Words don't do this place justice! The service was so on point and they all work as a team. Multiple people will check on you, clear the table, and refill anything you need. The overall place is super cute, quaint, and not loud so you can actually hear your table conversation. The food....delicious! I'll start off by saying those OYSTER BITES are money! My friend and I ordered multiple and I would have ordered more if we didn't have a place to be afterwards. I'm definitely ordering this every single time. The Tuna carpaccio was to die for, I would order this every time! The Lobster croissant was interesting, the lobster itself was so juicy and buttery, I didn't care much for the croissant or shrimp on it. The caviar chips were good but I wouldn't order them again, it was more chips than anything else. The drinks were sooooo good! If you don't know what to order the staff is very knowledgeable and can help guide you. A message for the owners: I absolutely love the concept! Was here mid-week in August. Server was Tanner. First, the thing I like about this place (and Humble Bistro to a lesser extent) is that when I walk in I don't feel like I am in a suburban mall restaurant in Phoenix. It feels fresh, clean and really represents itself as a seafood place. The menu is heavier on seafood and lighter on fish, which is OK. good assortment of non-water proteins as well. Nice wine list with bottles and glasses at multiple price points. Service was good. Tanner handled a bit of confusion on an oyster order like a pro. A bit more attention would have been nice; clearing plates, filling water, etc. But overall, solid service. Food was interesting. Oysters were fresh tasting and served with several toppers. Not certain I liked the plastic cups and mini wooden ladle, but the flavors were there. Lobster bisque was a bit thick for my taste, but my better half thought it was great. Flavor was rich and satisfying. Last, the lobster and shrimp roll was too deconstructed. The lobster was dumped on top of an uncut croissant. You couldn't really eat it like a roll unless you scraped off the meat, picked up the damp croissant, cut it and then restuffed the lobster and shrimp inside. Too dang much work. While the flavor was good, this is not something I would order again unless they were willing to split in in the kitchen and turn it into a proper lobster and shrimp roll. Drove all the way from Gilbert to try this place with some friends. Been to Humble Bistro and loved it so assumed this place it would be great too. What a disappointment. Service was so slow and it wasn't busy for a Friday night in August. It took 15 minutes for my friends to be greeted and get their drinks. It was so hot inside and we all were sweating. They needed to lower the AC. My friends got the burger and scallops. I ordered the tuna tostadas. Their food was brought but mine was missing. My friends waited for me to get my food before they started eating. It took ten min to get my tostadas meanwhile we're trying to find our server who was nowhere to be found. My friend's meals were cold by then. We weren't checked on and just ate since we couldn't locate our server. We paid our bill and we needed water. The server grabbed our checks and we never saw him again. The service staff seemed like they didn't want to be there and it showed. Ambiance was nice and trendy. We visited humble oyster for their second annual oyster day. Knowing how popular it was last year, we made sure to get in line before they opened. Our table started with drinks. I ordered their grapefruit spritz which is a refreshing twist on a classic spritz made with prosecco and Fever-Tree grapefruit. They offered $1 oyster bites- freshly shucked oysters paired with their signature house-made mignonettes: dumpling, michelada, rosé, and pickle cucumber. All 5 stars! Our table shared the Tuna Carpaccio which is ahi tuna loin slivers pounded thin, topped with crispy capers, fresh chives cava vinaigrette, olive oil, sea salt, chives. Served with bread. My absolute favorite! My husband wanted to try their short rib buns, he said they were really fantastic. I'm glad he enjoyed them because he prefers meat over raw fish, hehe! I wanted to try their new summer item, the ahi tuna tostadas. YUM! They were so good! Fresh, crispy and piled high. They were extremely overwhelmed with all their oyster orders when everyone first came in so we did wait quite some time to get our oyster bites. Another great night at Humble Oysters and Bubbles. We arrived during low tide and enjoyed a grapefruit spritz, social soda, and the champagne sangria. The champagne sangria was so good! Will definitely get that again. We had the lobster bisque, the sliders & social, and a bottle of champagne with a dozen oysters. When you order the bottle and oysters they choose the dozen. The oysters were okay, a little plump for my liking and not the types I would have picked, but it's a good deal so we went with it. My friends got the prime rib, Cajun pasta and I ordered the halibut cheeks. Everything was outstanding. Would definitely come back for the food. Now we had a young server who was very nice but forgot our drink orders twice. My friends enjoyed their whiskey and wine but I tried the margarita and a Paloma but was very disappointed. The food was 4 stars! Absolutely amazing taste, portions, amazing. We had the halibut and shrimp and angel hair. We started with the shrimp sliders. We also ordered their mashed potatoes. The service, while very friendly and helpful with the menu...went downhill from there. You might roll your eyes at the first one but we asked if they could split the two meals up as we were sharing. No, the kitchen can't do that. They can't plate it on two separate plates? Ok. Whatever. But then they brought out the pasta and shrimp and we