bunnies especially the holland lop breed... as do I! She truly cares about all her bunnies including the ones she sells. All was well and Toby was adapting to his forever home perfectly, but then I noticed something was off about his pee. I texted Jannette and she completely reassured me and gave great advice. I also texted her a few months later when he was having some tiny poops, once again completely reassured. She is the absolute best and if you're in search for just the cutest holland lop, One Stop Lop is the place to go!

Janette is truly an amazing angel !!! I was looking for a bunny to help with my sons recovery after a horrible dirt bike accident back in August. I explained my situation and what I was looking for. We met with her the next day and brought home the sweetest little 6 month old holland lop. Her knowledge and advice was great !! I haven't seen my son smile this much in the 3 months since his accident. He loves this little guy so much, he named him droopy and they spend all day together. Droopy is perfect and too adorable. There are no words to express my appreciation for all that she has done !! Thank you Janette !!

When I first moved into the area I had emailed a lot of vets in the area to see if they would take my dog and this place was the only one to respond. They are so amazing, I can't thank them enough. My dog has to have medication the night before , morning of and sedation before a vet appointment and the team works so great with him. I'm unable to muzzle him, and they still were willing to work with me. I cannot say how grateful I am for this staff. They treat my dog so nicely even when he growls at them. I could go on and on. Dr. Scott and the veterinary technicians who work directly with the animals are phenomenal -- compassionate, skilled, and attentive. I've always felt confident that our pets were receiving excellent medical care from that side of the practice. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the front office staff. Over the years, they've consistently come across as cold and indifferent, which we've tolerated because we value Dr. Scott and the professional staff so highly. Today was the most disheartening experience yet. Our 18-year-old cat, who has a thyroid condition and has seen Dr. Scott regularly, had declined rapidly this past week. Our family made the painful decision to have her euthanized. I spent hours trying to arrange an in-home visit, but being a Sunday, very few were available. As a last hope, I called Evergreen to ask if they could fit us in for LuLu's euthanasia. Regina at the front desk told me there was no availability -- not even as an emergency -- and suggested we "go to an emergency vet." There was no compassion, no sympathy, and no effort to help, even though Dr. Scott was on duty. After nearly two decades of loyalty and tens of thousands of dollars spent at this clinic, I expected at least a measure of care or understanding in such a heartbreaking moment. Instead, I was made to feel like a number, not a long-time client facing the loss of a beloved family member. Evergreen's veterinarians and techs are wonderful, but the cold, impersonal nature of the front office is deeply disappointing. If you can overlook that lack of warmth, your pets will be in excellent medical hands. But compassion should extend beyond the exam room -- and sadly, that's where Evergreen falls short.