waited quite some time, at least 10 minutes for the halibut. Reminded 2 servers that we also ordered potatoes and those came 5 minutes after the pasta. This was just not good. Since we waited, though we at half the pasta, the reminder was lukewarm at best. The potatoes finally came, weren't great, maybe they left out the gruyere? We had a few bites but with the elevated flavors of everything else it just fell short. I mentioned it and it was just ignored. Food coming out at different times, didn't like one dish - at least act like you care. This was our first time, and the food was sooooo good, I'll definitely be back but I do hope they take the service up a notch. We had a comedy club at the improv around the corner and this place looked fun so after making sure I checked the menu for a few options for my wife I was able to confirm this place had some potential as she's not a huge seafood person. Called ahead to be placed on the waitlist as they don't do reservations and when we arrived we were seated promptly at the bar as requested. Jody was great asking if there was anything we'd like to order as HH is only till 5pm and we arrived just before, we placed a few drinks and apps and then talked and enjoyed what is one of the best seafood vibes I've had outside of the California coast. Drinks arrived quickly and so did the apps, sliders were so tender and perfect the oysters were flavorful and clean the drinks were also just perfect. As the place started to fill service stayed incredible as Will started to assist a bit more and was equally great. All staff helps in a kind fashion if they saw an empty plate they would remove it and fill your glass as needed. Truly a team working well together making it a great time. Our main courses arrived and I gotta say I don't get to order seafood a lot because usually the only meat option for my wife is a filet mignon for around $60-80 so we rarely go but having options was ACES. She crushed and loved the 12hr short rib plate and my bouillabaisse was the best seafood dish I have had in a very, very long time. On Halloween, I checked out Humble Oysters & Bubbles for dinner with my friend who was visiting from Houston. Located on High Street, there's ample free parking in the various surface lots that surround the property. Halloween costumes and all, we were seated promptly at a booth. Ambiance (4.5/5): Humble Oysters is one of the fancier restaurants on High Street. The decor is modern and clean, it definitely gives off the elegant vibe of an upscale seafood restaurant. There's a seafood bar in the middle of the restaurant and booths that surround the perimeter. I'm always one for comfortable seating, so we sat at one of the large booths. Service (4/5): Friendly and efficient service, pretty much what I hope for at a sit-down restaurant. Our waiter was a bit of a salesman, which is always a turn off for me, but overall, he did a good job. Drinks (4.5/5): As the name indicates, Humble Oysters & Bubbles specializes in bubbly. Champagne, prosecco, cava, and other sparkling wines you probably haven't heard of. They have a vast collection, both by the glass and by the bottle. While French and Italian sparkling wines are a big part of the mix as you'd expect, it's a worldly collection with a lot of interesting choices. If bubbly isn't your thing, there's a full bar and non-alcoholic beverages, too. Food (4/5): As the name indicates, Humble Oysters specializes in oysters. I'm not an oysters guy, it's a texture thing for me, but there's a lot on the menu outside of that. While most of it is seafood-focused, there are some meat options too. We split the ahi tuna crudo as an appetizer and then the lobster and shrimp roll with a side of cheesy gouda mashed potatoes. While the portion sizes aren't large, and the prices aren't cheap, all of the food was chef's kiss. There wasn't anything I tried that I was meh about. It was all quality. O and I almost forgot, I also had a cup of their lobster bisque. All in all, it was some of the best food I've had in Desert Ridge. And that's saying something as I live in the area so I frequent restaurants in the vicinity frequently. Humble Oysters & Bubbles is owned by the same people as Humble Bistro which is basically located next door. We went at around 5:30 on Saturday evening for an early dinner and the place was already packed. The wait was around 20 minutes but the food here was so good, it was totally worth the wait! The Oysters come with Chojang sauce, which is the Korean chili sauce made out of Gochujang, and it pairs amazingly well with the Oysters. The pasta sauce of Cajun Shrimp Angel Hair was a total 10/10 too, we had to order some bread to scrape all the sauce out of the plate. Highly recommend! read more

Oysters and bubbles are among my favorites so I was very excited to try this place. First let me start with the positives. The drinks were great. The Champagne Sangria was amazing. The frozen champagne topper was so fun. Our friend had the Sazerac which he said was also well done. We ordered oysters off the daily menu as well as oyster bites. I'm a huge oyster fan but I was a little disappointed. The champagne vinaigrette and other accoutrements were sub par and not what I was expecting from an oyster place. Also they served these things in plastic cups with wooden disposable utensils. So weird since we are spending $4/oyster. You also had to ask for the items - otherwise you just got a plate of oysters. Was expecting things to be nicer. For dinner I had the lobster roll which was a total disappointment. There was not enough lemon sauce and our waiter never came back in time for me to ask for more. It's basically dry lobster on a large croissant. And the croissant is not even edible in the way it was presented to me. It's not like a sandwich. You just have to eat the lobster with a fork. Also weirdly another person in our party ordered the same thing and he received double the lobster I got so there's obvious inconsistency in the kitchen. How could you send out two dishes to the same table like that? My husband had the halibut cheeks which he said was ok but he wasn't that excited. Vibe was fun but as other people noted extremely loud. Our server was friendly but clearly distracted chatting with his friends. We didn't get one of the things we ordered and took repeated requests for other missing items like forks etc. They served one person in our party's dinner like ten minutes after everyone else which was also not cool when you are dropping $100/pp. (it was clear he just forgot about it). What a gem! I decided to treat myself to a solo evening, and it couldn't have been more perfect. A group of 10 of us went to go see the new Michael Jackson movie at the nearby theater. Afterwards we were looking for a place to eat and one of my friends suggested this place. I'm so glad he did because it was really good! I had the lobster bisque and it was tasty. However, I really liked the shrimp scampi and the smoked salmon! Those two were fabulous. I didn't have any champagne, but I did have my usual Sauvignon Blanc and it was very good. I forgot to take pictures of my food but trust me all of it was very tasty. The service was nice. The atmosphere was nice and I appreciate that they were able to sit 10 people in the back area. We got there at 9 o'clock, so it was pretty late, but they were still very accommodating. Absolutely incredible experience at Humble Oysters & Bubbles. The highlight of the night was hands-down the Dumpling oysters, they were sooooo good and unlike anything I've had before. Perfectly balanced, fresh, and packed with flavor... I'm still thinking about them! The Hokkaido scallops were just as amazing--beautifully cooked, tender, and full of rich, buttery flavor. Wow!! The atmosphere is sexy, classical, with an East Coast feel. The playlist felt nostalgic, although I was not born in the 1950s. But if I had, I feel like it would be the feeling. The decor is something straight out of the New York restaurant scene. The service was exceptional. All of our servers were really nice and attentive. Now for the food. We had the lobster bisque, which was very salty. But still really tasty. The lobster and shrimp salad was Hardy and really tasty. Then we had a dish, shrimp scampi. The sauce was delightful and a really nice portion. However, the lobster bisque was a bit salty. They still are five out of five for me and can't wait to go back. This place has been on my list for a while I was so glad I finally made it! We just did drinks and apps! And everything was lovely! Our server could not have been any sweeter, walked us through the whole menu! We each had a cocktail, I had the frozen spritz and really liked it! Then we did a 1/2 dozen oysters which were great. Their cocktail sauce kind of has an Asian flair and I personally loved it! Then we did the caviar pairings with Veuve and Belvedere which was a lovely little treat! I've been to Humble bistro and wanted to check out the new oyster bar. The aesthetic is clean and modern with a bar in the center and booths along the walls. I made a reservation but they weren't able to find it. However a table was open so we were seated right away. The service was OUTSTANDING. Our server Mason was funny, polite, incredibly knowledgeable and took great care of us. I'm usually not the one who's talked into dessert but I could've sat there all night ordering food! I tried the oyster bites, the caviar oyster and the oyster shot. Everything was super fresh and just beautifully done. The oyster bites each came with a different sauce and each one was delicious. It was my first time trying caviar and WOW. I'm officially a caviar girlie. I also ordered the shrimp sliders and they were small but so flavorful. My friend order the 12 hour short rib and she cleaned the plate! We had the chocolate mousse for dessert, it was Rich and so decadent. My husband and I dropped in here on a Friday night for dinner and this restaurant is nothing short of AMAZING! From the service to the food, 10's all across the board. I started with a glass of champagne; while I do enjoy champagne I was not familiar with the options the restaurant offered. I knew I wanted oysters but end up getting much more. Anywho, I ordered the Scampo.... Delicious as hell! We ordered 4 island creek and 4 crescent moon oysters. Once again, delicious, fresh and not small like other oysters. For our main courses, I ordered the Cajun shrimp and angel hair pasta........words cannot express how perfect this pasta was. It was a little spicy but not overpowering and the portion size was perfect. My husband ordered the short rib which came with the creamiest mashed potatoes I've ever had OMG and a side of broccolini. At this point we were so full and just amazed at how great this restaurant was. The ambience was so friendly I could see myself here almost every week. We had a great time kicking things off with cocktails, two bottles of champagne, a round of oysters, and a shared appetizer. The food? Absolutely outstanding. Every dish we had was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. A solid 5/5 on the food front. Unfortunately, service slipped as the night went on. One of our main dishes was forgotten entirely, and it wasn't addressed until the manager came by to check in. To their credit, they comped the missing dish without hesitation, which we appreciated. But then the final straw: our server ran the wrong tab on our credit card--another misstep that took away from the celebration mood. When you're spending that kind of money on a special night out, you hope for a seamless experience.
